Really nice place. Great selection of drinks, alcohol, snacks, and other assortments. Cashiers are wonderful and know how to tell a face and be friendly. The owner seems a little dull, but the rest of the cashiers are awesome and I look forward to meeting them every time I come in.

The owner of this establishment is rude and has lost my business and my friends. I will make it my goal to let people know not to shop at this establishment. My card did not work at the gas pump and when I went into the store he rudely stated ‘what do you want me to do, you card was declined.’ Well I went down the street to Exxon and it worked so it looks like the issue was his and not mine. Good luck!! Your attitude and approach to the public needs work! You might look into taking a class improve your personality and customer service.

I stopped in for gas at 5:40 am this morning, a guy behind the counter “Robert” was rude and uttered obscenities at me on my way out. He did all this unprovoked! From previous reviews it appears he’s the owner. I recommend another line of work if Mr Robert Patel can’t treat his customers right.

Overpriced gas always, inside is unclean. Dangerous going in/out from busy road. Owner does not promote good customer service.Not recommended

Was very very very nice and extremely helpful to me.

On two occasions, I tried using this gas station. Each time I was rudly told it was my fault the card transaction would not work. The first time I just drove off to another gas station where my card worked just fine. I chalked up the experience to a isolated bad experience. Yesterday, on my way across town I was in a rush and decided to give this station another try. I tried my American Express Blue Card again via the Verifone mobile pay. The mobile pay option was something that attracted me in the first place. I also tried using the card itself when the mobile pay attempt didnt work and got the message that I had to see the attendant. The attendant was very rude about it saying that it was my card, that he couldnt do anything about it, and that I had to prepay. Seeing as I was running late at that point, I convinced the attendant to reset the pump manually and hold another card to ensure I wouldnt drive off. I was able to use the card elsewhere and American Express confirmed it was the gas station that has issues. Im not sure if the mobile pay system is defective, or whether they dont take American Express to avoid paying the credit card fee. Either way, they should not put up a defective payment system, blame the customer for their card not working, and force them to prepay with another card. Most gas stations are happy to allow customers to try again using another card and do not assume the customers do not their bills. After reading reviews, Im apparently not the only customer to experience this. After this most recent occurence, I felt inclined to post and share my experience. Though the gas station is the most convenient for me traveling through Coppell northbound, I will pass this station going forward and take my business elsewhere. I encourage others to do the same.

Avoid this gas station and its owner, Robert Patel. His pumps do not work, he came out and shouted at my family that our Visa credit card was the problem and made us leave on an empty tank. Same credit card worked 2 blocks down at competitor. Bad businessman, no respect, no honor.
