It was awesome. I showed up too early. They open up 5 minutes before 8am. Took me in and did thr work. Out of there by 8:45am. Was offered snacks, coffee, tv, and magazines. Polite and proffessional.I am not a year round local. I drive up most weekends from Dorchester Ma. It is nice to know I can rely on this place.

Went in to check AC per recall notice on 2017 Forester Touring. Watched Swat movie on the big TV in their fireplaced lounge, with a complimentary cup of Swiss Miss cocoa. 90 minutes later, as the movie ended, they had checked the AC, did a free 19 point inspection, AND replaced the AC condenser along with a full recharge of fresh coolant. All of it totally free. I also brought my remote starters clicker with a dead 4 year old battery to the parts dept, and they put in a new one for $7 total. It doesnt get much better, folks.

I came to Profile with a very frustrating symptom in my 2011 STI. I had very specific concerns and asked for some special attention. Avoid, avoid, avoid! Do not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. They sell absolute lemons. Unfortunately, I didnt find out about all the issues with the vehicle until I brought it back for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Which, by the by took 2 and a half hours. After running the vehicle less than 4 months, Im told it needs in excess of 2000 dollars in repairs. Yes, their service department is anything but. The service advisor, Mike, was quite uncaring and rude. They slapped a sticker on it, and called it good, when in fact the vehicle was hardly saleable. I wish I had never even come here, let alone purchased here. Stay away, look and buy elsewhere. They do not stand behind their vehicles. Which is a good thing, as they would be engaging in a very unsafe act.

They wanted to charge me 55.00 for windshield wipers. I should have asked if they wete gold plated or diamond encrusted. To come back with new wipers i had to pay 45.00 plus another 19.95 for them to put on a sticker. Needless to say i wont be back and i do not recommend going here for anything. I will tell anyone i dont recommend them.

While making an appointment was easy for service, I quickly learned that this place is a joke and a waste of time. Drive a little father to a different dealership parts department and I can almost guarantee you will leave happier than I did.

I recently purchased my second Subaru from the team at Profile Subaru it was a great experience, I’ll definitely be back again.

Went here for an inspection, and had my 2 month old with me, I needed a microwave to heat her bottle up and the Service department manager allowed me to use his. I was told one of my rear wheel bearings was going bad, and that my tires had to be replaced. My warranty covered the bearing, and had to get tires put on the same day. Made an appointment for the week after, to have the wheel bearing replaced and inspection finished, they got me in and out quickly, the staff was amazing, essentially Michael Anthony, an older gentleman, in the service department was amazing, and very friendly.

Got a good deal on a 2012 Outback. It had a few problems at first, they asked if they could borrow it for a few days. They were able to track down the cause of problems and fix it. The car drives great! Very good customer service. Thanks!

Unbelievable! I called about a problem starting my 2015 Outback; they took me the next day. Came in, waited about 1/2 hour and was told everything was fine and all the testing was at No Charge! Wasnt expecting that! Ill be back if I ever need service while in the North Country.

I cant say id ever go back, they quoted me 10,000$ for warrantee work and said my car had mud under it so that voided the warrantee and I would be paying out of pocket. Fast forward 2 months, keep in mind I didnt have a car, and corporate (Subaru of America) says it is warrantee work and forced them to fix it, car was back within a week leaking transmission fluid. Really makes you wonder how many people didnt have the time or knowledge and just fell into their scam.

We had a car issue while visiting from Western Massachusetts. We arrived shortly before closing time. The staff took us right in and diagnosed an issue that needed immediate attention. As luck would have it, the parts were in stock. The service technician and the young man that was working the desk stayed well after closing time to finish the job and send us on our way back home. Though we were not regular customers we were treated as if we had been loyal customers for years. Professional, welcoming, competent and helpful. Profile Subaru goes above and beyond to care of their customers!

The car buying experience was very good, they took care of everything and was a fairly quick affair. Also just had my first service experience. Advisor did a great job, got me out ahead of expectations and recommended an alignment (I hit a big pothole on rt 16 going 60 a month sgo), I was unsure if I really needed it, didnt seem too bad. He was totally right, both front wheels were off, so glad I did it. Nice waiting room, but wifi was unusable.

