Local people are helpful, but hope you dont have to order anything from their warehouse. After three weeks of wait, they had to take one of their in stock products to give me the piece I ordered. They had the product in stock at warehouse but just failed to put it on truck.

The employees inside the main store are very helpful and nice but Terry the guy that services equipment is extremely rude and unpleasant to speak with. Each time I called and spoke with him about servicing my equipment he was rude, had an attitude and basically called me a liar. I do not trust having any of my equipment serviced there after this experience and will take my business elsewhere. It is a shame that the congeniality from the main store employees does not extend to the equipment servicing department employee. Please work on better customer in all departments.

Always fantastic service and pretty decent pricing. Their tire shop has a really great service and very good prices. The lady manager of the tire shop was extremely friendly and easy to work with.

Folks here are kind, and I always come here to find new stuff to trick out my ever-expanding garden. And youll be happy on how much you save.

A good reasonable place to get everything for garden

Called up and ordered a pump. It was supposed to be there Tuesday. No pump, no explanation. A week worth of work lost. They took down my number and said they would explain when guy came in to work. No phone call explaining where my pump was. I ordered one online $30 cheaper and they are going to expedite it so I dont lose another week of work. If I had known they would do people this way I would have gone elsewhere.

Never seem to find what I want and always have to ask for help. Never a Can I help you.

Weve been battling weeds in our driveway for months. Weve tried everything from other stores. We were told about the co op so we went. The gentleman was very helpful. Had what we needed. Weeds are dying already.

The fellow (Terry) who does the lawn mower repairs is fantastic. We have had him do work on our ride on mowers and our tractors and he has always been honest and straight with us.Because of this we will always use his services and recommend him to our friends.

This is a good place, they carry just about everything you would need for a farm or for your animals and the service was good and they loaded the feed and everything else we bought into the truck for us which was nice not like that stupid Tractor Supply. I would definitely recommend.

Have to drive to Cookeville for products they normally carry that I have to order at Crossville. Then Crossville never calls when it comes in or product takes 2 to 3 weeks to come in.
