There’s no reason two of your guys should park in the middle of the road so they are blocking both sides for over half an hour.No mail delivery today because USPS also couldn’t get to the mailbox.

We just completed building our new home and, due to an awful general contractor, ended up working extensively with Mike H at BFS and had a wonderful experience. During the planning process Mike is thoughtful, calm and reassuring. After the build, without Mike and BFS and Pella we would have had a brand new house with windows and doors that do not close. Thank you Mike.

If youre bringing in windows to be unloaded do not get in a hurry. Got here Friday morning 7am did not get unloaded left me sitting in their driveway overnight only to find out they were not going to unloaded me til Monday. 9:15am Im just getting into dock. Very poor communication.

Pretty good material distributor if youre a contractor and have them deliver it to the job with a huge framing package or such but to pull into the parking lot and talk to customer care representative and get your material they are slow and not very Hands-On helpful

I like the company. But having moved to South Carolina I tried to get a price for a door and it took a week. I had to call 3 times. Im a contractor and I need this to quote jobs. Disappointed.

This company is listed under leftover surplus building materials. They were very kind when I called to inquire but, do not have leftover building supplies. They also do not give away any materials. Not sure why they were under this type of search category.
