These ladies are so helpful they will help you with anything on the store is really for those who I mean take your time look around look go through everything but if you need help delays are glad to help you theres a fairly great prices in the store located in a OK area or I wouldnt say it was not safe because it is its just run-down kind of strip Mall anybodys like I said theyre nice and helpful so not supporting a local business

I paid for a full lace front wig for it not to fit my head. I asked to try it on in store with a cap and they refused. They aren’t willing to let me exchange it or refund me my money. I will never shop here again. $70 down the drain.

Love the products here. They had exactly what I was looking for. But I did not appreciate being followed around like I was stealing. I felt very uncomfortable. I probably would have bought more items if I had felt more welcome there. I will not be going back.

Take the extra time to go to s&j hair in myrtle beach they are great. .I am a licensed professional. I went into this place of business of which I will never go to again to grab something cheap and convenient for one of my clients I told the lady behind the counter that I needed some thing i could color to match what we already had. once I put the color on it some of it turned and some didnt. I went back and they were not willing to help me do anything about it. They dont know what hair is real so be careful.

The service was poor. Aja was in a funky mood. This is the first time Ive ever experienced her acting so funny. The things we were going to buy, we put back because of her attitude. Ill never go back again

Nice customer service; worker was willing to help me even though she didnt kw exactly what type of hair I described or needed, another worker was helpful also friendly but eventually I found what I was looking for.

The individual that does eye arching on premises is rumored to be good but has no professional etiquette about following her own list. She just allows anyone to skip ahead without an appointment and doesnt even consult her list. So be prepared to wait a long time or to be drawn into a confrontation position to be serviced.

First time trying out this new hair store. Asian Male employee behind the register was very rude. Horrible customer service and doesnt allow customers to open packs to feel texture of hair. Not going back, wouldnt recommend. Go to Beauty Way hair supply in Conway instead, they have great products, and are very friendly!

Didnt find the hair I wanted but the lady there was so helpful. She was patient and entertaining.

Nothing in stock in wigs even if dispalys are out. Asked if i could by a display wig for a discount and the lady said no. Usually if something is on display most stores discount it for you because everyone had thier nasty hands on it. Very petty. I wont shop here anymore even though i was a customer for years. Im done.

They watch u as if you gonna steal something. they show u one wig and sell u something else then when u tell them they made a mistake they blame u smh tryna do to many things at one time

This boutique has been a local favorite forever and they sell everything from costume jewlrery to clothing and accessories.

These people all about the $Rude as hell and follow you around like youre gonna take something. Very unpleasant place.. And you cant even get a discount on displays... Hate hate hate it!!! Ill never go back
