This little shop is every girls dream... young or old. Very personalized attention and a huge variety of special occasion dresses at reasonable prices. We have been coming here for years and I highly recommend it.

Amazing service, I went and found an amazing prom dress and had an amazing time there. The ladies working there were super friendly and great to get along with. It felt super welcoming and they have such a wide variety of dresses and styles.

Well I was told about this place from another store telling me how wonderful it was an they could order my size an they have RED dresses because it’s not the season for red an I need red for a wedding I am going too so me & my mom went there I thought it was beautiful until I walked in an was greeted by a very rude young lady she told me there were dresses in the back that could be my size which I don’t even know my size anymore so we went to look around an I told her I liked a dress that was in the front she then looks me up and down and tells me “we don’t have you’re size” then rudely smiles and walks away I DIDNT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO TELL HER MY SIZE. I couldn’t believe what had happen I was in shock I am not a small woman nor am I huge but I felt she was basically calling me fat an I was in the wrong store I will never go back I already have self image problems An it has really affected me I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful staff helped us every step of the way to find my daughter’s Senior Prom dress and are doing all the alterations plus she picked out her shoes and we still ended up staying under $300. The only other store in town that carries Prom dresses didn’t even have a dress that started under $300 and that wasn’t counting alterations or shoes. Needless to say we will stick with Country Bumpkin for any and all formal wear in the future. Kind staff and just left us feeling overwhelming comfortable the entire time we were there.

Wonderful experience here. It is our second year going here for prom dresses. Last year it was one, this year I had 2 needing them. The staff is so nice and attentive. My one daughter found a dress right away. The second tried on several dresses and found a couple she liked, but was not head over heels for. We bought the one and left to find dresses somewhere else. After going to 2 different shops and feeling very underwhelmed by prices and customer service, we went back to Country Bumpkin. Ended up getting one of the dresses she tried on first . I have other kids that will be needing prom dresses eventually, and we will be going back here. Love them.

I dont often leave reviews, but the service here was so amazing, I want everyone to know. Im from Chicago, so Im not used to actual customer service, let alone genuine kindness from a store employee. Sierra (At least Im 95% sure thats her name) made me and my moms experience wedding dress shopping just that much better. I was visiting my mom here in Tennessee and because of the heat plans got cancelled so late minute decided to look for wedding dresses. As we were walking in I was fully prepared to get kicked out because we didnt have a appointment. But no! We were greeted by Sierra with a smile and kind voice asking what we needed and what she could do to help. Already I was shocked. Where Im from you dont get smiles, and you have to find help. The whole experience she was right by our side. Undoing or helping fit the dress so I could see what it would look like fitted better, giving us amazing tips and tricks. In general, she was just a joy to work with. She made me feel better about myself, and made the entire experience more relaxing and comfortable. I wish there were more people like her where Im from. Because of her, Ill be driving 9 hours back to get my wedding dress when the dates closer :)

Girls where fast, really nice they cant help they couldnt find more of a selection of my size probably dont get many size 22 customers.

Both of my prom dresses were purchased here. The dresses fit as expected, with little alterations needed for the size. The dresses were extremely affordable, well made and beautiful. I was greeted at the door. Had help getting in and out of the dresses, finding my size and preferred style. The staff that worked there both years I was a customer were very helpful, kind and professional. I will continue to go here for any formal wear and accessories I need in the future!

After shopping all day Saturday (all over Cookeville, TN) we were so pleased to successfully shop here. The staff went above and beyond to find the perfect prom gown for my daughter. From the time we walked in we were greeted with warm faces. They did a lot of our shopping for us which made our whole experience more enjoyable. The store was packed and we were still able to receive awesome customer service. Would definitely recommend others to shop here!

The worst experience Ive ever had finding a wedding dress, this is my second marriage and I know what I want. When I walked in nobody greeted me. I had to find the wedding section myself. I asked the lady if she had a certain style I wanted, she said what we have is what we have. I asked how their sizes were, run small, run big, perfect etc she said nothing to me. I told her I picked out a couple designs Id like to try on. She said okay. I waited for someone to help me no one did so I took the dresses down and helped myself. Found the dressing room myself tried them on, they smelled used, old, and dusty and not well kept. Loved one but saw the price, I can get a dress the same from Davids Bridal for half the price. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Rude, dusty, and overpriced.

Bridal selection leaves something to be desired. It mightve been easier to look if their location was a little bigger though.

I had a wonderful experience prom dress shopping with my daughter at Country Bumpkin Boutique today. The young ladies were wonderful, polite, and genuinely helpful. We would recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a prom dress or formal dress for any occasion. Their store layout, vast selection, and service was the best we have experienced.

We got my daughters wedding dress here after looking at 3 or 4 other boutiques. We found the girls here very down to earth and helpful. Unlike other boutiques we went to, Country Bumpkin allows shoppers to take pictures of the dresses on.

My little girl needed a pageant dress and we have had a lot going on so we needed one asap as the pageant is a few days away. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the manager and sales associate so warmly and they immediately went about helping us pick out the perfect dress. Ill admit Im not the most fashionable person and I was totally exhausted when we went in,but thats when the wonderful staff came in. They laced everything up for us and helped us find the perfect dress,bringing in different dresses to suit her skin tone and hair and making sure everything fit properly.They treated my girl like a real princess and that meant so much to me. These ladies were so beautiful inside and out the way they treated my daughter and I. The dresses were gorgeous and unlike other places we looked at they were priced so affordable that my daughter had a wide selection to choose from. The pricing was excellent but the customer service alone is reason enough to keep coming back. Thank you ladies for being so wonderful!

Very rude. No one wanted to help me after I said I was on a budget. But no one asked what said budget was.. The carpet was extremely dirty. Looks very run down in the building. Dont reccomend and I will not go back.

A size 14 there was a little snug on me & a size 16 was waaayyy too big for me. I asked about alterations for the size 14 and was told to “lay off the coke”. Very rude and will not go back.

So wonderful to have such great people helping me try on dresses make excellent suggestions and being honest about the way each dress looked on me.
