Cashier was very rude and yall will not get my business anymore if ur employees act like that

The staff is very friendly and easygoing. It was quick getting in and out of the store but they need to make a little more room to get the basket turned around the sharp Corners whenever your hauling a big basket full of heavy feed. It was just kind of cramped in there.

Good stuff for good prices

Called the store from ten minutes away..was told they had what I was looking for...finally. I even had the guy put back all the bantams he had with feathers on their feet. He agreed and ten minutes later when we arrived he was nowhere to be found and they certainly didnt have what they promised.

Called an hour ahead to check availability of an item and they said to have 4 on hand, show up and they still show 4 on hand but cant locate them. I had to speak with the manager to straighten out the situation because the guy in the outside loading area was completely rude and unwilling to help in any form or fashion. Plainly said, well sorry, theres nothing we can do about it Will not be going back. Conway Farm and Home will treat you much better.

Good prices,mostly helpful staff. They have a very nicely stocked pet and animal department .

Took my horse into TS today and not only did we get welcomed in with open arms, my horse was loved on and had a good time! :)

Love this store

I went with a couple of friends who had just got some new baby chicks and were getting some from this location as well. The staff that help them was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Someone asked if we needed help promptly. We werent left to search the store for an employee for assistance. Everything is really well organized and labeled leaving it easy to find.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed in my trip today, June 16, 2017, 12:30 pm. Most of the staff was nice and helpful, but I purchased 15 bags of soil, and needed a load out. I had been outside, and knew that there was a large load out going on with fencing, and stated as much when I was told it might be a wait. A female came up to help load out, but when she found out I needed soil, she said she would need help. I turned to go out, and started loading the larger bags into my car trunk when I realized she had not followed me. I had most of the trunk full, and heard another call for a load out help, when the young man came out. He wanted me to move my car so he would not have to walk three parking spaces over, which I did. He then told me that it would not fit, and I explained I had been hauling this amount of dirt for weeks now. He then wanted to know why I needed so much fertilizer. I finally offered to help him by pulling the bags across my back seat to make it go faster, and he finally started loading my car. I am a 60 year old disabled woman, and do not thing it unreasonable to have young people who are being paid to work, to actually do their job. The female never came out to help, and in the end, the male and I loaded my purchases. It is a long drive to get to this tractor supply, and I do not have this kind of trouble at others. But this is consistent with my experience at the Conway Tractor Supply for the five years I have been shopping there.

Always have what I need and a great price on Railroad Ties. A little tight on parking but great customer service.

This store has been open in Conway a few years now, and it has been consistently a good source for various supplies, including a particular kind of dog food we buy. Access to their lot is a bit weird, so you might accidentally pass the driveway and go to the lot where Outback Steakhouse USED to be. The prices tend to be fairly competitive and a few items they carry are only available at other farm stores. I mostly go here instead of other places because its a very easy drive from my house when I cut through the Hendrix Village.

Staff was very helpful and honest about their recommendations. Good prices. Good selection. No complaints here!

I had a large propane tank to fill. The guy filled it and sat it outside the gate watching me struggling to lift it. He shut the gate and walked away . Luckily there was a nice man in the parking lot that helped me get it in my car. Very disappointed in the way I was treated!

With Covid-19 taking center stage, we were horrified to see the INADEQUATE protocols at the Conway store. I told my hub, we are out of here and NOT coming back. Shame on them for not having their employees/stockers wear masks or keep a 6 foot distance. The only employee with a mask was the check out clerk but all the others were not wearing masks ... and when asked about a particular product that we were in the store to purchase, the employee (without a mask) approached us within a foot or less. This is not appropriate. We are 60+. So disrespectful of customers. I am not going back.

Everyone is always really nice and very helpful. I called ahead one day and asked them if they would get my product, and have it at the counter, so my mom could pick it up for me, it was an absolute yes maam. Its a very clean store, and stocked very well.

Love the products, but the female store manager has no clue what she is doing so dont ask her for a specific part. She was on a personal call the entire time she was helping us. Also gave us the wrong part for our mower.

I placed an online order for dog food and received exceptional service while picking it up. It is always a struggle for me to carry the food to my car because I purchased an almost 30 pound bag. I have never had a store carry my dog food out to my car for me, but this guy insisted without me even asking for it. 10/10 customer service

Great place with everything you need for a work day or a place to buy unique gifts. They have great selection of clothes, boots, toys for kids, animal items, fencing, farming, medicines, mechanics amd the list goes on. Great Neighbors program and friendly helpful employees.

Had to pick up new maul to split some fire wood. They have a wide variety of weights and handle selections all at a very good price. Great helpful staff as well.

Best group of folks working here! I always enjoy my experience while shopping at Tractor Supply. I buy all my pet Foods and gardening accessories and so much more when I go here.

The store and managers do not care about there employees at all. They will have them work way past there time and not care about it at all. I was just in there last week and the employees all looked exhausted and the management kept telling them to do things and to hurry up about it. I will not be back and I feel for the employees. Get your stuff together tractor supply managers and ceos.

I like that I can easily find what I need when I go here. Prices are reasonable too.

Sat for 20 min. Had to go back in and get them so I could do a simple cylinder exchange.

Hauled 55 lb of dog food 40 lb of cat food out and roundabout by myself. Went to lift up the cat food bag the bottom ripped out of it half of it went down on the floor on the ground. Went back in to tell the young man what it happened to go so well just go get another bag. Did not offer to help. What has our society come to? Customer service nil.

The Web siteis VERY misleading. You think you are looking at in store items only to find out it is not carried in store. Drove over 20 miles to find out the Web site is wrong or misleading. Will not waste my time with TSC again. And will warn ALL family and friends to use great caution when shopping there.

Ive always loved Tractor Supply because they have everything from dog shots to live chicks. The staff here has been pretty nice to us when weve come through getting things for our kitten.

They always have odd things that I need out in the field. No one else does it better.

Finally got our goat feed in. It was Purina goat. Too many times of being out of stock. Not carrying dumor alfalfa pellets any more was a big disappointment. We have to go 20 miles to get ones they can eat. Thanks

Its a good place to get pick up the things you need. But I get tired of being asked if I want to join a Rewards Club, or donate a dollar to this charity, or donate a dollar to that charity. I just want to get my stuff and go.

Good place for buying dog food. Good coupons if you get their emails.

If you cant find a part for your equipment they will either have it, or get it. Staff is really friendly and helpful and the store is always looking good.

This used to be a 5 star review. This is the 2nd time we bought something from this location, get home 30 minutes from the location to find out we got a bad product. The feed we bought today had been wet and is moldy. You call the store, they say bring it back. I do believe we will be getting feed from some where closer to home.

Went in to get a couple welding supplies which only took a minute. But when it came to getting a few pipe fittings there was no one to help me out. Not enough staff on hand so I had to wing it and figure it out myself.

Weird location, but they carry healthy grain free pet food for a reasonable price.

I hate this Tractor supply! People are never friendly and not helpful. You have to search around the whole store to find a worker. I only go to this one when I’m working and have to. I much prefer the one in Morrilton!
