I have, honestly, never left a Google review in my life, but our experience with Crain Kia was so terrible that I had to share.We set up an appointment with Crain for a warranty repair of the door on our Sedona, which has a factory defect. My wife, along with our two small children, arrived on time and sat in the waiting room for TWO HOURS before a technician informed her that they had not ordered the part to fix the door.Certainly, we would have appreciated this info before making the trip, but we pride ourselves on not being difficult and mistakes happen. So frustrations aside, we scheduled a follow up appointment.Again, we arrived at the appointment on time. This time, I guess we caught a break because my wife (again, with small children in tow) only had to wait for an hour and a half before a technician informed her they ordered the wrong part.Two trips, four wasted hours. I called Crain and asked to speak to their service manager. After several days and no call backs, I called again and finally spoke with someone. I explained the situation and that I just needed to know, before we made yet another trip, that the correct part would indeed be in. I was given no assurances and when asked when the part would be in, was given the response itll be in when it gets in. He was indifferent, at best.I was told when I spoke with him that I would receive a call once the part was in. That was a month ago and around three months since we initiated the warranty request. The door is still broken.

We have noticed the upgrade in efficiency to make sure the customer is pleased. (Text/email message to remind of appointment. Verifying automobile and owner; the correct service needed with correct cost amount.........along with other items to assist/inform customer.)Continue with eye contact, a genuine smile, acknowledging customer by name and being sensitive to each ( projecting the atmosphere of YOU the customer are truly appreciated, cared about, needed ..... because they are the reason I have a job. No customers (regardless of who it is (race, nationality, etc), we dont have employment and the benefits that come with it. Also, unsatisfied customers can create a problem.

Went to Crain to get an oil change and the service department people were VERY RUDE. I asked for the person, Todd, who usually helps me and their response was who??. Liked he had never worked there and finally someone said that “he ain’t here anymore”. Told them what I needed and he asked me if a had an appointment I said no but Todd had told me if I needed an oil change to come about mid morning, which it was -10 am!! I told them I would leave it and the response I got was they didn’t have time but not that nice. I left the dealership and drove home. I thought I would see when I could schedule an appointment and looked on the web page. The first time I could schedule was at 11:00 that same morning!!!! Crain has been getting all my service due on my car even bought tires! NO more I will go somewhere else where I am appreciated!!! You have lost my business for good!!

I continue to go to Crain GMC for one reason. Michelle and their Service Manager Moose! Customer service is their #1 priority and its such a breath of fresh air in todays day and age! I have price shopped them in the past and they are as competitive or better than anyone in Central Arkansas! Have no worries, youre in great hands and would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing, Jordan Morrison was able to take care of all my needs and concerns, and he also gave me several good tips about the vehicle and is even doing so much as to ask the previous owner for some information to relay to me. Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants to buy a car, and not feel bullied into it.

Overall, this was a good experience with my oil change. I called at the last minute and they got me in anyway. They even completed the oil change and tire rotation quicker than estimated. I would have given them 5 stars but when I got my truck back the seat was scooted way up and the back of the seat was laid way back. Steering wheel was adjusted really low and the A/C was left on max. None of this was a deal killer. It is simply a pet peeve of mine. It takes forever to find just the right spot for my seat and steering wheel adjustment. Overall, it was a good visit.

The service department is horrible. I would never let them work on my vehicle again. Walmarts oil change department has better mechanics than this place. The customer service is awful and managers will not even call you back. ( for weeks with multiple calls). If you care about customer service and dont want to be taken advantage of then I wouldnt buy from this place .

I was scheduled at 2 pm for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 1:50 pm. After getting seated in the lounge, the service person came out and said there was a recall on a software update or something and it would take about an hour or so. I agreed to get the recall handled. However, 3 HOURS later I’m still waiting. When I brought this up to the service person, he copped an attitude with me and was rude. I would not use your service department if I didn’t have the Care Plan.

