Both ladies in this office were friendly and professional. Shana helped us and she was terrific. She took the time to help me find just the right phone in my budget and got all of my data changed over all while working through other customers with small needs. She made everyone feel important. This woman should be the customer service trainer for Russell Cellular!

My iPhone 7 died. I didn’t want to spend a ton of money on a new phone. Visited the Verizon store on Jefferson in Cookeville and had the good fortune to have Cody help me. He was one of the nicest associates I’ve ever dealt with in all my years of using Verizon. Kind, knowledgeable and very personable and I got out the door without feeling robbed. The experience that I was dreading turned out to be the best part of my day!

Tiera was incredible. She was multitasking 3 customers at a time and a trainee. She was able to do all without losing her cool and was respectful and courteous to everyone no matter how many questions and requests she was bombarded with. She was most definitely overworked with little help when I was in the store. She deserves a raise and a promotion. HOWEVER the wait was extremely frustrating. This was not her fault but the managers of the store need to work on staffing. It was too much for one person.

Shana and Cody were incredible! They saved my phone and all the pictures of my deceased father that had been on my damaged phone. Both of them were kind, patient, caring, and friendly. The GM is no help at all very unprofessional. She said she would call me to fix my bill then she never did so I went in and she told me the same thing. That went on for about 3 months and still no help.

Last week we stitch over to Verizon due to the other carriers keep dropping calls and no service at certain areas. Not only Verizon was cheaper than the other carriers .Raven at Verizon is Amazing. Raven recommended to us what phones is best and listen to us what we needed also super helpful. I recommend Raven and the staff at Russell cellular Verizon.

I was interested in switching from Google fi. I called ahead since I was coming from 45 mins away to meet with them. I got there and it was packed. No social distancing and a 2 hour line. No idea why. Maybe a phone launch but still why wouldnt they just say come tomorrow? That was rediculous. I decided against changing to verizon. This is the kind of chaos I dont deal with having google. My signal may not be great but from the complaints in line, it isnt great with Verizon either.

Go to the Sparta Verizon, they actually helped me, whereas this one wanted to charge me. It was a 5 minute task. It would have been free if I bought the phone there. Theyre selling the same phone for $900, I got it brand new for $550 at Best buy.

There was two guys that actually helped me cause I came in 3 times for the phone I bought, the one that gave it to me after it was delivered & set up is the one that helped me with it a lot cause he was there the first time I came & talked to bout the phones etc I told him I had to think bout it & ask hubby first & came back & just paid the 2nd guy & left !! It was the guy that heloped me figure out which phone I wanted & helped me me set up after it was delivered was the most helpful!! He said he works there & Livingston ( he hard worker- I can’t remember names well )
