First off, I absolute loved how friendly and helpful Patty and Allister were! I didnt know for sure just how much space I would need, and they showed me a few different sizes to help find one big enough for my stuff. The location seems safe and secure so I dont have to worry about my stuff. If you need a place to put your things, this definitely is the place to come!

Im a renter at Compass Self Storage I have been a renter with the previous storage company. I wont mention their name but i will say that there is a NFL team in New England with the same name. I was introduced to the property Mgr, her name is Stacy Evans. She was very courteous, friendly & professional. She let me know of all the rehab work they were doing to make the property better & more secure She informed they were your one stop shop for moving & packaging supplies. as well as RV & auto storage., The final rehab of the property was like night & day compared to the previous company. If you are concerned about excellent customer service & your valuable property being safe, they have a superior monitored security system & gate system. They also have a pretty darn good asst. Mgr. her name is Erica. They also rent U hauls I have rented U hauls before & had no problems getting a truck .reserved even at the last minute.. I have had them & seen them work past their closing work hours in order to help a renter or potential renter even if theyre swamped or you come in at the last minute before closing.

Great experience so far. Theres a really nice lady up at the office, Patty, and she helped get me a unit big enough to stash all my belongings in before I land a new place. Clean and actually looks safe, which is more than I can say about other storage places that were kinda sketchy... All in all, great place if you have any stuff to store when moving or whatever else.

The employees at this location are always helpful, from my initial rental of a unit to any questions I may have.

Customer service was okay, but I didnt feel it was that great. But PERSONALLY, I had some things I didnt care for.The way there storage is set up you know there are going to be some insects that can get into your stuff, a spider here and there, I expected this, but nothing too much. But when I closed my account, I began to move my stuff and I see nothing but mouse droppings all over my things. Then, I found a mouse IN MY COUCH! This was SO annoying! Now I have to shampoo my couch and bed, and clean anyhing else that was exposed because I know mice had their way with my stored items before I moved out. I have a one year old, I dont need her burying her face in a couch stained with mouse feces.Also, I really didnt care for the fact that they raised my storage cost every 3 months. In a time where I had to move because money was tight, every dollar counted so I could take care of my family. Then to find out that they didnt even take care of the facility enough to prevent rodents from living in my stuff was even more frustrating.Personally, I would advise you to find somewhere else.

My mother and I were customers for 2 years but it was such a pleasant experience. They made it their target to help me get a larger unit when I expanded my business. As soon as that unit became available, they told us first and we got and it was satisfying that people genuinely care to help others. If I still lived in the North Rockdale area, I would definitely come back.

Stay Away!!!!! After the 3 months they will go up on your rent . Also, after 7 months they will go up again. They were trying to charge me $230.00 for a 10x20. Now, I got a 10x20 for $100.00 Shop around and you will save. This place is Greedy.
