Been going to this Walgreens for years. Love the staff. ALWAYS kind and helpful!

Pharmacist thinks he’s above doctors. The pharmacist will not fill prescriptions that he believes aren’t necessary. He’s not a doctor but apparently he plays one while at the pharmacy counter.

Ive had continued issues with using a coupon on my prescription for the last two years. Its a pretty standard $30 off by the manufacturer, but I have even had to argue with the manager that he had employees that knew what to do to process it correctly. Unfortunately after the same employee did not know how after being shown twice I was stuck having to pay extra or go without the medication. I will no longer use this pharmacy despite it being close to my house.There are some awesome employees there. I feel bad for saying this, but given the run down condition of the store I wouldnt be surprised if the store ran themselves out of business in the next few years.

This Walgreens hasnt seen a mop in a long time. After waiting a few minutes first in a line of 5 people at the register with not a cashier in sight, one of the customers flagged down a woman (turned out to be an employee with a plain-clothes jacket over their uniform)pulling sale tags off the shelves and asked if there was a cashier around. With sub-par attitude she said she could ring him up at the makeup counter. Real classy.

This pharmacy has never filled my prescriptions on time, and takes at least 5 days to fill my 30 day supply, but not until after I call and complain that no one has called me yet. Meanwhile Im going without my medications. I will be finding a new pharmacy this week.

As a former employee of this store I have to say that Ive always enjoyed the people and the service. Its the company I have issue with. The pharmacy is understaffed because the company seems to want it that way. It lost the 24 hour pharmacy because they couldnt meet the outrageous demands of the company. You want something changed, complain to the company itself. They dont care about the employees anymore.

If I could post no stars I would. This place has the worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. They dont do their job they do the minimal possible to guarantee prescriptions will be ready when they are due. They talk down too you and talk to you like your a drug addict if your filling pain meds. Its by the stores choice when they want to fill them even though the state and insurance are more than ready to fill them. I will never go back there again and be treated like a second class citizen. Ill be spreading the word to friends and family on face book also. Im an adult theres no reason to be treated like a child from your pharmacy. Maybe concentrate on customer service more instead of being pill Nazis. 😠🤕

If I could sum this company up in one word it would be unprofessional. I thought another company one of its competitors was bad. No. I was so wrong. At least the other company tells the truth about employment. This is the worst location and the worst company and I will not be supporting this store anymore. Not any of the locations. In fact let me let you in on a little secret. If your emails dont show up right away, its not just you. It has happen to another employee at the drug testing site. If it says eastern time and you get a print out of the email or actually get the email about your drug test screening Eastern time is two hours before. IF they dont want you working with their company you will get the run around. They dont answer their phone and they lie about EVERYTHING. I almost want to go as far as to say I think the store manager is racist. Their is no diversity in this store. Dig this, I had to apply to three different places before actually got a job but they reneged on it and wasted my time and money. I put this job first before going to other interviews turning them down for this position. Dont let them do this to you. They are FRAUDS. DONt get a job at this place its not worth it! Lairs and Frauds. The service is horrible too. Who wears jeans and insufficient uniforms? Thats not a pharmacy if you are not a professional body work environment. Worthless. I will be spreading the word by mouth and for sure this will be passed on in other areas that you dont know about. Freedom of speech and the customers but not all of them are closed minded and racist. Very two faced. If you are an employee you have no free will to say or think what you want even if it is true and my cousin was bullied at this location. Its over.Its going to be all over soon.Not to mention the racist picture they have hanging up in their break room. They put pin in people of colors eyes and on their noses. They thought it was funny not once but twice. The store managers were okay with it.

I have been going to this Walgreens for 12 years. Never had an issue. Very helpful staff esp. In the pharmacy. Wish it remained a 24hr pharmacy.

This Walgreens is terrible at sufficiently starting their pharmacy counter. Peak times will have you waiting 20+ minutes. Also, they make mistakes such as giving you someone elses prescription, then taking 10 minutes just to figure out how to fix the mistake.Avoid at all costs. Im looking for a new pharmacy because of the terrible service here.

I understand that walgreens, as a company, want to cut costs.....but dont do that by hiring idioits. I get a call from the pharmacy that my wifes script ia ready, get there and they tell me they have nothing and it will take and hour, and i leave and they call me back after 10 mins saying its ready. As a business owner i ban cell phones at my place cause they distract employees.....walgreen might want to consider the same.....or hire employees with average intellegence.

Arrived at Pharmacy at 8:46 and they close at 9:00 and we’re turned away.I just was released from the hospital and needed these medications but she refused to fill them.

All the Walgreens in the near area are understaffed. Especially in the pharmacy.

Hood place for quick items

Average on hand inventory, inventory rotation could use some work, generally a clean sales floor, and managers do not particularly interact with guests as they do at other locations. All in all a relatively average Walgreens.

As a former employee I must say they suck!
