Best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Desiree Higgs was helpful. patient and literally spent hours helping my Uncle and Mother. We initially went to Cricket because my Uncle had an issue with his phone but because Desiree was so awesome my Mother switched from Verizon to Cricket that day. Basically Because of her I will be switching from AT&T to Cricket in the near future. Desiree deserves a pay raise for being so amazing at her job!!!!

If I could give 0 starts I would. Came in to transfer my service from AT&T the young lady that helped me was very nice and very patient with us, but the blonde lady that was there- I’m sure it was the manager. Gave me a whole lesson on why she does not believe in masks, you bet she wasn’t wearing one and said she had an excuse that it was being mailed to her. I’m sure it wasn’t an ACTUAL doctor’s excuse or else she would have it with her. Do not come into this store the manager does not wear masks at all and allows people to come in without a masks she says it is okay. She is not only putting herself at risk but customers and her own employees who do wear their masks and follow the protocols.

So, I went there today to purchase a new iPhone. I work the next few days so didn’t want to have the phone mailed to me. The women at the counter were both on their phones and were not wearing masks. I purchased my phone and left thinking no big deal, I’ll import everything over later since the woman told me how. Got home and tried to set it up by following her directions and couldn’t. Turns out, she bypassed all the initial set up where I’d transfer my info from my old phone to the new one. It’s taken me 7 hours and my brother in law to help me set this phone up when it would have been an extra 10 mins in the store doing this. Don’t get me wrong, she was nice but seemed to want me out of the store to finish up her phone call. Her answers to questions were incomplete and it was clear she didn’t know the differences in the specs of various phones. Turned out to be an absolute nightmare and I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

If you ever have a problem with your phone the manager is the one to go to she is fast and smart when it comes to fixing anything I had done messed up and cant fix. Best cricket store I have been to hands down

The employees seemed pleasant and helpful, and not stuffy. The person I was with was able to get her new phone and make a change to her account with a minimum of effort. The displays and store layout were a bit less tidy than some, though maybe it fits the discount carrier vibe. The little strip mall the store is in is a bit crowded (very few parking spots out front) and its hard pulling out when traffic is heavy.

The lady that manages this place is atrocious. She’s rude and disrespectful to anyone she doesn’t know on a personal level. she also can be quite a deceptive person. She speaks down to customers who “don’t get it the first time.” She likes to pick fights when she feels like it.Some of the other girls that have worked and/or do still work there, are just as sloppy and not customer oriented at all. Went in one day and a roach was making its way out from behind counter; which is also where ya stand to pay and whatnot. Another time, the girls that were working were more interested in being on their phones /computers talking with family about drama, or watching videos, than being customer oriented. I stood in front of one of these girls for 10 minutes waiting for her to “wrap up” her conversation she was having with her mother about drama. The other girl there, didn’t offer to help me at all. She was too busy playing in the computer watching you tube. Could have cared less that a customer was in the store.

I give 3 stars because the people in the store are nice. IF you go to the store. But if your trying to call the local store in Conway Arkansas they never answer. Ive called morning hours off and on all day for 4 days. No response. So I decided to go up to the store and play a little trick. 1 customer in the store. 2 ladies working. 1 lady checking out customer. The other sitting and snacking and drinking. So I called the store phone while I was standing in it. Not to my surprise but it rang and rang and not one person bothered to look or check it. So I waited a few more minutes and called again. Still even the lady sitting at the front counter at her computer snacking didnt bother to pick up the phone. So Im starting to see that unless its there boss other someone important then they dont answer phones at this store. If you want customer service from this location then you HAVE to go see them in person. But when you do they are very nice people. They just hate there own phones I guess. ;-)

I was having a nightmare if a time with a Cricket phone i bought online... It wouldnt read the sim card that card. Took it to the cricket store, they determined that it was the sim card and not the phone. Fortunately the manager was there and took sympathy in my situation and got me a working sim free of charge! Absolutely fantastic, friendly service!

Always helpfull . If your phone dont work you can hand it to them and thay will hand it back working unlike netten or stright talk you have to mail it in and get it back in 3 days or that would have to send you a new SIM card that may or may not have the right number on it . Cricket has great service and customer service with a person that is not in India . That says his name is Steve . Only thing Is if you pay your bill in store thay charge you 300. But i would recommend them to any one . I got my service and my dads service from them and my phone works every where with no droped calls or contracts.

If it were possible to give less than one star we would give one of the points on the star. We have gone there several times, and they have to swindle us. Yesterday we went to this store to have them resolve a problem with a line. They informed us that we would have to pay a total of $70 to rectify a problem that Crickett created. It was only after we called the main company that the problem was quickly rectified and without additional cost to us.

My simple question was this, I recently moved to T-Mobile because my company gives me discount on monthly bills and a free phone. Cricket wasnt able to match that, so I moved. Now, in addition to that I had my account set up for automatic bill pay online. I set it up because of the $5.00 off your monthly bill. So, I got charged on the 2nd of each month sometimes its the 1st sometimes its the 3rd. How ever, this month I did the move over on the 10th (8/10/14). There for I understand getting charged for 8 days of service. I went in the store to ask how Ill be receiving the remaining pro rated 21 days of this month which technically equals to about $52-ish dollars. I go in to this store and this one male employee was assisting another customer in front of me, he simply wanted to change over another phone which was locked. So, the man aggressively and rudely tells the man. No, no se puede porque esta loceado. The elderly man walks away kind of sad and bothered, afterwards I go up to him and say, Hi! I only have a small question. His instant response was, What?. Which right at this point I knew this wasnt going to be a good visit to my fellow neighborhood Cricket Store. I asked him, I had set up automatic bill pay on my account and only used about a weeks work of service what happens with the other 3 weeks that was charged to my card? His answer was, You lose it, yeah its gone. To where first of all I had NO idea that this could happen. I didnt want to bother with the guy since he seems to be doing this on a trans to provide HORRIBLE Customer Service to ever customer that walks in the door. Being with Cricket for about 3 years and faithfully paying every single month on time and NEVER late, this is the goodbye I get from them? This is a horrible way, at this point I wish the best for you guys and hope that not ever rep is like that because I dont see a long bountiful future if it continues this way. In addition, I called the 1800 Cricket phone number and got a hold of a CSR. To where rudely they were like, How can I help you? I figured, it would be something like, Hi! Thanks you for calling Cricket, my names (Name Here) how can I help you today?! I guess I was wrong, I told her my situation and she escalated me just by saying, Hold on. didnt tell me I was being xfered to her Supervisor / Manager. They answer the phone like this, Hello Mr. Sanchez, under the regulations code blah blah blah it states that you cant do this blah blah blah and if you do blah blah blah I had no idea what he said because I cant understand his accent. Without letting me answer back or question he simply says, With that being said, goodbye! Now, If I were to rate this store 1-10 I would rate it a 2 since the worst part wouldve been if they were closed. So, just the fact that your store was open gives it a +1 congratulations. I really do hope this rep loses his job for he doesnt belong in that type of environment I will be publishing this every I possibly can until I get justice..

If you can I would recommend ordering your phone online in the store they charge you an activation charge but online they dont got a new phone and service for $50 online in the store they wanted almost $100 for the same phone and service to me kind of a rip off they dont have to charge an activation charge
