Caramel cashew coffee sundae is yummy! The highlights of this restaurant are that it is very clean/nice, no wait early afternoon, and best of all, prices are very reasonable. And of course the Sundae was on point.

Bacon Ranch Knife Burger with sweet potato fries and purple milkshake! Fun and good. Only issue was my gorgeous burger was not very warm and we were the 2nd in the door after they opened. But they were always great before!

This is a very clean restaurant!! The waiter who helped us was very friendly. We were greeted as soon as we came in the door. The food came out fresh and tasted delicious. My boys especially enjoyed the purple cow milkshakes! They were kind enough to split 2 shakes into 4 smaller cups so my 4 boys could share. Very thoughtful!

I just had a few bites of a burger from here and it was terrible. The patty was extremely charred and the overall quality was poor. Management, take pride in knowing that your food tastes better covered in stomach acid while being forcefully pushed through an esophagus.

Great place to celebrate my grandson, CJ WON Soaring Eagle Award for the 2nd Grade at Vilonia Elementary. We had a great waiter! The food was delicious and it was very clean and bright.

French dip good. Cheese burger was over cooked a lot. Fries are good. Shake not as hyped. Service ok.

We had a very inconsistent lunch visit on a rainy Monday. Our orders were taken pretty quickly. When our food soon came out, the white balsamic and caramel salad I ordered didn’t include the additional chicken I requested. I brought this up and the server apologized, saying it’d be about 5 minutes (it was more like 10). Meanwhile, my husband ate his steak knife smokehouse burger with fries and our son worked on his fries; their food was all good. My salad came out with the chicken, which was exceptionally good, especially with a drizzle of the unique and delicious dressing. I had to stop the server, though, to request napkins, which he hadn’t provided.The most serious misstep came at payment time. The credit card payment slip was $3 more than the itemized receipt. My husband took a picture of the receipts side by side. At that point, after the delays with my meal, we really needed to go. He calculated the server’s error into the tip and off we went.We both know what it’s like to be a new worker someplace. Our server was new and seriously needed more training, and I hope he gets it. While the kitchen makes good food, this is not a place we would visit again when in Conway.

Clean. The food was good, but small portions. We got BBQ bacon burger and fries.

My order was chopped beef steak platter but it appear they forgot to put the onions that was included and at least put flavors garlic, etc. and need to put chunks of bakons and cheese inside it other than that is a regular burger but too greasy really disapointed with the flavor need to make adjusment in it and presentation of it; about the fries and the salad it was soo good especially the salad with that dressing my kids love it.

Left very unsatisfied. The menu said my meal came with scrambled eggs, but I received fried eggs. The cheesy hashbrowns were burned and their biscuit is very dry. I would not recommend their brunch to anyone.

Im not a huge fan of The Cow, hardly ever is it on the destination list. Discovered this location on the campus of Hendrix University in Conway during a weekend basketball tournament. Its a convenient walk from the Wellness and Athletics Center for a quick bite between games without having to lose your parking space.Being somewhat new, its certainly the nicest of their locations AND its the quietest. Cant say much for the food - standard fare if youre familiar with the menu. I recommend the Grilled Chicken Caesar Sandwich and the Rueben is always a good bet anywhere - usually hard to mess that up.There are other dining choices in the vicinity and well be checking those out next time.

I went in with another person, and we never were attended. We waited about 30 minutes and nothing no one came. It wasnt busy either so I dont understand why. Waiters past by and by but no one bothered to try and take our orders. First time Ive had to walk out of a restaurant unsatisfied.

This place was defeated a great place to eat. Great atmosphere and really good food. Never been there before today but they have earned my return business in one visit. Go try em out for yourselves

I took my wife and two daughters here tonight while passing through. Annie was awesome and very friendly, even while putting up with my hungry kids. She brought stickers as well for the girls. Food was out fast and we loved the purple ice cream! We’ll be swinging back through in a week for some more.

My Wife and I were seated promptly upon entering next to the kitchen entrance. Server was nice. While we were going through the menu my wife noticed 3 things: the waitresses would remove their masks when they would enter the kitchen area, several people could be heard coughing very loudly from the kitchen area, and my wife and I visibly witnessed a cook nearly coughing up their lungs while they had their mask down around their neck.We quickly left, not ordering anything.I could not get in touch with them via phone to notify them of what we saw; I think management needs to take general hygiene more seriously.

