I came in for a bill issue however the staff was super friendly and they listened to my issue and began right away to fix it! They checked my plan and saw I could save more money and they also helped me get into a new phone! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience!

Went into this AT&T yesterday and was there for more then two hours. Had issues getting a new iPhone. I will say this.. the customer phone service for AT&T is complete trash! Shaheen Had talked to more then 10 people on the phone and they gave her No help at all! She kept it together not only helping me, but helping other customers who had walked in. I’ll be going back to this AT&T from now on.

Visited the AT&T store on this past Sunday, the customer service Representative David, was very gracious, despite me coming into the store twenty minutes before closing; and to make matters more challenging I had a ton if questions. David was very patient and courteous, he answered each one of my questions, as well as assuaged me of my fears of being stuck with unseen additional fees. David’s knowledge of equipment and discounts was very impressive. He also suggested that I come back into the store when his manager was available to go over my bill and make sure there no additional promotional offers he wasn’t aware of. Great customer service

Shaheen was great! She helped me upgrade my phone quickly and made the whole typically dreaded process delightful. I was helped immediately and she was thorough to ensure my device was backed up and all my information was transferred seamlessly. I came into the store looking for a new phone, not only did I walk away with a new phone but the best customer service possible. Mr. Asif Ali greeted me and I told him my budget worked with me. The experience was seamless and painles and Mr. Ali explained everything very thorough super friendly and didn’t pressure me into buying anything I didn’t need. I highly recommend this location and this gentleman for any future purchases.

I was seen almost immediately upon entering the store. I met an associate named Ali that basically radiated positive energy. He helped me with the requests that I had and was very patient with me even though the requests were pretty time consuming. The store manager Shaheen was great!! She was available to answer any questions and was able find me plan to save me $$$. Very happy with the customer service at this location.

I had a great experience in this store. I went in with some billing issues and a broken phone.. they not only helped me with upgrading my phone but also with lowering my monthly bill! Both Ali and the manager Shaheen helped me in picking out a phone that was easy for me to use, and transferred my data for me on the new phone too! Our great experience started with a phone call. Shaheen answered and was so gracious and answered all our questions about a new phone. When we arrived she was at lunch, yet David was ready to help. He gave us more information, showed us phones, and then Shaheen returned. They both assisted us and were so helpful and fun! They got our new phones ready so easily. It was a lovely experience! We very much appreciated their kindness and help.

Poorly put together store. This location seems so neglected and the service is reflective of that. Stood at the door for almost 40 minutes without an acknowledgement from either of the two ladies working.

I was in the market for a new cell phone service. Choices for me were between T-Mobile and AT&T. I was told about this place from a friend who told me to speak to Asif Ali the sales rep from this location as he knew what he was doing. As I entered the building I was instantly acknowledged by Asif with a “Thank you for choosing At&t, I will be with you shortly please feel free to look around.” After he finished with his current customer, he walked over and introduced him self and asked me many questions about what and how I used my services and what I was interested in. He then proceeded to offer me solutions to my current cell phone problems and offered me such an amazing deal that I ended up leaving with 2 phones. This weekend, I will be returning to buy 4 more phones for the rest of my family from Asif because of his great sales ability! Thank you Asif because of you AT&T has my business!

I have found a hidden jewel!!! I visited the Coppell ATT store and was blown away with the level of service my daughter and I received. Eagle and Basil treated us as if we were family. They were very informative when answering our questions. There were no trick, gimmicks or hidden sales agendas. We were given the most amazing deals & discounts. Just visiting this location I saved hundreds of dollars ad that is no exaggeration. Stop by 240 N. Denton Tap Rd. and I promise you will be amazed.

PROCEED W/ CAUTION because I have found while living in Texas perfect reviews are not accurate. Many business owners ASK you to leave them a 5 star review in exchange for something.DO NOT GO HERE! You will have non stop billing issues. My mother & I went to make a few simple changes and were promised $1 iphones due to a promotion. We were told the phone bill will be $100 more the first bill after these changes. First bill received was over $800! And we called customer service a dozen times and the rep we spoke to said the account was so messed up it will take a manager to fix this.THE most frustrating experience. And we were forced into paying the obnoxious bill or they would cut our service off for something we didnt even do! Im livid every time I look at my phone because the store owner and assif really did not back the promises that were made to us in store. Also very very pushy in trying to get you to upgrade or add more AT&T products/services. They are also authorized retailer - not an actual AT&T store and there is a BIG difference.

Shaheen the store manager was amazing. I am a senior citizen and was having trouble understanding my phone. Shaheen upgraded my device to a user friendly device and taught me everything there was to know. She spent 2+ hours with me and was very patient. I highly recommend this store and I would ask for Shaheen every time.

This store scamed me. Beware not at&t Corp store. Went in for upgrade and now paying for 2 lines. Only wanted my same number on new phone. Because of promotion have to keep for 90 days and supposedly will get credit. Cannot take back will he charged $325. And at &t 611 cannot help cause not corp. And I have 7 lines now 8 on my bill. I am 66 years old and 8 am tired if this s...Can no one be honest. Will chalk it up to another HARD LESSON LEARNED. To bad could not give a negative star.

This store is great! I had the pleasure of working with Basil, who provided me with details about all of my options when upgrading my phone. The process was quick and easy and they were so kind and attentive the entire time I was in the store! I stopped in this AT&T store to inquire about replacing my iPhone battery. They wanted to sell me a new phone more than help with my battery. They said because I had no insurance on the phone that it would cost $200 to take the back off and another $257 for the battery. Outrageus!. They only wanted to sell me a new phone.
