Had to use CVS on Oak Street because CVS target did not have the prescription that I needed so they transferred the script. When I arrived I handed my insurance card to the guy in the window and he looked up my child’s prescription. He then informed me that it was “shift change “ and that it would be 30 minutes before they filled my prescription through the drive-through. At this point I was a little annoyed, but OK. Then about 15 minutes later, girl comes up and asked for my information, I gave her my sons information, and she says here’s your medicine and gives me the instructions and says it’ll be $10. I gave her my debit card, she runs it, gives me back my debit card and medicine, but no insurance card. When I asked her for it she had to go look for the first guy that I have talked to. He then comes to the window and says “did I not give you your card back? I thought I did. I don’t have it.” Then he walks away, never to be seen again. The other girl comes back after another 10 minutes and says “sorry we just had shift change, so I don’t know where your card is, but let me take your name and number and we’ll see if I can find in the morning.”I don’t know how pharmacies work, but I’ve had a lot of jobs, and “shift change “ has never been an acceptable excuse to lose items and take longer to be served.

It’s sad that this establishment continues to get bad reviews and yet, I get it. I have been sitting in the drive-thru line for a good 20 minutes and have moved one car length and there are still 3 cars in front of me. Sure, I could go in and possibly get my meds quicker but I have been working with people all day long and frankly, I’m all peopled out. If I were rating the pharmacy only, I’d give 1 star. And I will say this with 100% certainty: the process was always smoother when Amelia was here. She’s a ninja though so maybe they just need more staff on site to lighten the obvious load they are experiencing. Since I’m rating the entire establishment, though, I’m giving 3 stars. The building is always clean on the inside when I do go in the building. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and I love using my rewards.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would select that. I was picking up medication for my family members with Covid who aren’t able to leave their house. CVS spoke with my family and told them their scripts were ready and their insurance was taken care of. This place moved me to the back of the drive through 3 times, then made me come inside and go to the back of the inside line twice. After retracting their original statement, saying they had no insurance on file, they spent 30 mins looking at the insurance card I had to finally claim it was a medical card not a script card. My family told them that’s what they normally use and do not have any other cards, CVS then got hateful with her which is infuriating as they are sick at home with a baby and Covid. A lot of time and energy was wasted due to their incompetence and lack of communication skills.

I went to get my first dose of the vaccine and was told they only have moderna which is fine! I asked the lady what was the difference between that and Pfizer? I’ve only heard of the Pfizer vaccine. She just shrugs her shoulders and says “I don’t know, someone people get one and some get the other.” Okay? Rude. Sh then precedes to talk about me to her co-workers as I fill out the paperwork because I had general questions like any person would. Needless to say, I CANCELLED my appointment and went else where! Bad service, rude employees, and I wouldn’t trust any of them to vaccinate me.

I would love to give this store 0 stars but thats not an option. The customer service in pharmacy is the worst I have ever seen. They dont fill scripts in a timely manner--it shouldnt take 8 hours to slap a label on 2 scripts they dont have to count the qty and this has happened on at least 2 occasions. One of the pharmacists (didnt get her name) was snotty to me when I told her it shouldnt take that long. I had scripts transferred to another place and they held my scripts hostage causing the new pharmacy to have to call back to get them transferred. I had to tell them multiple times that I am not getting a script that was too expensive, they never cancelled when I asked them to. They refilled scripts that I never requested and I am not enrolled in the auto-refill. I tried calling them and was on hold for at least 10 mins without talking to anyone before I decided to hang up and try again, it took 3 times of me doing that before someone finally answered the phone. The whole inside of the store reeks of something rotten.

The staff is friendly but sometimes when I go in they seem inattentive, however the pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable. The place offers great coupons as well.If you are not a huge fan of Walgreens, this place is basically across the street from it, so I am glad people in Conway have a choice. Just dont expect to be able to buy tobacco products as they do not sell them here. No big deal though.

NO STARS! BEWARE! If you are in any sort of urgent need for medication this is NOT the place to go. The head pharmacist, ASHLEY ELLIS, is a LIAR who will run you around for 3 HOURS (After being quoted just 30 mins in the beginning) to receive amoxicillin for an INFANT. Store manager, DARREL JONES, will be of no help. Just listens to problems and says NOTHING. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS NO MATTER HOW CONVENIENT THE LOCATION.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen. Traveling from Texas, tried to get claritin-d and pharmacist was anything but helpful. Refused to sell due to out of state license. Father tried to buy (has AR license), refused since he does not fill his RX there. Pharmacist makes up rules as they go. Avoid this fool at all cost.