Purple Cow has long been famous for its old fashioned burgers and shakes with fun twists. On a lark I tried the black bean burger and was quite pleased. My companion ordered a regular burger with their homemade chips and enjoyed both. We both got salads which were pleasingly colorful and tasty. Its been awhile since Ive had one of their shakes. Be aware, however, that unlike some of their locations, this one does NOT have the adult additions for their shakes. The service was friendly, and the moderate crowd wasnt a problem for the staff.Google asked me if Purple Cow is IN Hendrix College. I think technically it isnt, though there are campus facilities in all directions.

Cute restaurant with a fun decor. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. We all had burgers and fries and they were good. It is a fun place to eat especially if you have kids.

I love this place. The food in good & inexpensive, the restaraunt is very clean, & it has such a unique style to it. It has kind of a retro feel with all the colors being purple & black. Its pretty cool. Theres multiple around this general area, but I think I personally prefer this particular one.

I’ve been here a countless number of times but this was by far the best visit! Service was amazing. Annie took wonderful care of my family and went above and beyond to cater my grandson. He absolutely loved her! Food was great and the purple shakes were to die for. Not too expensive for a family to eat here. Can’t wait to come back with the rest of my family this summer. I was not impressed. My first time going and my last. I ordered a cup of soup and that was exactly what I got, A cup...I think they measured it. It was ok but was over priced for what you get.Service was good but it wasnt busy. I think you are just paying for the name and a couple signature items.2 stars for sure.

This location was clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The patty melt was delicious! The regular chips are Ruffles brand and the fresh-cut are thick and fried in house. They are really crispy! Looks like this location has a party room for birthdays or large groups.

We went a little later in the day, but everyone was super friendly and helpful! Our server, Russell, was absolutely awesome! He dealt with hangry kiddos with absolutely no issues and answered all of our questions immediately and clearly! The restaurant was clean and COVID-19 social distancing guidelines were being followed to the letter! It was just a really wonderful time, overall, and we will definitely be returning many times in the future! 😁

Definitely one of Conways best burger/sandwich joints nicely situated in the older downtown area. The decor resembles a flash from the past complete with neon accents and a 1950s flare. Certainly casual and complete with music. Great service and good, not so healthy, fun food. The specialty shakes are tasty. The atmosphere is the biggest impression. This place is worth revisiting. Situated among a well maintained portion of the historical town with beautiful streets. A great memory making place.

I ordered a caramel sundae for dessert and about 10 minutes later they told me they were out of caramel and asked of i wanted to order something else but didnt want anything. When i went to pay, my waitress told me they had caramel if i still wanted the sundae. Nope Im good

We went on a day it was slow. Our kids were served their food first and it was dry and burnt, and our waiter went to sit down to talk to her friend for like 10 minutes then came back to our table to give us our bill and asked if we had room for dessert....she never brought out our food...then she said oh let me check if the food is ready she came out with my wifes food then told me Ill get yours as soon as they get it done. She then went to the kitchen to get my burger and it was obviously sitting under the warmer because the top bun was hard and toasted and the bottom bun was soggy.

The purple shake is definitely the best milk shake in Conway.

Shared a meal with 2 others.Salad was fresh, greens were crisp, fruit and veggies were fresh, dressing was flavorful.Soup was hot and tasty, chips were hot and crispy and were not greasy.The Purple cow shake, although shocking being so purple, was good.Service was prompt and friendly.Value was on point.

The burgers and shakes are pretty good. Its a fun place to take kids. It gets very loud at peak times, so I find it best to go mid-afternoon or after the supper rush.

The food was great! Restaurants staff welcoming, but didnt let me know of an alternative exit. A bit over priced. Getting to the restaurant was quite difficult too. Being handicap with no handicap parking close or ramps to get up to the restaurant wasnt fun.Updated: If there was an entrance for handicap that would have been helpful to know. With it storming outside not one employee informed me that there was an alternative exit. The signs that you say were there were not visible enough for someone sitting our standing to see.
