They need to listen better. Specifically asked for NO tire rotation.Truck went in. He came out told me my truck was done and said oil change, tire rotation and car wash was done. Said NO tire rotation he says it comes with it. He should have said that it comes with it, I still would have said NO. I paid for something I did not want done. He can put on sheet to technician NO tire rotation. Listening is what might not bring me back. This is the second time its happened.
I drove to this location from 2 hours away after finding a vehicle online that I wanted to purchase. I arrived to test drive the vehicle and was told that I would have to be qualified first financially by the salesman before I was allowed to drive it. I then asked for the manager who also confirmed that I would have to be qualified first. They explained that this was not standard practice but would be for this vehicle because the owner really like this car. I said then you shouldn’t have it posted online for sale. I 100% believe that I was judged time I got there and little did they know it was a cash transaction. I left after expressing my concerns of how I was treated and purchased at another dealership.
Tried to alert, via a chat window of an experience I had with a van displaying a Hadwin White wrap. The party writing in chat could not have been more rude. a one line answer and abruptly ended the chat. Seems to me, if someone were driving around recklessly with an old vehicle with a Hadwin White wrap on it, they would want to know about it - - oh well, no longer my monkey.

Took my car in for a transmission fluid change and tire balancing. Come to find out I needed brakes. On a previously visit I was told that my brakes were in good shape with 5mm. On the Oct. 20th visit I was told my front brakes were now 3mm and all rotors needed to be turned. Based on the time elapse between visits, there is no way the deterioration would have occurred that fast. Upon researching my previous invoices I found during my 3/04/21 visit my brakes were stated to be 4mm. Therefore, the Mechanic either lied on my 3/04/21 visit or he lied on my 7/16/21 visit when I was told the brakes were 5mm! This is causing me a great deal of consternation and mistrust!

Car problems while on vacation. The people here really handled it very well. I didnt feel any pressure or concern that they wouldnt get it fixed. They knew what it was, got me squared away with a rental, called me a few days later when it was fixed. Very very easy to deal with. Definitely would recommend.
Didnt actually go to the sales department,was there to drop off daughter-in-law s truck for a service due to a recall,the people were very friendly, professional, courteous,and explained everything in an understanding way.They gave me an approximate repair time and were pretty accurate,when they finished I could tell they had taken great care to not leave any dirt,grease or grime in the vehicle and seemed very professional in what they did

My Subaru Forester was sideswiped while on my way out of Myrtle Beach back to NC. Hadwin White body shop was recommended by Geico, and they did a terrific job at the body repairs on the Subaru. There were a few unexpected setbacks and delays to completing the vehicle, but Bob and Britney were very open and communicative throughout the process. Even with a few of the post-repair issues, which I imagine are pretty common with all the different sensors and features on these Subarus these days, they have been very accommodating in getting them resolved through my local dealership.
Called before I came, gave vin number and make and model of car, to make sure I could get a key made, got there, they said yes we can make it, paid 83$ for key, guy went outside to test key, finding out I had automatic remote!! So they didn’t have an appointment for them to program, so I backed out, really frustrated! Then they called me back to program it, had to pay another 100$! I just felt that when I gave vin it should have automatically said what kind of key I needed than I could have been prepared to pay almost 200$ for key! Being they quoted me 83$, that should have been my price! Any real good dealership would haven taken that blame!! Disappointed and upset!

My parked 2021 car was hit in a parking lot on a Monday. The other drivers insurance had a relationship with two repair shops, one of which was Hadden White. I asked around and checked customer ratings and decided to go with Hadden White because the relationship had the advantage of a quick turn-around. I took the car in the next day (Tuesday).What a great decision that turned out to be. I was told my car would be ready the following Tuesday. They were wrong, it way ready that Friday They also coordinated a rental car for me. . It was waiting at the repair shop when I dropped off my car. Paperwork? They essentially had it all done for me.They also were in constant contact with me advising me of the repairs progress.All I can say was they were great. I think their work was very good in addition to the ease of dealing with them.I hope not to need them in the future, but will absolutely use them should the need arise

I used Hadwin White when I hit a deer and Geico recommended them as one of their certified shops. Brittany in the body shop was so helpful with the entire process from start to finish. She made sure that everything was taken care of from extending my rental when needed to making sure that I was kept in the loop with everything going on. I currently have my car back with them for another issue that happened after my accident and she once again has gone above and beyond to make this all as smooth as possible. Would recommend them to anyone that needs bodywork or any repairs done at all!