Mixed service here. Originally they sold pseudoephedrine fexofenadine without issue then they claimed they have a new policy and no longer sell it unless you have a prescription or a history of filling prescriptions with them. They explained that as long as Ive filled prescriptions with them I can buy it. So I transfer my prescription to their pharmacy and they allow me to buy it. Then I have a 2nd prescription there later on. I try to go a couple months later and get more Allegra D and they tell me you only have 3 prescriptions with us so we cant sell it to you. Clearly this is some kind of racketeering scheme or something where you have to fill a lot of prescriptions with them to buy something the used to just sell. If its such a big deal to sell it, why was it being sold without prescription before... long after people started using pseudoephedrine to make illegal substances? Also, I only have 2 prescriptions, not 3. They also kept texting me annoying me with their spam messages that my prescription is ready to fill days after I filled one that had no refills on it. They claimed that the prescriber called another in. That makes no sense -- it was prednisolone and the directions stated to take for 1 week then stop using. Reading must be difficult for them here. Maybe thats why they keep messing things up. Then they annoyed me with more spam text messages later on about my other prescription. I never signed up for any text message stuff or asked for automatic refill and renewal. Ultimately the issue Im treating with the Allegra D still exists and nothing works like that does but theyve chosen to be difficult. I havent purchased very much of this and dont purchase it frequently. In total now during the course of over 1 year Ive been able to purchase 2 or 3 times and these are 12 hour 24 count boxes. If I was taking them daily they would be out in 12 days so 2-3 boxes over 1+ year is nothing.

I was told to give the staff an hour to fill my med. I go in 1.5 hours later and I am told the medication still isnt ready but would be ready in 5-6 minutes. 25 minutes later I approached the counter and told them it had been one hour from the time they originally gave me and another 30 min after that. It turns out my medication was filled, but no one bothered to let me know, though i was sitting at the pharmacy waiting on them. Probably one of the worst pharmacys in town!

This pharmacy has become a joke. They say something going to be filled by a certain time and you show up 2 hrs after that time and there still filling the order. That is totally unacceptable..then they do not tell you that one of your prescription was not filled. And you find out after you get home 30 miles away. This place does not have respect for there customers at all.

After 12 hours with my wife in the hospital it took an hour to feel 2 rx at 10 o clock at night. There was one person on front of me. They were done in15 min and it took another 45 min to get mine done. Ill go to walgreens next time. All we all wanted to do was get home and get some rest.

Believe the reviews: this pharmacy is backwards and that includes management, Ashley Ellis in this most recent scenario (there have been others in the past at this location, but this one just happened and its almost infuriating). I thought it was just me until I was looking online to find out this establishments owners to send in a complaint with the BBB and I see the reviews from other customers are the exact same: impatient and rude, misinformation, not helpful, etc. I was blatantly told that she didnt have time to help me and had other things to do- mind you, I was the only customer in store and there were 3 other staff working behind the counter (again, I cant believe this is the manager, but she may have been wearing the real managers name badge, I am only hoping so). This representative outright lied and was ignorant of laws and policies in place to assist customers who are not addicts yet another staff member (previously) provided different information. Its so confusing, but maybe they are trying to get shutdown or closed (< another reviewer), so they wont have to work here; thats the only thing that I can think of for why their service is simply inadequate. Another reviewer said what is true, if you dont like the job, quit and let someone else who would appreciate it assist the customers; maybe this is a trainee location (other reviewer statement) and the staff is overworked and unreliable. I have already filed a complaint with Arkansas and CVS; I couldnt find them under the BBB yet which brought me here.

I have been a CVS customer since Medicare deemed Kroger a non preferred pharmacy. I pretty much only deal with the pharmacy and most of that is online. The last three months have been a nightmare using the online app. I wont go into detail, other than to say it relates to paying and shipping. I am seriously thinking of going back to Kroger.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be. Ive had to wait on the phone an hour to ask simple questions. I called in a prescription and didnt hear anything after two days so i went in to check on it, and they had no record of me calling in the refill. Absolutely Terrible.

