I took a ride on Sunday to look at what available on the lot. I’ll leave it at that. The majority of the vehicles looked like something from the pick and pull junk yard. Their pictures on line were taken very strategically. They are literally $400 auction cars. Waste of time driving out there. If you like flat tires, dents, rust, torn up seats, even duct tape then this is your place. Some of those cars look like they haven’t moved in months!
Ive had excellent experience with A-1 Auto Sales.
No sales people available. Need to call ahead to meet you.
An overall great experience. The sales personnel were awesome and very professional. I was very happy with my purchase. I give A-1 Auto Sales 5 stars.
Save yourself the run around. Unprofessional to say the very least.
I bought a 2004 Dodge Durango from them in late June . IT was making a noise . They said it was the exhaust. 5 in a half weeks later it stales with my 2 year old grand daughter in it crossing 501. Check engine light came on . Took it to auto zone to have light checked computer said lifter springs gone out. Which is making my spark plugs miss dire. Called owner he told me i was wrong and to let his mechanic look at it which is obe of the people who told me it was the exhaust. I told him it wont stay running and he needs to fix it. He told me that they would fix it at a reduced price. I said no thank you. See you in court . They knew what was wrong with my suv when i bought it. Ill be seeing them in court.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM . THEY ARE CROOKS .
I recently purchased a 2003 GMC Envoy and am very pleased with the vehicle. Both Mark and Brian were nice and helpful.
The reason people hate used car dealers. Ill start this by saying I definitely share the blame here. I ignored my better judgement and trusted them when my gut said to run.Bought a mini van from them. Brian, the salesman kept saying over and over That it just needs new tires, and thats all I know is wrong with it. Which instantly raised a red flag. But we liked the van and it was reasonably well priced. My mistake. Bought it as is. Nothing unusual. He repeatedly told me when I signed the papers and drove off the lot, I took it as is. Another flag. My fault again. Driving home with the car has slips in the transmission. My heart sank. Did not happen during the test drive. On the route he directed me on. Then I stopped to get groceries. Car would not start at first. Had to goose it to start it. Always have to now. Did not know it did that as he started it while I was inside. Two weeks later the thermostat went. Got them on the phone once after purchase as they said they knew a mechanic that could do repairs cheaply if something should arise. Called for his name. Said they would call me back with an appointment for me. Never did. Every time after they ignored my calls and did not return messages. But answered the phone when called from another number. First ring. Offered to buy it back at less than half they sold it to me for.Everyone jokes about and hates used car salesman because of people like this. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Be warned. Learn from my mistake. Do not trust them.
Every car we looked at had major mechanical issues.
I talked to these people about a vehicle I was very interested in for two days the second day I talked to them they set an appointment up for me to see it I got there before the time they set and the employee says to me opps sorry dont know what to tell you just sold it 30 minutes ago ... Very bad business👎Would Not recommend this place at all that was very dirty if you ask me .
