Braden was very helpful in answering all my questions and helping me get the right tractor for my needs. I had a slight problem with a hydraulic leak after I used my bucket to move some dirt and they picked up the tractor which had a faulty controller, replaced the part and had the tractor back to my house within a day or two. They have kept their word on every aspect of my dealings with them and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great buying and service experience thus far.

My husband and I bought a new 2025R tractor that had a leaking transmission from another dealership that no longer sells John Deere. We brought it to Trigreen Equipment of Cookeville and they fixed the leak under warranty. We were very happy with the service department good people highly recommend them.

We purchases a X370 here and we’re so pleased with the experience and custom first service. When the mower came it was very clean and the delivery gentleman informed us of the maintenance and a program in the winter to get the mower fully serviced. The only small imperfection on the mower was the seat had some wrinkles that could crack open easily. Went back to the store and one was ordered no charge under the warranty. Absolutely hassle free, great communication, friendly staff, and ideal business. I will strongly recommend Trigreen!

I bought my chainsaw from here. Got a great deal. So I decided to take my chains back there to get them sharpened after using all summer . I took in 8 Chains. When I went to pick them up it was 85 dollars. I like to have fell out. The man at the counter said. Well they are hand sharpened. I told him have never paid that much to have chains sharpened. Hell I could have bought 4 new chains for that. Never again. I dont see how they keep a service department workin charging those houlry rates
