Nice selection of shows in store, good deals online.

Not many selections are sizes. Just take that ride to Little Rock and find the real shoe stores. (Footlocker, Champs etc.....) better deals there too.

Good friendly associates. I was in and out within 10 minutes with the item that I needed for my nephew. No complaints. Most importantly, I called the store to check if they had the size in the shoes I needed and she actually checked unlike some other stores that I will not name. I didnt waste a hour and half driving there and back home.

Spotty & sparse selection. Probably best for youngens.

Wow, just called this store looking for a pair of Jordans, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and didnt even check the inventory. Just a straight, no. Alright, thats great customer service Hibbets, thanks! What a joke.

Worst customer service EVER!! I ordered an XL shirt online and had a coupon. They sent me an 1X. Went to exchange for the same price...they charged me $9 MORE. I told her its the same price. She said, you used an online coupon and this in-store. UMMMM...YOU IDIOTS sent me the wrong size...THATS why I am in-store!!!

I cant shop this stores website because they have some sort of bot detection mechanism in place that requires you to hold a button down and then release it, and despite following the directions to the letter, I am being denied access.

Wasnt impressed,very high on shoes get same at academy sports or wilkerson for less

Friendly staff n very cleaned

Had bought a pair of shoes here. Blue and white Air Force 1 and were a size to small; went to return them and they absolutely would not return them because they said I wore them. I tried them on in store then when I went home and tried them on with a less dense pair of socks realized they were too small still... almost a hundred dollars on a pair of shoes and could not return them...

Dont tell paying customers over the phone that you accept returns/exchanges when you dont. Its a waste of time, and frankly Id rather drive to Little Rock to a better store with a larger selection than waste my time with incompetent staff.

The only place I know of in Conway that sells Jordan shoes. Great customer service...

Was there to do inventory and they had the store prepared.

My visit to this store # 106 In conway was terrible..one of the store employees named kayla kept following us around giving my boyfriend an I evil looks ..then when we went to the register to pay for out merchandise she was rolling her eyes the whole time an had an attitude the entire time we were checking out.. when we paid for our stuff we played with a debit card an asked kayla when the register is open could she please give us change for a 20 she was very hateful an said no an when we asked why she then very rudely said its store policy.. an if I could give it zero stars I would...
