Absolutely recommend Couture by Tess! Went in twice and had an absolutely amazing experience both times! They did not force me to by a dress and even suggested that I should think about the dress before purchasing and also suggested to try other bridal stores before I made the commitment. However because of the amazing people and the amazing atmosphere I decided that I would only want to do business with them. OMG where do I even start. I got my wedding dress today from Couture by Tess Bridal store and my experience was AMAZING. I was very nervous coming into trying on dresses but right when you walk in they make you feel so at home. Offer you drinks, and comfortable seating! When I told them my budget. They NOT ONCE tried to even go over that. When I told them what had imagined they picked out the most perfect dresses to try on. At the end I was so torn between 2 dresses. They told me to go to lunch and think about it so I thought about it went back and tried them on again, and was even more torn by the end of it because of some of the options getting to me and they took me aside and calmed me down and continue to reassure me that no matter which one I picked it would be PERFECT and it’s my choice. I then left again and then came back A THIRD TIME to try the one I really loved back on and then I decided that was the one for me. To say I was please with my experience is an understatement!!!!🤍🤍

This is the best store Ive ever been to for anything, especially wedding dresses. I love the staff, they are extremely competent and knowledgeable, and they want to help you look and feel your absolute best! Just gorgeous!Each time I went in for a fitting, I was welcomed by Sasha, Tess herself, and their assistant and was asked if I wanted a variety of drinks such as champagne or a mimosa... it felt so classy! The team is just awesome and kept my budget into consideration, which I really appreciated. Sasha definitely helped me narrow down what I liked, didn’t like, and had me try on gowns that I normally wouldn’t have tried on but was surprised by the way they fit on me body shape (which, by the way, is a huge thing to consider when going dress shopping... most of the time we’re not the models in the photos we look at!). Their whole presentation was very impressive and the girls will give their honest opinions, which I also appreciated so much.I ended up going with the first dress I ever tried on and I’m so happy I did... it fit like a glove AND was within my price range! The whole process was made seamless and I loved the fact that at the time I made my decision and signed the paperwork, I was asked to take a picture holding a sign stating “I said yes to TESS!”. My bridal appointment with Couture By Tess Bridal will be something I cherish for the rest of my life. I had the pleasure of being one of Tess very first bridal customers in 2014. I was a plus sized bride(22-24) and at the time had gone to a widely known bridal shop with the excitement of finding my perfect gown only to be disappointed that they only carried up to a size 14 and that I had to purchase a gown without ever having tried it on. The entire process was disappointing. I was headed out the door clueless as to where I would search until an associate stopped me as I was leaving and whispered go check out this place you may find what you need there. I was somewhat reluctant but decided to see what this place was about. I along with my best friend/maid of honor arrived to her boutique and were greeted by her charming husband Joe who graciously allowed us to come inside and take a peek in Tess absence. I was amazed by the variety of dresses that were available and IN MY SIZE!!! I was so elated to find a place that catered to me. Soon after Tess invited me to come again to an open house where she did a showcase of even more gowns to choose from. She is the most gracious host you will ever meet ..the lady is an absolute angel. I later scheduled a private appointment where I was able to try on several gowns that I had eyed in the boutique and was finally custom fitted for the gown of my choice. Tess kept in touch often in the months leading up to my wedding to ensure every detail of my wedding package was just the way I wanted. Everything was PERFECT and I felt BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day. Tess is the greatest boss anyone could ever have. They only reason I don’t work with her now is because she moved out of town. She really knows what she is doing. She is very patient and caring with the brides. She is very creative and you won’t find any other dresses like hers. I remember we had a bride and she wanted ostrich feathers on the bottom of her mermaid dress. Tess ordered ostrich feathers and she hand-made clumps of ostrich feathers and put them on the dress. Needless to say it came out beautifully. This really showed me how she’s willing to go the extra mile just to make the bride happy. I know I will be going to Tess when I get married. Tess you truly are amazing.

Tess Bridal is amazing! They were really great and they had a ton of dresses there even though I didnt think they would, and its different then most dress shops because you can actually look at their dresses while they help you decide on what style you like best. They actually help you with the dresses and arent just trying to sell you one for commission. Everyone was super nice, I would 10/10 recommend Tess Bridal!

I called Tess on a whim after discovering her shop had just opened in town, and she has been a joy to work with from the first moment! She treated me like gold and her lovely assistants made me feel so incredibly special. I had so much fun trying on gorgeous dresses and she used her expertise to guide me in the right direction to find “The One”! Not only did I end up with the dress of my dreams (at a ridiculously reasonable price, no less), the process was fun, relaxing, and gave me memories I’ll treasure forever. This store has a great selection with unique dresses for all shapes and sizes. I have been to 5 dress stores and this store definitely had the biggest selection out of all of them. I definitely recommend making an appointment here.

Working with Tess was absolutely amazing! When my sister, mom, and I came for my first fitting, it was so much fun! Tess took her time with me and I was not rushed at all. After picking the dress I wanted, Tess added some amazing detail to the dress and it came out so beautifully and she was very timely and efficient with everything!!!!!! I absolutely love Couture by Tess Bridal shop and the owner Tess! After countless stops in different cities, bridal chains, and bridal boutiques, I finally found Tess an hour away from home! Boy was it worth it! As soon as I walked in, I knew that I would say Yes to the dress! She customizes and design some of the dresses and her couture room is off the charts! I found everything that I needed at an affordable price! Wonderful experience! By far the most professional bridal shop I’ve ever been in. Had a huge variety to choose from, even asked me what my budget was and took me to all the dresses that fit my budget. Tess is amazing!! She has an eye for what style dress fits your body type. So go with the flow if she suggest a certain style you may not typically go for. I tried on 6 dresses and then I finally went with the one Tess suggested. I immediately fell in love! My experience was fun and she made me feel at home!