We had a rather unique vacation. Our Sonata died in the mountains. We were on vacation and staying up in Whitefield which is about 90 minutes away from Profile Subaru. We called them because they were the closest to us and we wanted a Legacy. They told us what they had available at the moment. We chose the Legacy Limited that was fully loaded. They had someone drive the car up to us (through the White Mts!) and we did a test drive back to the dealership. While they knew they had someone that was almost definitely going to make a purchase because, well, our backs were against the wall, they did not take advantage of us AT ALL. I know a Subaru dealer elsewhere. When I told him what was being offered, he told me I would be crazy to turn down that deal! My new friend Jerome (Jay) was our great salesperson. His manager Ryan is my other new friend. Pretty much everyone there can be my friends. They are just nice folks. They knew we were on vacation and really just wanted to buy the car and get back to our plans. We were able to complete the entire process the same day without any hassles. Just an excellent experience all around.

Made an appointment to have both front headlights replaced. Was told it on the phone it would take 30 minutes and they would also check over the car for other issues. Sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes. A service rep came to get us, and gave us a short list of issues they found with the car and an estimated total quote for all of the repairs including the headlights which had not yet been touched. We were then asked if we wanted to wait another 40 minutes or make another appointment. Now that an hour had passed we had another commitment to get to, and drove away without fixed headlights! Why were the headlights not replaced first, since that was what I booked the appointment for, and then asked about additional service options?! Very frustrating.

Hands down the best place to buy. Weve been shopping around for a used car for a few months and stopped into Profile Subaru on a whim when passing by. It was just after 6:30 and they were just about to lock up, since it was their closing time. Ryan, the sale manager, told us no worries, hed hang around and then let us look at whatever we wanted. Friendly, helpful, fantastic to work with...he spent the next hour and half with us. When we picked up our Crosstrek, it was completely detailed and his team made sure the process was quick and easy, even going the extra mile to go over over all its features.

I bought a 2017 Subaru Crosstreck and could not be happier with my new vehicle. But beyond that, the costumer service we received from our sales man Jake Drouin was outstanding. On a scale of 1-5 he was a 6!! Thanks so much., he is a definite asset to Profile Subaru.

Loan car ready and service quick. Found it odd no one approached my husband as he scouted the lots for a new Forester. Hes ready to buy and no one appeared. Oh well.

Be sure to get a car fax report on any used car you buy even if they tell you it hasnt been in an accident. Found out ours had been in two accidents after they said it hadnt so between having to repair stuff the value of the vechile has been cut way below book value due to the accidents

While heading home to MA after a great weekend in North Conway, my Cross Trek’s tire pressure light came on. I pulled into Profile Subaru to see if anyone could help. The service department was closed, but the sales folks helped me anyway. Tire off, donut on, and carefully home I went. THANK YOU!! Now, I will head to Patriot Subaru of North Attleboro MA for the repair (or new tire). Picking up nails and screws along the way is not fun, but with Subaru’s great service & terrific cars, we get through! There’s a reason I have been driving Subarus for over 30 years!

What a scam. Subaru gave out a headlight warranty so I was forced to bring it to this place. They didnt put the cap on the back of my headlight assembly so water leaked in! Rookie move. Now theyre trying to tell me that cap isnt necessary and I must have taken it elsewhere and another garage lost it!

The people who work here are really super nice. That said, the service is just average. They did not address a malfunction properly and the problem continued until I was able to get it fixed at a different Subaru dealer (Saco, ME). They did replace my timing belt also and it seems to be okay. Also, they didnt wash my car as a courtesy when the job was complete, something that other Subaru dealers do. They had few loaner cars and even though I had arranged for one with my appointment, they had to dig up one since the one I arranged turned out not to be available (and the one I got was unclean inside and a clunker). I have been to 3 Subaru dealers: this one, the one in Saco ME and the one in Auburn ME. I will go to the one in Saco ME from now on.

Kids playroom needs serious attention. I wouldnt put my kid on that mat.
