Great first experience...I showed them what I wanted and they had me set and out the door in 15 minutes! I returned for an additional gallon of paint and it was not available, but ordered with a day turn around. The paint was mixed and ready for me to pickup.

Excellent Customer Service. I spent over $500 on paint during their 40% off sale and saved nearly $300. That was pretty awesome. I went back on a second trip to buy a $500 paint sprayer and extension wand but left empty handed. That was not so awesome. I asked if they price matched and was told no due to them already having competitive prices. Amazon has the same sprayer for $50 less and I could have it in two days. No budging in price. I was willing to pay the extra money until it was time to checkout. They didn’t honor my military discount upon checkout which seemed odd. They specifically asked on my first trip if I was in the military and entered my discount for future purchases. Not so much if you want to buy an expensive paint sprayer though. Bummer for them, they just lost a lot of money. So instead, I’m driving two hours to Home Depot or Lowes to purchase a cheaper version because those stores honor their military discounts regardless of the purchase. Super disappointing. The Coos Bay way!

In my humble opinion the best and only place in town to get your paint and supplies. The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They will guide you through your project doesnt matter if its one-room or entire building. They care and it doesnt hurt that they have the BEST paint in town....Give yourself a gift, make Sherwin Willams your first stop..

Expensive! 50 to 100 dollars for a gallon of paint. We need a Home Depot in Coos Bay!

Jesse who tried to help me was alone in the store and it took him over an hour to wait on me...even though there were no other customers there when I entered the store. He did not seem to know what he was doing and he kept leaving me and waiting on other customers. Finally Mike (the manager??) returned from lunch and was able to help me immediately. You should not have someone who has supposedly worked there for over 2 years alone in the store, when it is obvious that they are in over their heads. It was the longest time I have ever spent in a SW paint store just getting 2 gallons of paint to color. One was your color, the other was not...and that was the problem for Jesse, he could not really match it. I HAD TO tell him what he needed to add to the color he had to match the one we were going for...I could tell the color was too grey. He didnt have a clue!

Great help and honest feedback on process of getting work done. Offer to deliver to my area was much appreciated. Staff carried my paint to the car! Service was friendly and timely, too.

An employee had the nerve to ask me,Do you know what paint is?. In a paint store.Very demeaning. First time in this store, and it will also be the last.

The staff were very friendly & helpful & also gave me a heads up about one of the paints I purchased. They even carried my bag out to the car for me...which I didnt need but was very nice of them.

I walked in there and absolutely nobody greeted me and I was this invisible woman and I got some paint chips and I walked out but at no time did anybody even acknowledge that I was in the store. I will not be returning to Sherwin-Williams. I think they treat women poorly.

Have visited the store in Coos Bay just twice for small purchases, but the two guys, Mike and Gary, were so helpful and attentive, even remembered me from one visit to the next.
