Bradley is so awesome. He has taken care of all of my repairs and has done a wonderful job in doing so as well. I took my Macbook computer to him after it stop working for some apparent reason (thinking water damage) and Bradley did everything possible to bring it back to life. I originally took it to Best Buy and they could not figure out what was wrong with my Computer or how to fix it. Then, I took it to Bradley and he got the job done. I am forever grateful for him. It was ok. Cheaper to buy a new phone... they are probably a good choice if you have a high end phone needing repaired. No special measures or masks worn during the pandemic... so, enter store at your own health risk.

Excellent very fast service to install a new battery for my iPhone 6 which Apple people had told me on 2 occasions was OK but I needed a new phone. The young man installed a new battery and screen protector in 15 minutes and my phone is like new again.

A major cell phone carrier told me it would cost 100.00 and I would be without my phone for 2 weeks. Way over price. Do is me a removable battery charger for 50 bucks. I found that one and 3 others for under 10 on Amazon. Ended up buying one for 8 bucks that was easier and held battery. Will never go back not client friendly, they just take you for all they can. I should have walked out with no purchase. Plus item was used not even new. They had been using it.

These guys are AWESOME! I walked in having difficulty getting my Samsung Note to keep a charge, and within minutes, they had me running again. I hung out for a few, to make sure it wasnt just a temporary fix, and it wasnt. Very professional and helpful. Too many places want to find multiple possibilities to fix, so you bill grows. I loved that I was fixed and ready to go within minutes. I would definitely recommend this place, and since Im from out of town, I will probably make the drive just to do business with them again, if needed.

Phone is there now, first it was going to be ready after day 2. Day 3 rolls around and now its Weve just started working on it, it wont be ready until tomorrow. Its a digitizer replacement, had I known that I wouldve replaced it myself quick and for an arm and a leg less.

Ive taken several devices here for repairs (two phones and a laptop), and once bought a used phone. Every time they have handled the repair items professionally and efficiently. Ive been having problems with my charging port for months and on my second replacement phone from Verizon. I went to Verizon today because its at the point I cant wiggle the charger chord, stand on my head, face the west and blow bubbles to get it to work. They gave me 3 options all of which were gonna cost me $ ranging from 81$ to 150$ cuz they said my charging port was damaged. I took it to FCC and Daniel cleaned it out and viola works just fine. Very fast, very friendly and informative. I will DEFINITELY be back AND recommend to all my friends, family and anyone I over hear needing cellular repair.

My Screen was cracked (iPhones right??)!So I take it to them, They give a price and I leave right away.I thought it was really expensive (it is a little more expensive compared to others). But then again they seemed the most professional and I did not want to mess my phone up. So I take it to them next day, after 1 hour go back to pick it up and at the counter they tell me (as if my phone was the patient and they were the doctors) that my phone had all these problems. And I say well I know but I dont think I can afford all repairs, So they give me an estimate and I cross my fingers and go with it.Either they gave me a new phone or made my old broken phone awesome.Nice team.Recommended.Joe handles all the matters really well and professionally.

How much better can it get? One minute after walking in they had my iPad up and running and within another minute the service guy told me that my iPhone needed a new charging port, so an hour later I came back to the store and my phone was ready with a new charging port and a new battery, and my total bill was only $65.00. Im a senior citizen with an older smartphone. My problem-- no one could hear me when I spoke into my phones microphone. All the phone settings were in the proper mode for it to work. Within 10 minutes, Michael, had my phone working (most of that time was spent answering my questions). Very thorough, professional, patient and knowledgeable. Took my phone in for replacing a cracked screen. Took 2 hours longer than they said it would, and I have had issues with the phone ever since. I will take it elsewhere to get a proper repair done. Also they are expensive compared to some other stores.Since posting my review the owner of the company has contacted me and resolved my issues. All companies are subject to making mistakes, but its how they handle them that really counts. Hats off to FCC Repair.

(Update)I cracked my screen slightly, but it remained fully functional. I even used it for a week while it was cracked and had no issue other than the blemish. I had the screen replaced here and had to return three times during the first week of replacement due to issues with the touchscreen that I had not had before the screen was replaced here. Finally they put the “original screen” back on and gave me a refund. I then made an appointment and took it to the apple store where it took the same amount of time and only $15 more. I now have a 2 year warranty on it, as opposed to 6 months. My touchscreen works perfectly and I now have no issues. They were all very friendly and I understand that mistakes happen, but I will be spending the extra $15 and relying on the apple store for all future issues.

I called to see how much a battery replacement for my iPhone5 would be and they said 45 dollars plus tax. so I took it in the next morning and the guy said I would be 59.95 plus tax. I left it there anyway but then on the way to pick it up I called again and they said it was 50 plus tax. I was given three different prices within 24 hours. and when I showed up they still tried to charge me 59 plus tax after taking my information when I called and telling me I would have to pay only 50. I was extremely upset and when I asked what would have happened if I had payed the extra ten dollars he said you would have lost it I then asked how many people he had overcharged since their price change. and this was the same guy who I called twice giving me 3 different prices each time I talked to him and the battery is still messed up. I am extremely disappointed and in no way do I trust this company anymore. I am taking all business elsewhere now, and some major changes need to be made about employee accountability

May be a great place to fix your phone, BUT DONT pic up your package there, because it might not be there, or it was and than it wasnt; mabe it was taken to the hub, and they never told you, there for you lose tpur opportunity to pic it up on a Friday, now you have to wait till Monday and figure out how to pic it up on Monday. Replaced my phone camera quickly and inexpensively.

I was told an iPhone 6s glass screen could not be replaced on its own, that the entire screen, glass and electronics, would have to be replaced. This is simply not true as evidenced not only by a simple web search but also by calls to other cell phone repair shops. Misinformation given for presumably the sole sake of charging almost double what others would is not a healthy practice.