On Thursday May 13,2021 I had one of the best experiences ever from a dealership. The day before I called and talked to Misty at the GM service department and started telling her my problem, and she instantly knew what my problem was and what needed to be done to resolve it. My 2017 Camaro had the shudder when driving and needed to have the transmission fluid drained and refilled, on Thursday I dropped it off and picked it up around 6pm. The best part is that the work performed was covered under my factory warranty and the problem was solved 100%. I can really really feel a difference when driving compared to before, like a brand new car. So thanks for everything and I really appreciate it.

I own a Subar Tribeca, I boughtcOctober 7th, 2005--14 years. Looks perfect. Runs perfect. Just bought the 2nd set of replacement tires---the 2 sets, original and replacement dry rotted, didnt wear out. 8 years on original 6 on rep.set. My original dealer was good service wise. Hadwin white is great too. Dan and Brandon are Good guys, get you in, get you good prices, and know how finatical guys like me are about their old cars. Looks brand new.And they serviced my 13 year old outback wagon, which was perfect when my son sold it. 188 k. Both cars were the same color. 4cyl, 6 cyl.
If you have any car issues, Hadwin-White is the place to go and Brittany is the person to work with! I feel like Im working with family when Im at Hadwin-White. Brittany is the best and I call her anytime my car is doing something weird because I know she will get it done and fast. Hadwin-White is where you go for good business! I recently had my car repaired here through an insurance claim with Geico and I must say Hadwick White was exceptional! From start to finish they communicated the entire time and made the process seamless! I specifically worked with Brittany in the collision center and she was awesome! She kept me updated and when things took a little longer than expected they communicated that as well. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new!!! Best condition I’ve ever seen it, scratches removed and all! I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone looking. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for customer satisfaction :)
I saw Mike Baumgardner, service advisor, for what I thought was just an oil leak in my 2012 Cruze. Turned out the car needed a new water pump, a new oil pan gasket, along with a wheel alignment. Mike explained everything to me in simple terms and offered me a free loaner car. Not only did the actual cost match the estimate, but he took $20 off the wheel alignment and didn’t charge me for the car wash and vacuuming ($29.95). My car was ready when promised. I’ve dealt with Mike before and I’m extremely happy with his service, from beginning to end. I hope Hadwin White recognizes him. Great dealership.

I bought a ‘21 certified pre owned Camaro SS 1LE from them that was previously owned by GM. Camaro’s are currently very hard to find and are significantly marked up, however from the very beginning of when I contacted Hadwin-White they were super helpful and willing to work with me. I have to shoutout Ann at the front desk, she was basically my salesperson and set the whole thing up quickly over the phone, she was really good at communicating and made the whole process seamless bringing my own financing and down payments over the phone. Ann instilled enough confidence that I flew up from Florida to South Carolina to drive the car home without ever seeing or test driving it. When I got there she wasn’t there that day but had me all set up with my sales person Candler, he was just as helpful as Ann and I just wanted to thank Hadwin-White, Ann and Candler for the really quick, stress less and seamless process.The car itself was perfect and as they described, I did have some issues with the car a week later but I cannot blame Hadwin White for it at all, I blame GM as they previously owned this car and made it GM certified. With that said even tho I’m 9 hours away and have to see a different dealer for these problems, Hadwin White and Candler specifically have still been really willing to work with me and check in to make sure everything’s all good. Overall 10/10 dealer

As always, happy with the service I get from the service technicians, and the customer service oriented support from Shelley.July 2021My 5+ year old battery died while I was out of town. Road service provided a jump start. (My second time over a 7 day period.) While traveling home I called the service department and they said they could take me in that day. (This was great as I had plans to leave town again the next day.) The tech ran diagnostics and confirmed with me it was only the battery, (and replaced it.) Im a regular customer at this dealership and this team continues to be the best around.September 2021As always, the reception by the Service Department was friendly and efficient. Scheduled maintenance was performed. The Service Technicians returned the vehicle in a clean condition. And I always appreciate that the Service Department rep reviews the condition of the vehicle with me before I leave.

