Ive had both Internet & TV service from HTC since I moved to Conway 2 yrs ago. Not a single outage, and every so often the Internet speed is upgraded without increasing the cost. I now get between 400-500 and that is amazing. Im so pleased with them that I am upgrading to HTC Max when I move into my new home in a few weeks and also installing their Security System.

Went here for a new phone. Was a great experience. Listen if you want home town service from a home town company that will treat you right.

HTC is by far the worst cable/internet company I’ve ever had! I had 3 service outages in 1 month before. Which I work at home and it causes me to lose a lot of money. Not to mention I got disciplinary action taken against me at work for missing those days. Contacted HTC and it took forever for a manager to reach out. When the manager did reach out they offered me a $30 dollar credit. I’ve missed out on waaaay more money but I accepted as I had no choice. Was told it couldn’t be applied to that current bill but the next months bill. Called in this morning, and the calculations didn’t add up. After the rep did an investigation, she said in the notes it said $25 dollar credit. If anyone could go back to that call, that manager clearly told me $30. $5 is no big deal, it’s the fact that they’re trying to get over ONCE AGAIN! I already had a bad experience and now y’all are making it an even more worst of an experience because it made me look like I was lying. I hate this company with a passion! I’m in a new development where there are no other cable providers but when spectrum comes, HTC it will be good bye!!!!!

I had gotten a replacement phone in the mail and needed help getting the phone set up. The representative was very pleasant and very helpful. I was out in a timely manner. They were following covid procedures.

Have had nothing bad issues with this internet and all they do is give you another box, supposedly have the best connection but yet can’t do simple things with my internet. TRASH don’t recommend

They say their internet is the fastest, yes the fastest at cutting out and messing up it’s so bad I had to buy a WiFi booster and yet that doesn’t even help the situation, their services barley know anything about help either just generally horrible

Staff very helpful, but can not see why cellphones (new) so damn expensive.

I just had a customer service representative talk to me like I was stupid, and tell me that the construction team hasnt ran my new line yet when I literally watched them do it yesterday. I guess I am imagining my tore up yard, and brand new line going into their box on the side of my house.

I was not aware that it was by appointment only. However, the ladies who were working accommodated me quickly, politely, and without any problems. I recommend HTC for all of your Internet, wireless, and connection needs.

I pay for 300mps. Not very often do I actually have this speed. After calling and being on hold for normally a MINIMUM of 30 mins they say “ it’s running fine on our end” or “ sorry we can’t guarantee WiFi speeds. ( I’m getting 50mps out of my 300) then when you call and express how you just want what you pay for they just say yes we understand and if you say anything about canceling they don’t care! They just say ok.Simply put they will charge you whatever you are willing to pay and get what they decide to give you and if you don’t like it you are not valuable to then because they know there is not much competition in horry. Sad they can’t just give people what they pay for or act like they care.

HTC is to expensive..service is not so hot plus no senior discounts..

My niece and I had some bill questions at customer service. Very small wait time and the HTC representative was very polite and helped us out. Professional business.

Crooked. Forced me to make an appointment to convert my service and cut off my internet ALL DAY after promising a service tech that never showed up. Then when I called back for another long wait time Im told THAT NO TECHS ARE COMING and that my service will be restored as soon as I make an appointment. Not for today, just agree to make an appointment. The customer service rep literally said that if I didnt make an appointment they would not restore my service. They can arbitrarily turn your service on and off to suit their agenda. Whats that called, extortion?The reason I refused to was because the last time they were on my property someone walked on top of a large stack of glass breaking all of it, spray painted their orange spray all over an outdoor mirror for no reason and stole tools. I still have yet to see action. I hate this company.

I hate this company internet never works csnt ever get in touch with anyone.

They wouldnt give me a extension for 2 days because I had already had 2 prior extensions. All I wanted was an extension for 3 more days. Guess they are more concerned about the money and turning your service off so they can charge an outrageous service fee to turn it back on! Unfortunately they are the only service available in my neighborhood or I would have ditched them long ago!

Pay my bill there and know its done for the month, plus the young women are very polite to the customers..

The worst internet I’ve ever had. My internet service in Afghanistan was better than this. Two thumbs down HTC. Get it together, we live in the second fastest growing economy in America.

HTC is one of the best providers in Horry County! They will work with you to get the best deal and they are always available 24/7, none of those long waits to speak to someone across the world! Highly Recommend!

Internet was out all last night and today and no one even takes your calls when you call to report the outage. Very unsatisfied with this service.
