I’m currently a T-mobile costumer so I took my grandma to this store because she is trying to switch companies, and get a new phone for her and see what they could offer her, we waited for approximately 15 minutes and none of them even approached us to say anything, I saw they were busy with other costumers but I noticed that one of them wasn’t helping no one and he just kept looking at us, and didn’t try to help us, I’m so disappointed, honestly I even feel like switching to a different company myself cuz if this is the kind of treatment that they offer then I don’t want to be a costumer at this company, I’ll be looking for a different provider for my grandma as well

This T-Mobile is wonderful: when I went in, I was helped by Kenny C. He and Luis (another team member) not only knew their products, but Kenny checked my plan to let me know about discounts and promotions available for my plan and explained features of my new phone as he was setting it up. I had to leave and come back, and, when I returned, Kenny processed my phone and plan update right away. I will drive out of my way to go to this T-Mobile store because I have just found the people easier to approach than other stores. Thanks, Kenny and Luis!

T-mobil is best Cell company, best staff, most courteous, most willing to help, their customer service is the very best! They have super plan offerings as well. Yes I am a very loyal customer because I have experienced ATT and Verizon ... no comparison!

Wow... I came on here to leave a positive review about an employee...A popular one evidently. Kenny.I was up front pretty early that I didn’t intend on buying a phone, and that I was just checking one out. That didn’t keep Kenny from being very personable and informative. Granted, they were not busy...but still... he didn’t have to spend his time talking to someone that wasn’t going to end in a sale. A future sell possibly...which is the sign of a good salesman. He seems to honestly love the phones he sells.He was also very informed on specs and quality. Felt like I was geeking out with another techie.I’ll definitely be back...and, in the future, if I need to buy a phone...I’ll definitely buy from Kenny.

Your hours don’t work if you are a working person. You open at noon, close at 6 pm. I get home from work at 6.

I had an amazing experience at this T-mobile all thanks to Kenny. Kenny explained all of the deals and costs for our phone plan. In addition, he was very patient with us and reviewed any questions that we had. He stayed later than he needed to in order to make sure we were taken care of and transferred all of our information from our previous phone onto our new phones. If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!!!! He has definitely made switching from Verizon to Tmobile a pleasant experience for us. Thanks so much Kenny!!

Kenny, Maria and Lindsey were awesome. The best customer service in my 20 years of owning Sprint...now T Mobile! They took the time out to answer all our questions. Showed us how to use our new phone being 1st time Apple Owners! They are the bomb! I recommend all of to go this store in the DFW area!!

I have been putting off getting a new phone because Im not good at transferring information and technology. I went to the store and spoke with Kenny who helped me get a new phone that was not too complicated but was a really good phone he was knowledgeable, friendly and took his time helping me. Kenny even took the time to transfer everything for me to make sure I didnt lose anything, put the protector and case on for me too. He helped make it less stressful for me. My son came with me and was grateful for him doing all the things he would have had to do to help me set up the phone. I would highly recommend visiting that store and asking for Kenny if you need help getting a phone that suits your needs and help setting it up.

Was there for a good 30 plus minutes waiting for service and Nothing. No one out of the three employees came up to us to tell us a wait time or anything like that. They were helping some people at the time but saw how long we were waiting and couldn’t take a second to just come over and say hi and give us some kind of wait time. Customer service at its finest these days.

We went to get a new phone for my daughter, as hers was broken.The store was very busy and a customer was very rude to an employee and then was served before me. Kenny helped me next and was very apologetic for what had happen. He made my visit quick and easy since it was time to close, but he didnt rush me out the door, and even showed me a better phone for the money. I will be asking for Kenny to help me in the future. I can say without a doubt that this is the best store I have ever been to! The staff are freaking amazing! They are actually knowledgeable and capable of taking care of you! The reps I spoke to Eli and Will had me feeling well taken care of! Not only did they help me get a better phone with even better service(yay unlimited) they were keeping me wildly entertained! Eli was the know it all expert on what I needed and will was awesome with helping me keep my kids calm!(he was making them balloon animals) like who do you know does that for you?Lastly they followed up with me a week later to make sure everything was still going great and truth be told it was the best decision to switch to T-Mobile!

I had such an amazing experience here. Kenny helped me not once but twice after I lost my phone and had problems with my replacement. He took a stressful situation and made it enjoyable. I have been a T-Mobile customer for 6 years and because of people like Kenny I will be one for life. Thank you!

Kenny. a worker named Kenny in the store had a horrible attitude, he was being rude for no reason and when we asked about a certain phone he gave us an attitude. all we wanted to do was buy a phone and he treated us badly. I hope you guys do something about it and call him out because that is unacceptable. I am really disappointed in the bad service I received since Ive been a T-Mobile costumer for a long time. he gave us his insight and responded to us like we were dumb.

Buy your phones here! This place has superior customer service. I drive from Frisco just to buy my stuff here. Ian is awesome everyone here is. They make excellent suggestions on phones. I’m coming back here again when I need to buy another phone or add another line!!

The costumer service was phenomenal. Eli answered all my questions and was super friendly not many people are that dedicated. This has definitely been the best T-Mobile I’ve been to.

Usually the service here is great. Today I came in. One gent said they would be with me in a little bit. I waited 32 min. Not else was said to me. They were still helping the same people.

Ive never had a bad experience at this store. They always have at least 3 workers every shift, they get busy so there is a wait sometimes but overall their customer service is way above average!

When I first went to this store they were good. Now that I have a POS S8 that texting works half the time, not so much. I was guaranteed that i would have a replacement phone on the 4th. I even ask are you sure that is a holiday and was told yes. Today 7/5 I call to see if the phone is in and it is not . I was told that I could try and find another store that would have a loaner phone( useless as I need my phone for work email). And they cant tell if the phone will be there today or not. And in the middle of feeding me a line of BS I was hung up on. I was with Verizon for years and made the switch to T mobile for international data. Worst move I really miss Verizon better service in the store and for the phone. worst is I have a 750 dollar phone that is crappier that the 2 year old one it replaced. Do you self a favor and avoid this store and T mobile.

Just went there today the guy was extremely unprofessional and rude. He even did not know what he was doing. Wasted my 30 mins and I came back without getting my iphone 7 to work. Usually this store has a very good customer service but I think they have hired new staff which is very unprofessional.

When you give T-Mobile several hundred dollars, but the lame manger is too lazy/slow to go get the phone you already paid for. Plan your day accordingly, it’s the dmv in here.

I went into the store to get a new phone, received the phone with no problem representative was friendly. However they have deceptive practices, i had 5 lines i was on a grandfathered plan that is no longer offered where i get unlimited everything data & 5gb of hot spot. I was adding another line the manager suggested it would be cheaper and better for me to get the new plan which would give me 10gb of data and 10 gb of mobile hot spot because none of my lines ever got close to the usage so why pay for something i wasnt using.. I repeatedly asked if this was a total of 20 gb per line they said yes the manager every wrote it on a yellow scratchpad he had and told me it would be. I get home that night going thru phone trying to play with it and realize i cant connect to internet. I call customer service find out that the store forgot to add my data plan, so they go to add it and tell me it would be only 10 gb per line and price not what i was quoted. Conviently there printer was down so they wrote a manual service agreement. I explained what i was told they said not accurate information. I call the store back and of course they dont acknowledge as if they have no clue what i am talking about. I know they dont care, but i will not be back at this T-mobile store on Denton Tap in Coppell again to do business with them. Very unhappy customer
