Went to Metro PCs last week because I needed help resolving a problem I did not know how to do. Young lady by the name of Veronica was professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I appreciate the time and attention she gave in assisting me :)))))
I was buying an iPhone and one of the employees that was handling my phone threw down my phone on the counter and after that he tried to upsale me on a portable charger saying I needed it after I told him now about 5 times that I didn’t need it and I already had a charger for the phone I was buying then he preceded to charge the full amount of 600 dollars on my card when I handed him 340 to pay half in cash over all a poorly chosen worker only good thing I can say is he gave me my cash back he put in the register after charging the wrong amount on my card
I’ve been coming here to this location for the past 7 years and I always receive the best service from the manager Veronica and the other young ladies best part is I feel like family since the same manager has been there since I started up with this company 7 years ago really great service very fast and very reliable to fix any situation that I might have whether it’s with my phone or just paying my bill they are wonderful and I highly recommended them iv been to other locations near by and they are rude and very quick to get you out the door without even trying to help you!! This is the only metro PCs I will continue to go to!!
The girls are great & under new management! Best Metro in Conyers! if you have an issue ask for the manager & issue gets resolved right then & there!
This is the best metro pcs ive been to in the Conyers area! I was assisted by veronica & i believe the other young lady name was Ruth. They are the best! Theyre very attentive & knowledgeable & very patient! Ive been to other metros & theyre not patient at all. This is my favorite store! Highly recommend!
I have been to this store on many occasions, and the clerk Veronica is Always so kind and helpful, I drive the extra 10 mins to that store, she deserves a raise.

This place is horrible!! Tried to purchase a new phone. Associate wasn’t knowledgeable at all. On the phone with someone walking her through the process. I will never shop there.

They sold me a phone without the new charger and it had a busted screen!!! I didnt find that out until after I got home and plugged it up and charged it and I didnt know that they were supposed to have the phone already turned on in the store,before I left with it they just put the Sims in and said okay its in the system.we updated it on ur account, It should be ready to go, all have to do now is charge it, I thought that was strange but I didnt really pay too much attention to it because I was in a rush I had a child with me who is screaming and crying. So my mind was just set on getting home

This is the worst MetroPCS store in the area. I drive across town to avoid this store. Twice, Ive visited and not even a hello or, may I help you? I was ignored while the employee was on her phone chatting it up about her nails. When she looked at me, she had a look of annoyance of my presence. I left and wont be back. This is the worst store! My advice, stay away!! Far away!!!
I was assisted by a great young lady named Victoria who was very attentive and helpful when I needed to find the best phone for my life style. Thank you Victoria!!!
This place doesnt deserve a star. July 2018, I bought two pairs of ear buds and a blue tooth. The two who were there initially were nice and helpful. The problem started soon after I returned one pair of the ear buds because it exploded while my sister was using them. I returned to this establishment and was told by the associate she couldnt return the item because the so called manager will not allow it with his approval and I should come back when he is in the store. I asked, when would he be in? I was told in a couple of days. I phoned first before driving out, no one answered. I continued, no answer. Once I arrived I saw a pregnant associate on her phone so it lead me to believe my and other calls were intentionally ignored. I asked if the manager was in and she stated he was; he came out. I explained what occurred while my sister were using the ear buds and the ignorant manager proceeded to tell me that it didnt happen. My sister lied to me and he wasnt exchanging or giving me my money back. As I stared at this individual with disbelief, he continued to rant about how she broke them and was acting like a fool. I told him how ridiculous he was being; I was going to report his behavior to BBB and Metro Corporate Office.I dissuade anyone from visiting this God Awful location.
This is the worse store I have ever been in. The lazy girl that works there is the rudest. The worse customer service Ive ever seen I will never step back in this store and will tell everyone I know. Metro you need to see whos running your stores
They werent necessarily rude, but they were unhelpful. They went through the whole process of selling me a phone only to inform me AFTER they had swiped my card that they dont accept credit cards. They were also both on their phones the whole time, which I typically dont really mind, but the whole situation was just frustrating .
