Do not go to this store. The lady at the front purposely refused toilet paper to my sister after my sister realized there was none. My sister had to awkwardly ask two customers cracking the door and the first customer was refused NAPKINS to give to my sister. Then a nice MAN was able to help my sister . Then the lady comes to the bathroom door open and yelling while she’s sitting needing feminine products and toilet paper THE STORE SHOULD OFFER IN BATHROOMS OR BE LABELED OUT OF ORDER. This is ridiculously disgusting especially as a WOMAN these should be genuine gestures given naturally by humans. ALSO most products in the store are expired. But i couldn’t believe what I witnessed today. It was absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous. I hope she is no longer able to work there and gets some self healing for her issues that causes this mentality for her.

The staff has always been very friendly to me. I dont know what occurred with other people, but I had to move gas pumps and it was no problem. In addition, they did accidentally over charge me one time by ringing up an item twice. However, my money was refunded to me. It just took 3 or 4 days. I think most of that has to do with the bank.All that aside, they have an awesome selection of items that are not found at most convience stores. I love that they keep paletas in stock all year round.

🗣🗣🗣This Store double charged me for cigarettes..I went to my bank Spoke with them about the transaction on my account... they told me to go back to the store To speak With the manager..I called the manager he was being very rude arguing with me and did not refund my money I guess the employee that checked out that day got a Free couple packs of cigarettes!!! And remind you I go to this store all the time..Not anymore they have lost a very loyal customer‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

They took money out of my account for gas that I couldnt get and they refused to let me move to another pump said that my money would be redeposited and it was just pending well 24 hrs plus later my account shows that the traction was complete. I call and was told that I would have to be patient.

Always my favorite gas station in town.They always had toilet paper during the beginning of the pandemic and they had gas, tobacco products, bacon, milk and eggs during the latest winter storm.

The owner (the Indian lady) is rude & is always grouchy. This woman gives most of the people a hard time and is very crazy. I think she is mentally ill. She always thinks somebody is stealing.

One of the worst gas stations in Conway. The only one thats worse is prolly Satterfields right down the street. Obscenely high prices, be careful buying food off the shelf here, half the time what youre buying is expired. Extremely rude employees, customer service is non existent here. They even charge to give u change. Best to just avoid at any cost.
