I have 2 REVO systems at my 2 business locations, the first one being in use nearly 10 years. Overall they have been trustworthy and a great entry level systems. My complaint stems from buying an higher end REVO Exterior IP camera that I purchased to work with my existing DVR that I had set up. I found out after I purchased it the is wasnt compatible with that system so I contacted REVO to see what NVR would work with the camera I owned as I hadnt purchased system 2 yet. Adrius responded and based on this, I purchased and installed the recommended REVO NVR that I was told would work with my now installed box camera. The new NVR system came and when I installed it I was surprised to find out that the camera that I had planned this to work with would not work with it.I contacted Adrius again and he went back to his techs and relayed the message. He then contacted me back and said that he was sorry but it would be fixed by a firmware upgrade in the next month or two. 3 months later in reaching back to find out the status, I was told that the firmware upgrade would not work and there were no plans for it to be fixed. So, I asked about being either being able to exchange my camera for one that would work or exchange the NVR for one that would work. Adrius wrote back and agreed to do so and said he was sending me a different NVR and 6 cameras in exchange for the NVR and 6 cameras that I had gotten. A dozen or more emails and phone calls/messages later over more than a year and I have received or heard nothing since. Bummer - they seemed to care about their reputation when I was talking to Adrius.

Bought a Revo System for about $6,000 in 2017. Just over two years later it doesnt work any further. Not a wise choice if you ask me.
