Never ever use this business! I found an item that I was looking for and they had a good price. Which is why I drove from out of town over an hour just to go to them. That was the only positive thing about my experience. I had to walk a solid 5 minutes around the store to find someone to help me. The lady that helped me then was nice, but once the, Im assuming owner, came out to write up my invoice and take my payment he was by far the rudest person with the most terrible customer service skills I have encountered in a long time. He did not act like he cared whether I was there or whether he got my business. He even made some snide remarks to me. It was something I have never experienced from customer service anywhere. The young lady got the rails to the loading dock and I assumed someone would come to help me load them into my car. But after waiting 5 minutes or so, that never happened so I pick them up and figured out how to get them in my car myself. There was no thank you, no appreciate your business, nothing at all. He didnt even say bye or have a nice day. It was almost like I was a burden. So I would highly suggest, even though they have a lot of furniture and inventory, that no one use this place for anything. Unless bad attitude and bad service doesnt bother you.

We have bought many items at this store! My wife loves the picture frames. They always have new stuff every time we go there. The people working there are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you check them out!

They have an absolute Ton of Furniture for cheap. We just got a quality Pine Desk and Airback office chair for my 11yo son. We paid just $50. Anywhere else, thisdesk is $200+ and the chair $100+. PURE SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a washer & dryer from this location & the exact same night it was delivered I began to have issues. I contacted them only to be informed that someone will come out the next day. When I texted to confirmed I was ignored and the same happened when I called. After several hours of the texting & finally informing that since its raining someone would come the next day, which again they didnt. On this day I texted again and after a few, which explained i will be contacting the police i was informed that Im hell but still no one came to fix or pick up the set (via text I expressed I am no longer interested). Today, I went to the location where I was met by an older man who was helpful until i explained my situation. At that time he would not give me the name of the company nor the owner, which I believe he was. He went on to tell me the owner wouldnt be in until later. He then attempted to say how the company name was on the trucks in the back, but he didnt know what it was since they go by many (red flag), he didnt recognize the number of the employee I was communicating with, etc. When I explained that I mainly needed an address to file a report at the magistrate office, he disappeared inside. These people are lowlives who cant do anything better than scam people out of money but are too p%%%y to own up to what they do when confronted! Im sure the ONE positive review came from the scammers or a family member because when entering the address they WERE listed as another company with terrible ratings