I filled at oak street CVS for years but never again. Last month, the pharmacy manager lady was so happy to tell me I’d have to wait till Monday to get my medication(on a Saturday.) it ended up being Wednesday before I finally got my prescription. The pharmacist lied to me about “doctor ordered protocol” to verify all controlled substances before filling. This ended up being a CVS ON OAK PROTOCOL ONLY. Her satisfaction from making me wait for the meds I need was so apparent.It’s one thing to follow protocol and another thing to take pride in making a patient wait longer than necessary for their drug that they badly need and to take pleasure in doing so. You lost a customer!!!!

Nice to know you treat everyone as a drug addict. The customer service here is horrible. I have to have pre authorization through insurance. My doctor and insurance company said to pay cash and once authorized my insurance would pay me back. The pharmacist looked at me and my wife and told us she would not do that. And that addicts take advantage of that. After this I wont be going back. She had the nerve to cover her mouth and say something under her breath. Treat people as you would like to be treated.

Apparently this location is where CVS sends all of their remedial Pharmacists, my been filling the same prescription for over two years ( my insurance forces me to use CVS ) yet Maria cant seem to comprehend how to fill the script even after having my Dr office call and explain it to her.Maybe if it were written in Crayon...

This is the absolute worst pharmacy within a 50 mile radius. The people that work there seem to be trying their best but if you ask 3 different people the same question you will get 3 different answers. Its such a headache to have to use this place.

I went to the pharmacy to pickup a prescription my doctor had sent in earlier in the day. There was one person working the inside line, the drive through and the phones. The management completely screwed this employee. He was helpful but in the half hour I was there only one person in front of me had gotten their medication. This pharmacy doesnt actually function as a pharmacy. Its closer to an adult daycare because there are a bunch of adults just sitting around.

I came in and needed to use the restroom and a very nice lady (Sarah)was very helpful. I bought a few items and she was very nice checking us out and made sure we had everything we needed. I went to the car and noticed i didnt have my glasses. She went out of her way to help me look for them.i told her thanks for everything and left.moer stores need people like her. Thank you Sarah

Chris at the pharmacy greeted me like it was the worst day of his life. These things happen. I gave him a prescription and an insurance card; he said it would be 15 min. I waited around for 20-30 min and went back to the desk. A friendly enough pharmacist had the meds ready (uh...thanks for calling my name?) She asked me if I had insurance. I once again handed my card over, but there was an error. She offered to call them while I wait (but I’d already BEEN waiting like 25 min) so I said I’d just pay for it. So she rings me up, and CVS tries to force me into opting in to being on their call list in order to make my purchase. Like, you cannot buy anything without adding yourself to their call list, the best you can do is select “print” which prints out a form with a number you can call later to remove yourself from their call list. Well, forget that! I just left. I just got meds from my regular pharmacy the next morning when they opened, for free, because they know how to file insurance.

The staff is friendly. The pharmacist is the least helpful pharmacist I have talked to in 20 years. I recently started cancer treatment, so have been getting quite a few new unfamiliar drugs. When I ask about the drugs, she gives a 3-4 word answer. No help offered. Example, one drug if taken with food has no problems with peoples stomaches, but is terrible on an empty stomach. Didnt cover any side effects or warnings. Seems like she really didnt care. Only reason I use them is for insurance coverage, otherwise I would go to my local pharmacist who cares.

Only pharmacy open 24hrs near hospital so they get one star for that. The pharmacist and service was awful. As if spending half the night in the ER with an injured child isnt bad enough you have to suffer through getting meds filled. Terrible experience. It shouldnt be difficult to enter info into a computer and count pills to fill a prescription. If you can wait til morning... just go somewhere else.

Poor Phone and Customer Service. I just was discharged from Hospital with 5 prescriptions to be filled. Called about faxing or emailing scripts in and hours.you have to bring them in were 24 hours Click hung up. I understand being busy but if your company abuses the staff to the point that you cant be polite to someone getting out of the hospital after a check up leads to the ER to unexpected intensive care hospital stay QUIT

Every time I go to get my medications I have to wait for 15+ minutes and sometimes they never even come to the window and I just end up leaving. Tonight I went to get a menegitis shot. We double checked that we didn’t need to make an appointment to come get it. we waited for about 20 minutes and the manager told the pharmacist (the only other person back there by the way) about the shot and she shook her head and said she’s not doing it. and yet she still came and asked us what we needed help with, knowing what it was clearly, and then she said she wasn’t going to do it because she was too busy and her nerves were messed up or something. So, we went across the street to walgreens and they had us fill out a sheet and she even looked up my insurance so we could get the shot for free. also, they had a ton of staff helping. So, walgreens it is!! lol