Went for an oil change on a prepaid plan. The work was done and then AFTERWARDS they informed us that their own service people had neglected to tear out coupons from the service booklet previously. Between the wait time and the price would have never used them over another option if theyd given that information prior to the work being done.

The issue with my car was not reciprocated appropriately to the techs that work on the car. I specifically told the team exactly what was going on with my car. Even took a video of the issue and sent it to Andy. Which the issue was that the engine would make noises upon initial start up of the car. I specifically told the team that once the car is started, wait 10-20 second to hear the noise. I was called multiple times saying that they couldnt simulate the noise, only to find out that they were starting the car and immediately started driving it. This to me tells me there was a total lack of communication, which was very frustrating to me and my husband. My husband had to go all the way up to the dealership so he could show them exactly what was going on. This could have been avoided if proper communication was delivered in the first place. I personally chose to use Crain GMC instead of Superior Chevrolet because our experience with them was horrible. I really hope communication is improved so someone else doesnt have to go through the hassle that we went through.

It is rare to find a car salesperson that is genuinely concerned for the client.Jason worked very hard to help us achieve my husbands dream truck. Jason was not only hard working but patient and kind as well.Nick was our financial person. Nick definitely knows his job and gets it done without dragging it out as some do. He explained everything well and did not mind answering any questions we had.In all, Conway Crain Buick GMC has an incredible team and we would drive from Little Rock, AR to Conway the next time we plan to purchase a vehicle. Crain Buick GMC really helped me out when I was thinking I would need an expensive repair. I was having wiper trouble and Andy in the Service department found a warranty for the wiper parts to be replaced at no cost. He also informed me of a recall and Crain got everything repaired that same day. I was so grateful and very pleased with the customer service I received when I came in without an appointment. They definitely get 5 stars from me!

Was easy to schedule the truck for service. Had to order a part, idler pulley, but it came in quick and the service was the next day. I was like a preferred customer. Great doing business with your entire crew.Only one issue is when the truck was purchased there was and still is a lien on it from another customer. I am still working on getting my license renewed at the DMV.

I was traveling developed a problem with my truck. Pulled into the service bay and immediately was approached by Todd. He asked me what the problem was and then went to find out if he could get it in. They checked to truck out and found a injector out. This is where it makes this dealership special. Instead of telling me they were to busy to help. Todd immediately got Chad to work on it. 2 hours later I was back on the road and very glad I stopped in. Thank you for your help. We were having problems with our truck on Monday morning my husband called them immediately told them the situation and tell them that I would be bringing the truck in and that I would need a rental car they were on it all the way and had a car waiting on me when I got there. I have just moved from CA and it was time for my wife to have her first service on her 21’ Acadia. I dealt with Patrick Dyer which was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only did he handle the services, but there was also an issue with plastic discoloration on the front of the Acadia. He took some photos and brought it to his bosses attention to have all of the parts necessary ordered for repair. Since I was already at a GM dealer, I have a few recalls on my 19’ Silverado that Patrick was also able to verify through my vin. I ended up making an appointment for my truck a couple days out due to their schedule. Overall I had a great experience. My wait time was not drawn out. They have a snack/drink machine and TVs while you wait. I’d definitely recommend this dealer for services on your GM vehicle.

The Crain commitment is not what it claims. If you ever decide to trust Crain GMC service with recall work, my advice to you is to go elsewhere. If you choose to utilize their service dept...be mindful of an advisor by the name of Andy...moderately obese, American male. Very rude, very unprofessional. Even after I complained to a couple of people about his abuse, I had to deal with it on more than one occasion. Was told I would get a call from the shop foreman, never happened, I was told the service manager would call, once he returned from vacation.. that has not happened. Very disappointed, my GMC has served my family well, but I wont be buying another one, no reputable dealerships close enough for me to keep them serviced. Phil Wright Autoplex would not schedule me for recall work, stated they would call when an available staff person could contact me. Never heard from them in 3 months.

