I love it here management always is very compassionate and understanding of issues. Honestly as long as one keeps to themselves things go OK. But anywhere we go we shall have the nosey lady with the little dog right?

Been in my apartment for less than a year, but so far I cant really complain. My apartment was brand new when I moved in, the building manager Lynette is wonderful, our sink was clogged when we moved in but they had someone unclog it in only a day or two. I think whatever problems people had was with old management, as they are in the process of restructuring their business practices. So what once may have been a pretty sketchy place to rent, has seemingly turned around. Time will tell if its still the same but now only gilded.4/5 Id recommend

I lived in the Tioga for over 3 years. It could have been kept up, better. I believe the owner, at the time was where the blame should lay. Manager/maintance man was questionable. The hotel has been sold and is being upgraded. I Wihappenloved living there. Issues are with every rental. within a yearGood news

Stay away! Management creates hostile living environment and tenants are nosey and there is no privacy at all. Its like high school but in an apartment building. Too much hinky mismanagement and the office thinks they are above the law. Stay away by all means.

Its miserable to rent here, but I have seen worse! They rent out cockroach infested rooms here, and then they act like you are the one responsible for it! Week after week, the bug man, screws around in your room like hes actually doing something! If I get pestered again over their foolishness, Im going to call my lawyer!
