Good ole Wally World-- Has anything I need. Theyve rearranged it so Ive had to relearn where some of my normal buys are. The customer service is 50/50. Overall, a clean store and its stocked, though I have noticed more bare spots during the pandemic times (anyone else?).

Nice store, friendly staff.Their auto center is great! They had my oil changed in less than a hour while I did some shopping.I really wish they had Havarti cheese though, its not a knock for bot carrying it but I guess I have to go to Kroger for that. Oh well, overall a great store and great staff.

The store is actually getting a little better these days. Something did smell a bit rotten in the fresh fruit section, but that is not typical.

As a former Walmart employee I may notices things that others may not notice.This was very clean and tidy. The zoning looked real good.I recently had been in Walmart stores in different states and store#2575 was the nicest looking of all I was in.

This is just me but I no longer go to Walmart brick and mortar stores I dont like the fact that they replaced the checkers with self-checkout and they move the store around too much you can never find anything I do use the online app

The perfect size store, not too huge and lots of selection in the grocery section. Great bread options too

I always have a great time at this location. Customer service is great and I couldnt have had a better shopping experience anywhere else.

It was good not to have to hunt for everything like at old Walmart. Found what I needed right away. Great signs signs everywhere so easy to find unusual things. Happy when old Walmart is set up so dont have to drive way out to west side of conway.

Good luck getting help if you cant find something. I saw two employees the entire time I was here. Will not be going here anymore since they are getting rid of all the cashiers.

I cant believe I couldnt pay with cash except 2 cash registers. There was over 30 people in line to check out. Its took us over 45 min 2 pay for 4 items. 40 + self check-out and 40 people standing in line to check out. The is just plain foolish. I was at conway, Ar. on Dave Ward Dr. I wont make that mistake again!!

Very friendly curbside pickup staff! Quick and efficient! Was a little harder to find the pickup area than most Walmart stores, but just follow the signs as it is somewhat behind the store.

Its a Walmart, not much can be done wrong.

This has been my favorite Walmart for years seeing as how I live right down the street. It’s always been so easy. They’ve began the remodel which is good, the self checkouts are easier and make lines shorts. But a majority of the aisles are so close together they only have room for one person to go down at a time. It’s so crammed in there it shoots my anxiety through the roof and now I hate shopping here.

Self check out is great for shoppers with small amounts of items. Shoppers with items over the top of the baskets should be diverted to a line with checkers that doesnt take alot of the person assisting customers that issues scanning items.

The last visit to get my meds took 30 minutes and the pharm didnt get my insurance right. Had to send it back with the outside pickup person. Confusion!

I hadnt been to this Walmart in a while. Everything has moved around but it was neatly organized, especially the childrens area while looking for clothing and other items. I was able to find different food items that I dont usually see. I would highly recommend coming in the morning, nobody was in the store, plus if youve got WIC theyve switched to almost all self-checkouts and had only one cashier. So, I could definitely see a long wait in the line if coming in the afternoon.

Remodeling is underway and it is much better now. All self checkouts allow for quick and easy checkout.

Walmart has become a horrible place to shop. The one on Highway 65 in Conway, AR is a filthy unorganized mess on any given day. The store on Dave Wats Dr is on point for cleanliness., professionally managed.

Absolutely rude staff!!! No one to help, Everytime we found someone to help they were either on their phone, or not even bothering to help!

Experience is fine but it was kind of eerie due to the fact of one of the employees in the garden center when asked where something was they just say they think it might be over here but never want to see if it was over there so I had to find the items that I was looking for basically on my own so thats why I gave three stars no good customer service on that day at all besides when I began to depart towards the front door

WalMart is WalMart but out of the 2 in Conway...this 1 is better in my opinion. I still encounter rude workers...but, I give as good as I get...I like this 1 because its not really town centered. I can actually find items that are sold out or harder to get, such as vegan foods...lavish breads...

They never keep things in the same place and can never find help wen you need it

First of all you can find just about anything that you are looking for there they have a drug store they have the grocery store have a flower shop they have everything so why I look anywhere else

I went in looking for rose bushes, they didnt have as many as I needed. So a very nice clerk told me they will have more next week. I appreciate her help.

