Was disappointed that they were sold out of all Grinch items. Like the shelves better. I bought a hand towel and there were only 2 on the shelves. I was left with pillows and photos/deco to hang up. As I said it was disappointing b

Absolutely love this store. They have everything you could possibly imagine and if you cant find it, the staff is always helpful and willing to help you. They are always smiling and the feeling when you walk in the door is very friendly. I find myself spending hours in there, creating. The isles arent quite big enough for 2 baskets to pass but that means that theres more room for merchendise. :) The parking lot is spacious and the store is easy to get to. If you see a deal, youd better grab it because items, especially online sell out quickly. They always have some kind of awesome sale! My favorite store, ever!

Store was clean and neat. Isles easy to maneuver in and around. Service was friendly and as fast as can be expected. They had everything I wanted in stock and it was easy to find.

Wish they carried more sublimation ready supplies.(tumblers, and etc..) But overall cool store.

Came in to purchase a TV Stand, no one was available to get it down (the lady and I could have took it down ourselves). Lady told me that the next day she would have someone to help get the TV Stand down. The next day came and I couldnt make it in so I called Hobby Lobby and told them I couldnt make it but I could come in the following day to pick it up (that was ok with the lady I spoke with). Came in to pick the TV Stand up and once again they wouldnt let me get it (I drove over 45min. one way for the 2nd time). There was two ladys not doing anything in the furniture section. Remind you that I am a fit young man that could have got this down by myself not to mention I had a friend that was in the vehicle that couldve helped me. Seems like laziness too me. Very unhappy. Although the cashier at the front was very friendly every time I walked in and out.

Yall know Hobby Lobby. I had 2 large poster frames that needed new Lexan covers. Lexan was $92 for a 24 x 36 cover. Glass was $42.

We enjoyed the visit. When we couldnt find an item two of the workers stopped what they were doing and helped and what I went to buy they had it and I bought an extra item that was on sale.

I come here for all of my arts and crafts needs. They actually have a great selection of fabrics, and any supplies youd need for starting a new art project!

Hobby Lobby has been wonderful for my home improvement projects this summer. They were absolutely the only store in town that had the label holders I needed, and they special ordered them for me twice! Now my bookshelves are very well organized.

Couldnt find what I was looking for but the clerk showed me where to go and I found what I was looking for. I wanted a photo album for 4x6 photos for my daughters wedding pictures. This is going to work great.

I love this store but youd think for as high as they are their product would be a little bit more worth your money. I spent 20 bucks on two paint brushes and in the middle of painting the dang things fell apart. First time using them and Im not hard on my stuff I take care of my stuff and I dont abuse my brushes either. Ugh

I enjoy shopping at this store two to three times a month. There is a Service Manager, Liz, whom I often see at the checkout lines and she is awesome! She is always very friendly and polite to both customers we well as coworkers. She is patient and kind with new checkers and I know they appreciate it. She is a credit to Hobby Lobby.

The great service by Malissa Heidelberg in the Conway store need more employees like her.

Hobby Lobby is a crafts store. They have lots of festive decor as well. They always start putting out the decore earlier than it starts. The cashiers are also always very nice.

Clean organized store and cashiers are always friendly.

They have a variety of craft items but on the down side they have continually added more and more home furnishings and decor. Its starting to look like home goods with a Michaels tucked in the back. There prices have also increased and the number of items that you can use a coupon on has decreased.

Love shopping here!! They have the biggest yarn selection Ive ever seen. Im a crocheter. It takes me awhile to choose what yarns. I never can get out of the yarn isle. I just want to buy every yarn skein. I love their fall, Christmas, & art sections too!

Very nice craft store. While Im not a big fan of hobby lobby as a company, this location is friendly and helpful. They always have good sales going on, along with the ever present 40% off coupon for one regular priced item. Theres only been once where they didnt have the tool I needed. Its my go to in conway for art supplies.

Big selection

Art supplies are fairly priced, but the staff is unfriendly more often than not. Ive switched to online shopping for art supplies for that reason.

I asked two different employees for help finding an item, she stood awkwardly staring at me so long I said, ok ill keep looking myself. After 2 more laps around the store I asked another employee who first didnt know what I was talking about then quickly answered no and rushed off..... I stood there in shock.....I get it we are all busy and we all have things to do but isnt it their job to help customers?? I had a few things in my cart to purchase but I just pushed it to the side and left. I ended up at Michaels who didnt have what I needed either but they at least tried to find it AND were polite. I will not be returning to hobby lobby. Not in Arkansas anyway. Rude!!!

There was no cashiers, not one. Had to wait in line to exchange an item. Everyone who wanted to check out was also in that line . Then I had to get out of line cause the people didnt think I bought the item there even though I had a receipt. Then had to return to back of line to check out.

Had a couple of neat posters in my closet for years. Decided to have them framed and this place does framing and they turned out to be Fantastic. Who knew..

I love this store I always go in for a few things and end up walking around looking at everything.

Ive never gone in and came out empty handed. Get ready to pay though if you need something custom framed, even with their 50% off discount. Depending on certain times, associates can be found either everywhere or nowhere. But always helpful. Great selection of items for just about any need.

Im not a fan of buying from companies that buy sacred texts and art on the black market. The employees are pretty nice, though.

Best customer service in a very long time. Sales gal was very helpful and happy, directed us to cork items, reminded us of the discount opportunities available to us, thanked us for shopping and was still asking if there was anything she could do as we headed to the front of the store. She seemed to be the go to gal as we saw her helping several other customers before she assisted us. She does her job very well🙂