I was trying to find a car with very specific options, and inventory around the country is especially low. Curtis worked very hard to find what I was looking for even though it took a number of attempts! Other dealerships I was checking with had already given up looking. Finally Curtis located the exact car I wanted and was able to get it for me! I also had a very specific budget, but he and the finance team made it happen. The best part was they dealt fairly and very honestly with me. Nothing like my last car buying experience at a different dealer. The price I agreed to was exactly the price I paid. I was in and out with my new car very quickly!

I was personally employed here recently and the management has so much to learn. Very poor organizational and training skills. The service department is plagued with neglect. From the tools they barely provide to the people that are supposed to be helping employees learn their ways. Ill never work for any Crain again or have service done by them in the future, ever again. I cant recommend anyone to work here or buy here after my recent experience. This was my first dealership experience and it was awful. Moose and Melvin have no idea what they are doing.

Some of the staff members are extremely rude and everybody at the dealership lie and cover for one another. I spoke with the former customer relations manager who is now a service person about issues that I’ve had continuously since I bought my truck. She told me so much on the phone and was so helpful. The very next day she was RUDE and a totally different person. They have made my life so hard and the worse mistake I ever made was buying a vehicle from this dealership, salesmen, and having to do business with their service team. I will never buy another vehicle form Crain Buick GMC of Conway.

Rotated tires and didnt change the location sensors of the tires via computer. Dealership was supposed to wash and vacuum truck but said there were two many things in back of the truck bed. Not true: One empty five gallon bucket was the only thing in the bed. Only vacuumed front of truck and didnt take out floor mat covers. Oil change and tire rotation took 2 hours!

I guess my money wasn’t good enough for them? We went there this morning and test drove a vehicle, said we liked it and told them we’d pay cash. Meanwhile they sold it right out from under us. The salesperson could barely even face us to tell us what was going on. They claimed the other person was there before us, but that’s because they had the wrong address in the listing and we went to Crain Hyundai of Conway. I even sent texts at 6:30AM and talked to customer service rep who sent me to the wrong address. We walked in there around 9:10 at the latest when they had opened at 9. We even test drive it before this other person who was supposedly there before us. They didn’t tell us that they were just going to sell it to the other person regardless and kept us sitting around there for an hour for no reason. Our sales guy wouldn’t even answer simple questions and was whispering behind his mask, wasn’t very pleasant or helpful. He didn’t even attempt to make the situation better or find us another vehicle. He said, “The other person was here before you so they’re first, so you guys can just leave and I’ll call you if it falls through. I told my sales manager that you weren’t interested in any other vehicles” I never ever said anything like that to him. He barely conversed with us at all. Just left us sitting there wondering why we can’t buy a car with cash. It blows me away that they let money walk out the door. I can’t help but feel they didn’t want to deal with me because they were going to make more money on financing it. If you have cash stay away and to be honest you might stay away regardless. Just a really bad way to do business and no customer service whatsoever.

Lets see : truck had 40,000 ml., pushed and pushed for extended waranty, I asked him, whats wrong with the truck, he said nothing..ive had to replace all front end parts, new transmission, oil sensor, oil pump, both front wheel bearings. Will Not Refer Anyone any longer, ..more like deter them.

I was there for an oil change. I had a coupon for $49.99. I was charged $54.95 plus the ridiculous extra fees for a total of $64.95. I was promised a free car wash. I was informed after I inquired that the machine was broken. They did not place a new oil change reminder sticker in my truck. Im not sure if the oil was actually changed. It was poor service overall. I have no plans to return.

