They are the newest,cleanest & friendliest gas station/convenient store in town. Good food,good drinks & good service. We shop there all the time.

Fast & friendly service - one of the busiest Kum & Go gas stations around. It may be the proximity to the University of Central Arkansas and Dave Ward Drive. Good fuel prices, full menu options including pizza, hotdogs, sandwiches and cold drinks.

Generally the experience is fine, but sometimes customer service is lacking. The major flaw is really the Kum & Go app and rewards system. They like to send you a notification offering a survey in exchange for rewards points. If you take this survey and it pushes you over their cap of 250, it messes up your next reward. You cant obtain it. It just disappears.I filled up my tank and noticed it didnt give me the reward. After filling it popped up a message saying I have a new reward, even though I already had this reward in the list prior to pumping. I went in the store to have them adjust it and they told me they cant because the manager isnt here but that they would add a certain amount of points to my account (I believe it was 200 or 250). I accepted this compromise. They told me it would take 24-48 hours.A week later I still havent received the points and contact corporate. They told me its due to the survey and its going to happen again. That is unacceptable. Its THEIR survey and THEIR app so thats THEIR problem. They shouldnt promise a points rewards system that effectively doesnt work.They gave me some points since the others did not go through. However I never got the missing fuel reward. I dont remember the specifics as its been a while and I had to deal with multiple calls and emails and days of waiting but basically something is wrong with the rewards program and app where you get ripped off for the rewards due to a poorly designed app.Ive started going to Shell down the street as a result.

Easy access, variety of products, lots of cold drinks and snacks plenty of parking, gas station with plenty of gas pumps. Very helpful and kind counter help.

Went in to get gas and they drained my entire account then told me Id have to wait till 5 am to do anything about it since thats when the manager comes in

This is my favorite go to spot for drinks and snacks always. Great regular staff members!

I came into this store at the lowest point of my life and these people proved to me that there still are good people in this world... they gave food and water when i was hungry and thirsty and had nobody else. God Bless this store and the employees in it.

I came in to get a soda and Dalton was speaking with another guy who was just hanging out there without a mask and he was using cuse words to make a point, talking to the other guy and not to his customer, I told him he shouldnt cuse in from of customers, but he paid no attention to me or even apologized he just kept telling his story to the other guy.Some people shouldnt work in the customer service field.

Something has changed at this location. Last 3 visits no receipt at pumps. Long lines inside to get one and today was informed they could not print a receipt inside or out. When I informed the staff this was for a business, I was told the owner will be in tomorrow and MAYBE could print a receipt. Ive purchased a lot of gas here for my business and personal vehicles. Think Ill drive a bit further from now on. I dont need the stress.

It was crowded this afternoon but clean & the staff was friendly. Store was fully stocked. You can get fresh ground coffee here as well, new coffee machines 🤗

Its more of a mini mart than just a gas station. They have some good drinks there too and they have sales all the time. Also the name alone is pretty legit, you cannot deny that.If you live on or near campus this is a great place within walking distance to shop at. Their rewards program is actually pretty good too.

Staff in friendly but always understaffed. Womt tell you a price over the phone so I just have to drive all the way there just to see thatcthey are over lriced on specific items

This station is open 24/7. The hours currently listed are incorrect. Nice spot, generally clean, plus free air for tires. Recommended.

Employees here are perfectly content letting their patrons line up for checkout right in front of the front door to this place. I have stopped here in the morning a few times over the past few weeks and every single time I am forced to negotiate a labyrinth of people that completely block the door, access to the left side of the building, as well as 75% of the coffee/bakery/hot food section. In addition to not controlling the flow of the lines, they also are perfectly fine letting others jump in front of the waiting line when they open multiple registers. Most people wait in one single line for the next available register, but when people feel they are privileged enough not to have to wait in line like the rest of people, the employees do nothing about it.I will no longer shop at Kum&Go, as it seems they have adopted this asinine layout at all of their locations, and all locations are equally unwilling to control the lines inside their store. If I have to work to get into a place I want to spend money at, I will find another business more willing to accept my money that understands store layout concepts. Vegas knows they make money by making it harder for people to get out of their buildings. Kum&Go thinks they will make money by making it hard to get inside their building.

The dumb ass black dude that works at night with short dreads is a dick. He dont need a job where he interacts with customers. Not the first time he got rude. Something need to be done

Best Gas Station in Conway - always clean and well stocked. Pizza is really good and cant beat the Fountain Drink selection.

This is one of the best gas stations in town. It has a Redbox. E-85. Diesel. Super. Regular.

Very friendly staff, very clean.

I called the store phone to order a pizza and the associate just let it ring. I found out when I walked inside the store (No lines) the cashier didnt even walk to get the phone smh. Very dissatisfied and the pizza I bought was overcooked. I will not return to this location very dissatisfied.