I personally have never been a Walmart fan, however as I have gotten older I find myself in walmart because they usually have everything on my list. Today I went because it is one of the few places I can use both my food and health care cards from my medicare plan. So I guess Walmart is growing on me.

Update 4/8/21 (about 6 months later?): From 4/5 to 2/5. I noticed something every time I go here and now Im going to declare it is definitely occurring. Cant just have 1 experience and go off that.. Ive been there several times and seen this problem. The employees are intentionally avoiding interaction with customers as they walk around and avoiding eye contact. When you hunt one down to finally have them assist you, they barely do anything to help. They dont know where anything in the store is, either. It used to be the norm that employees at stores would walk you to the item rather than say I think its in the part of store.Ordered some car stuff and went to go pick it up. Was told on the phone that I can park in a parking space in the lot and call the number on the sign to get my order. When I got there, I did that. I was then told that they wont bring it out and I have to go in to pick it up from the tower. The tower worked fine.

I bought a cake from them for my daughters birthday and it was so bad, not like the picture, looked like fingerprints in it, stale, list goes on and on. I talked to brittney over the phone and she said come in and Ill refund you. I came in and there was no record of my order or me coming to pick it up, and no brittney in the store. After digging through my car to find the receipt to prove I really got it there, I waited for a total of 30/45 minutes and walked out with no refund because I was pulled aside just to be put back in line so many times. Horrible experience.

Found what I wanted and the employees were nice an helpful.

Always can find what I need with the good selection....Good service but currently redoing store interior...you really have to search for what youre looking for.

So yesterday I went to Walmart to buy a rotisserie chicken and the girl was putting out chicken and I asked her that they have any chicken that was fresher than what they was on the tray so she told me to go to the deli and to ask the guy to give me a chicken and so I waited in line and so she came to do to ask the guy to give me a chicken so he picked the driest chicken they had set out on the table to get rid of and gave it to me it was so dry that I could not eat it I cannot believe that I got this chicken like that when all the other times Ive been getting chicken from the rotisserie chicken from there it was really good now this time when I asked for a fresh chicken I got a dried up bone thank you Walmart.

Decent stock levels, but the prices on many things have just shot up. Some things were up 25% to almost 50% jump. Whats the deal? Also the staff act like my presence shopping is an inconvenience to their day (even if I dont ask for their help) to downright being rude. Ive been using the self check outs a lot recently. I do this because some days there is only one or two registers open(and it is a pretty busy day), and at least the computer talks to me(unlike many of your cashiers who wont say anything...even tell me my total!).Start getting better, Walmart, or I am happy to take my money to a store whose people at least act happy to take it.

Open late. Usually has the necessities and then some. FYI: As always with Walmart, the Garden Center usually closes a few hours before the rest of the store, so make sure you go during regular daytime business hours if you are going to purchase patio furniture, etc.

Polite, friendly, & helpful employees. I got what I came for & a bunch of stuff that I didnt. LOL Im not a big fan of Wal-Mart brand food & produce, BUT their frozen coconut macaroons are UH-MAY-ZING! This is unexpectedly crazy, but Arkansas Wal-Marts are bigger and have a wider variety of inventory, better sales & clearance items than Wal-Marts in other states.

Staff friendly and helpful, store was not very busy, the Dave Ward store is the better of the two supercenters in Conway.

Its as messed up as usual, nobody offered any help, until I was through and trying to get a full basket out of the store ! I told the kid, No thank you !!

I dumped my drink on me at a restaurant. So I ran to Wal-Mart to grab an outfit. Clothes were on the wrong hangers and in the wrong places. Clothes were all over the floor, the self check was a mess and dirty. The cashier watching self check was playing on his phone. It was not a good experience this time.

They have once again moved everything in the store! So instead of 30 minutes, it took almost an hour.

Due to Covid 19 employees cant check you out, cant tell you where anything is located, be polite and/or courteous, move from the spot where they stand, or answer the phones. But hey, its Due to Covid 19...... SMDH

The best walmart. So glad they have alot of self checkouts. Makes getting in and out of walmart quick and convenient. I hope they retrofit all walmarts with mostly all self checkout.