Kerry was exceptional in his attention to details, assisting me in making my decisions and executing the deal with top notch professionalism. I really enjoyed my last purchase from Crain but this go around exceeded that experience. The sales manager also jumped into assist on the trade in which could not have gone smoother and landed a great interest rate. I was in the middle of a busy day at work so the team pitched in and I walked right into the finance office where he was overly prepared and within minutes I was on my way to ringing the gong. Crain has gone above and beyond for me. They did not install the faulty transmission in my truck another dealership did. I was having problem with my transmission, the other place kept telling me nothing was wrong. They would clear the codes off my truck, and never fixed it. Crain has shown me the codes. They have been dealing with GM warranty to get my truck fixed. Todd even had my truck taken to the muffler shop while waiting on a response from GM. I can’t say enough good things about them. I am grateful for all they have done!

My service at Crain Buick GMC is one of the best! Todd is an awesome advisor that does his very best to make sure the needs of the customer are met and exceeded. He made sure that I wouldnt have to wait long for my vehicle to be serviced and to top it off he had it washed and a vacuumed interior. This place can not be trusted. Found a truck I wanted online. It was new with 2600 miles advertised. Im Ok with that and it was a good price. Started the buying process online on a Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning and spoke with James W ( huge mistake if you do shop here avoid him). I agreed to the price online and put a deposit on the truck. He told me a customer used the truck when his truck was in the shop is the reason for the milage ( all in past tense) I sent a message to him Tuesday morning and he didnt respond all day. I just called him about 3:30 and he said hes trying to get the truck back and now it has about 3400 miles. I put a deposit on it why is someone still driving it. I was mislead and lied to by James. At this point I didnt want to go through the hassle of finding something else. I booked a flight ( I live in Texas) and asked james if i can get a ride from the airport and he told me just to use uber. I laughed and then just asked if it could be dropped off at the airport and he agreed. Talked to him Wednesday and he said he was having the truck detailed and oil change. I get in Thursday and it comes to the airport and the truck is very dirty, There was a babies pacifier in the cup holder. It now has 3900 miles. Found scratches on the tailgate and where someone hit a wall or something with the mirror. I drove to the dealership to talk to them in person and James started arguing with me and said Ill just give you your money back, I just flew there and didnt have a way back. They did clean it up and get most of the scratches out after about of 4 hours of me waiting around. All I wanted was the truck they had online and the price they had online. James is just a lier and shouldnt be trusted or at least not buy something from them without looking at it first. There were a few people I did deal with there that were nice though to be honest.Edit: James sent me a text and told me slander is against the law and he contacted his attorney...LOL

Every time I go, There is always something wrong . Melinda said she would call me back about my Rewards .. guess what she NEVER did . They had no record of my truck being worked on bought there ... I waited over 2 hours for a check engine light . I feel like you need to clean house and get all new employees. WORSE THAN BAD SERVICE I HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVE FROM THIS LOCATION .. Experience there was terrible. First we drove up right before close, literally just to look around. Wasn’t even going to get out of the car and we were pressured to come inside and have them give me a quote on what my car was worth. Fast forward the next day, we went back up to talk about paperwork and monthly payments, the finance guy was pressuring us to sign papers right then after I told them that I was at work and just took a break to come meet with them. I told them we would call them later that night and let them know. We ended up going somewhere else and buying a brand new car with no problems. We told April that we had bought something else and for days I got phone calls, texts, voicemails, Facebook stalked and everything under the sun. I have had a new car since November and the people at Crain Buick are STILL calling me. I get that they have a job and it is to sell cars but they try to pressure you into buying something and will continue to harass you!

Ive been dealing with them for almost 2 months trying to get my Gap insurance canceled because I no longer own the vehicle spoke to Donna Sivilis on February 13th she gave me the run around on what I needed when I got all information needed and sent to her she still didnt cancel my gap wouldnt return calls or emails. I have been in contact with corporate trying to get this matter resolved. Do yourselves a favor and not deal with this dealership.

