Bath and Body Works is one of my favorite places to shop for handsoaps and hand sanitizers. They have fragrances that change out frequently to keep things fresh and new for winter, summer, spring and fall. I also like the fine fragrance mists and the travel size perfume a lot. My nieces love it when I give them the fine fragrance mists for Christmas.

They have the best staff ever! Love the candles of course and the hand sanitizing spray is my new favorite. Just wish they had more fragrances in it. Also a new thing Ive tried is the different lip glosses and have not had any disappointments on any products purchased.

Absolutely love this store and the people who work there. They are not pushy but they are extremely helpful and their sales are the best in the world for fragrances. Theyve brought some of their retired fragrances back and they have a nice array of current and new fragrances. I purchase Fathers Day presents there for my son and husband this year and they were very happy with them I had never purchased Mel products there before but I definitely will again. They have a clean environment which is extremely important to me and their employees are above and beyond. Great place.

I have always had excellent experiences here in the past, but today not so much. The salespeople either #1) ignored me or #2) seemed annoyed at having to answer my questions. Whats up with that? Love the products of course, but todays shopping experience was sub-par. I had another fellow shopper voice the same thing to me, so it wasnt my imagination.

I had to stand in line to enter the store for their infamous $9.50 Candles, but its definitely worth it. I love everything from B&BW. Their candles are superior to other brands.

Great store. The mens body wash/lotion fragrances are great. So are the ladies. A lot of the fragrances here are ones that used to be at Victorias Secret.

There were employee all around the store helping people and telling people coming in the store about sale items. Check out lines were long but moved fast.

Was lied to about the price of the blanket th was lied to about the price of the blanket that they had 2 weeks ago and when I went to check out and told the cashier all the cashiers a and when I went to check out and told the cashier all the cashiers up ther and when I went to check out and told the cashier all the cashiers at their started kind of yelling at me and it was extremely discouraging. Instead of nicely saying no Im sorry youre missin the actual price of the blanket I would have been a whole lot more understanding and not upset at all however I dont like the fact that they made the scene out of my situation and everybody was f****** staring at me. Call customer service and they were actually clos and they were actually closed so I had gotten a hold of the online ordering department and she was really rude and short with me as well but when I finally got an email back all I was given was a thank you for the information have a nice day kind of thing. So I went to call the store and talk to the manager and she was not aware of the situation and she said shed also pass along the information to the eas to the store manager. I was not offered any kind of coupon or discount for the experience and I even told her that I was going to buy $50 worth of their body sprays when they were $5 and I had changed my mind and the cashier looked at me and said okay bye.
