I felt no pressure here and did not get any kind of sales pitch. The people that worked there were nice just to be friendly...not to sweet talk me into buying a car. How refreshing! I did end up buying a car and after having it inspected, was happy to see it was quite a deal. I am happy to recommend to others.
Purchased 3 great vehicles from this business, financing was easy, no issues with purchase and no issues after purchase, Lincoln, Ford and Toyota were all quality vehicle as promised. What you see is what you get! I will be back when I’m ready to purchase again!
Hello(This is Mahesh), I brought 2008 Honda civic hybrid from you. While buying brake was making sound with brake light on Dashboard. you said it will all set after changing brakes. i took it to Honda, they said Modular controller unit(ABS) is not working and it will cost 1800$ to replace new. you guys cheating customers.I have all the paper work that we did while buying car.
I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius from the guys at Jspec about a month ago and I’d like to say that these guys made my car buying experience greater than any car I’ve ever purchased before. I had the pleasure of really getting to know then during my purchase, they’re truly standup guys.
Bought a 1996 Subaru Legacy from Jspec, great deal and a good reliable car. Everything said in the Advertisement Online was true on the auto I bought. Also, for a small fee delivered the auto. (1 hour 15 minutes one way.)
Bought a 2008 VW W3 Beetle. They were super nice, negotiable, and friendly. All around good people, good deals, good cars, and a painless experience.
You can tell these guys know their stuff. Informative and easy car purchase.
Summary: (1) Not professional, (2) Will lie and mislead customer.Full version:I was interested in a couple of used Prius models they were selling. So I visited their dealership one afternoon. I liked one of the cars and after negotiation gave them as offer on the spot to buy it right away with cash. They agreed. However, when I wanted to take the car to inspection, the guy was initially hesitant and later when he agreed, he insisted that the car only be inspected at a particular shop (a place he knew). This seemed a bit fishy. Firstly, of course any person with an IQ would like to buy an used car only after an inspection by an independent mechanic, and secondly, I am paying for the inspection, so I choose where to get it inspected, and not them. In any case, finally he agreed reluctantly. But then he said he had another appointment for the day so we cannot do it then. So it was decided that I would be back next day in the morning with the cash for the purchase and we will get it inspected then. He was supposed to text me on what time to meet but never heard anything back. On checking that evening, I got a reply that another person came after me and paid an advance (most probably a lie because when I had left it was already pretty late). I find this behavior not very professional. They said they wanted to sell it to me and then changed their mind. In the meantime, I had spent money to buy Carfax reports on the car and visited the bank to withdraw cash.Secondly, they lie and misguide customers. I was told that the car only had a single local owner before them. However, when I checked Carfax report for the car, it showed 2 previous owners before them, one of them being out of state. Also, I found that they try to mislead customers. For example, another Prius I was interested in had a cracked windshield. He said it can be replaced inexpensively, and said he had to do it once for his car and only spent a hundred dollars or so. That was really hard to believe (although I am not an expert on cars, I do know replacing a windshield is much more expensive than a hundred dollars), so when I asked him if it was covered under his insurance, he said yes.So buyer beware.(Before they say they havent done business with me or dont know me - which is their response to all negative reviews - I want to add that this is a real and honest review and is based on my experience of visiting their dealership on 12/12/18.)
Good group of guys helped my daughter get into a good car
Hello, I brought 2008 Honda Civic hybrid from you. You know that ABS is not working, when I asked you said it will be fine once you change brakes. When I took to Honda showroom, they said modulator control unit is not working and it will cost 1800$ to change.
Hacks that flip cars with problems. Buyer beware
Wouldnt trust this dealer to pour me a cup of water, much less sell a vehicle
Enjoyable experience