I want to start by saying Hadwin-White Body shop treated us like family from the day we contacted them about our wrecked car, this happened on Christmas Eve 2020, our beautiful 2018 Toyota Camry was backed into by a Jeep with a tow hitch and spare tire which destroyed almost the entire passenger side, thankfully my husband and I were not physically hurt. Brittny Wineglass our collision estimator took great care of our car ensuring it was restored to pre-wrecked condition and promptly! Would I recommend them, yes!!! every detail was taken care of by them!

Drove 40 minutes to look at a 2017 Toyota Sienna that didnt start and needed to be jumped... Then offered 30% less than the Carmax trade-in value of my vehicle. Price on website was $2,000 lower than the price they were trying to sell the Sienna for. Not impressed.

I came in as an out of state customer with what I thought was transmission trouble. I was greeted by a courteous professional service attendant (??) that worked me in for the next day. I was pleasantly surprised after they serviced my truck with the timely service and the cost of repair. I had to drop off my friends car as someone hit the right fender. We were acknowledged when we entered and waited for apps 15 minutes before processing. I take it back to work on it the second week.

I hit a deer and was traumatized by the experience. I contacted Geico immediately and they gave me an option to go to a recommended station or to choose my own. I chose this place based on the distance from where the accident occurred. I was able to get an appointment at 9:30 a.m. on the same day. I had such a positive experience. Brittny W was my Collision Center consultant. She was very pleasant and professional. She greeted me with a smile. She explained the process and they fully delivered. She was very communicative. She made herself available for any questions that I had about the process and even followed up with me while the car was being repaired. I was able to rent a car from Enterprise, onsite, on the same day within 2 hours of the accident. There was no wait. They finished repairing the car a day early. One of the only reasons I would come back would be because of how perfect the employee, Shelley Zogopoulos, was to me. When I dropped my car off with Shelley I felt like my car is safe and being perfectly taken care of. This worker truly does go above and beyond. She has never over promised and under delivered. She said exactly what would happen and all my expectations were filled because of her. I am a local business man in the area and I highly suggest you take good care of her because she is excellent.

Most of the reviews here seem to be for new cars or the body shop, this is for the used car division. We went in today to look at a specific vehicle and were met by Jeremy, who was fantastic. There was no song-and-dance routine, just a straight-forward proposal of what they could do to meet us as close to our price as possible. Including the test drive, we were agreed upon in around an hour. After a quick trip to the bank and a meeting with Tim (also fantastic, made everything very simple), to do paperwork, we drove our 2016 Ford Escape Titanium off the lot. It was a great experience and Id recommend this place to anyone.

Very slow. My mothers suv was involved in a small accident in November 2020 and it took them 3 months to fix her suv. They said it would be fixed by Christmas 2020.Then when we went to pick up her suv, they forgot to put a weather strip on her rear passenger door. Took 1 hour to put it on.
Expected when we had oil change and service that they would have vacuumed the car and cleaned the windows as other service companies do. Also not satisfied with the screen not being able to see in sunlight. We were told they did all they could but that is how it is. For a brand new Buick and the cost of it I think that Buick needs to be responsible for poor design and recall to fix a never to get better situation. Will not buy a Buick again.

Came back three days later to see what kind of a deal we could get and they quoted us a higher price than the previous visit. The salesman told us his boss didnt think we were serious buyers, so he threw out a lower price to see if we would bite and refused to come down to the first offer. Hows that for professionalism and good customer service? On our way to buy a vehicle from Hyatt where they dont judge and know how to treat their clientele.

Brought my wifes Terrain for its 1st oil change yesterday when we came to pick it up it was after service hours and the steering wheel seat center armrest and door armrest and push button were covered in grease and if that wasnt unacceptable enough she asked if someone could clean it and they said thats not our job we are in sales call someone tomorrow in service. Ard you joking!? I work at a dealership down the street and Im a salesman and that is not the response I would have given nor would any one of my fellow sales men have given that response we would have grabbed cleaner and a clean rag and cleaned it for the customer! I would have flipped if I was still there when that happened this is absolutely unacceptable and terrible customer service

I had a problem with my auto shut off, and they searched for about two hours couldn’t find anything on the computer saying it was bad, turned out it was just a bad battery and they replaced it, very satisfied.