We never received any updates. Our truck was under warranty and they would not accept the GMC warranty. After having our truck for 3 days, we called to check on it and we were told it was not under warranty and that it would cost us $2,065 for the repair. We declined to have them repair it so they said it would cost $185 for the estimate. We picked up the truck and drove it to Everett GMC where the truck was repaired with warranty. Crain needs to reimburse us for the $185 we were out. The bottom line is Crain never gave us any updates, said they couldn’t verify the warranty, then charged us $185 when really it was all their fault. We can’t believe how unprofessional and lacking in knowledge Crain GMC is.

We did the paperwork and after about 30 minutes we were approved for the exact vehicle I called him about which was a 2017 Chrysler 200 ( my favorite cars)and he was able to get my monthly payments below the max I was willing to pay for. Omar is the G.O.A.T. Hes superb, professional and all the above. He definitely knows what hes doing. My husband and I had to leave but was able to lock everything in and we went back the next day to finish up and pick up the car. I would definitely recommend family and friends to shop at Crain Buick of Conway, Arkansas and will be sure to send them to Omar!!!!

They were rude and of no help. Dealed with them about a year ago. Will never go back or recommend this place. I had purchased a vehicle and was unsatisfied with that vehicle after a few months. They were not going to even come close to offering me back the purchase price on the vehicle. I did trade with a dealership in Russellville that was very satisfactory and has followed up with care of my current vehicle with a 5 star rating. This did happen close to a year ago I hope they have already changed.

We looked at vehicles online and found one we were really interested in. It showed 81 miles which was perfect for a new vehicle. We left work early to look and test drive it. When we arrived the vehicle was dirty (obviously driven by someone with kids), smelled, and had 1500 miles. We were very frustrated but still wanted to potentially get a vehicle so we walked to see other vehicles that were available. We selected one and told the salesman that was helping us which one we wanted. After some discussion with the manager, we were able to get to a price that we were satisfied with. Then it took two hours for them to complete the paperwork and get the financing straightened out. They took the new vehicle out to fuel up and detail but they were not very thorough on their work and there were several spots. The salesman did not show us anything about the vehicle or what the features were (we had to figure out on our own). The finance manager did not give us all the necessary paperwork needed. We had to call and ask who we were financed through. Overall, I really love the vehicle but will be looking to take my future purchases elsewhere.

They are great and enthusiastic when it comes to sales, but when it comes to service - they are impossible to say the least. 16,000 miles on a vehicle, two days required to repair the stuff under warranty and they want to change filters while it’s there ($260 for a fuel filter change, $150 for a spin on transmission filter and $80 for a simple air filter). GM warranty also states that they provide a courtesy vehicle when warranty repairs are needed - forget that - they stated its only when available and in over 10 warranty related experiences, they have never had one available - this makes that warranty useless.

My GMC Acadia had the check engine light come on and then started doing crazy stuff on its own. I called my salesman Aaron Cornett right away. He sent someone to pick my car up and brought me a new Kia to drive! Awesome service! Todd called me from the service dept to tell me my car was fixed and ready to go! No problems since! Great dealership but HORRIBLE service. I literally waited over 3 hours almost 4 just to get a routine oil change. That is an ungodly amount of time just for a simple oil change. I have the service plan which covers it for free but if this is what I have to deal with Ill just go pay someone who will take me serious to do it and save some money on my car note. And the worse part is they made me late for work which is why I scheduled it when I did and let them know but that didnt even matter to them obviously.

So my husband and i came in and we were looking for a used car. Wasnt sure what we wanted, but we were slightly skeptical after having some bad experiences a few other places. Curtis Clark, our sales person, was absolutely incredible. He was so professional in explaining & walking us through everything. He is a great asset to this dealership. Also, Jim Atkinson, the GM, is a great leader & it was a great honor for us to meet him as well. Nick, the one who worked the finances with us, was also incredible. The entire team at this dealership is a great asset to the city of Conway. Again, it was a great joy & honor going through this. This was our first ever new vehicle in 28 years of marriage. We have usually gotten preowned vehicles. They made the entire experience of purchasing a new vehicle extremely enjoyable.
