The customer service here is always wonderful. They smile, are dressed professionally and are knowledge. What I truly enjoy is their honesty. Even if advertisement is wrong, they correct and inform us customers on what is really going on rather trying to manipulate someone into purchasing something they dont want. Their honesty, and kindness & patience with customers is incredible. I saw a customer become irate & rude with the Staff and they continued to be respectful; listened and attempted to help the customer to the best of their ability. They are not just in it for making money, but rather for ensuring the customer is well taken care and is satisfied with their purchases so when we leave we do not regret our choices and I appreciate that. They feel like a second family and Im happy about it.

I damaged my phone severely. It was barely charged when I got to the Verizon store in Copperas Cove. Bryan Vasquez helped me. He sold me an affordable phone and worked with me to get discounts on the phone and my plan. He very patiently answered my questions. Since my old phone was so severely damaged and had not backed up correctly it was very difficult to transfer my pictures to the new phone. He kept charging and working with the old phone until everything transferred. I appreciate his courtesy so much because most of the pictures were of my grandchildren. The other gentleman in the store helped me as well. Great customer service. Thank you both so much!

Ok where do I begin? This store is the store to go too! My husband and I walked into the store and was helped by Will! He was so laid back down to earth and just so easy to talk to. We felt like we had been coming here for all our phone inquires lol. I say this because it started with us coming in to upgrade our phones & learning the features of the new iPhones and helping us decide which one was best for both my husband and I. By then end of him talking and helping us decide which phones we wanted somehow we started talking about our family and how many kids he had and we introduced him to our babies lol. Anyway they didn’t have the colors we wanted for our phones so we had to order them. We spent so much time there we ended up leaving when they were closing lol. Will was so easy to talk, knowledgeable and professional. I’d recommend him no doubt!So he called us when our phones were in but couldn’t make it in till a week after because of busy schedules. We ended up going in and Will wasn’t there. Bummer I know! So some lady named Michelle helped us. At first my husband and I were like oh man we have to restart all over again, but she said Will had left things set up so she was just going to help activate our phones. Well somehow there was something stoping us from activating our phones, but she said don’t worry I’ll take care of it and started calling and made things happen for us! As we waited she noticed my kiddo was getting impatient, she let my kid borrow her phone to watch drawing videos and a notepad/pen and that help distract my kid! We also started talking and she was so funny, like had me crying laughing and that helped make time pass by and her customer service was also on point! Honestly I’m not making this stuff up! Go to this store and literally ask for anyone of these two reps and you’ll be thanking me!

I went to the Verizon store in Copperas Cove today and was greeted with a warm welcome. Cameron M. helped me backup my phone and considering the amount of data I had to backup, was very patient with me. Wanted to purchase the new Samsung 5g phone Verizon wanted to charge me Service Fee of $35 & $35 to activate which I agree to, but I dont know why I need to pay a service fee when Id be purchasing the phone directly from Verizon.

Devonte the manger helped me so much, I came in to look for a case and he help me beyond my expectations. He showed me how I could get a new improved phone and I only paid 60$ out of store with promotions he explained. I would recommend in the future, his trainee helped with a lot of knowledge as well

I have been going to this location for almost 3 years now. Every time is a GREAT experience for me! This last time though, it was ABOVE AND BEYOND the normal experience! As soon as I walked in, every single rep greeted me, welcoming me to Verizon! I did have 2 people in front of me but the wait time wasn’t too bad! The rep I had was Kevin. I told him what I was looking for, and he showed me my options. He wasn’t pushy, he gave me all the info, and even helped me transfer everything over to my new phone. Even after I left the store I had questions and he was happy to answer them, he didn’t push me to the side or ignore me after the sale was done! When I had an issue with my debit card, he was very patient as I was calling my bank to approve the sale. All in all it was a great experience! And he was fast about the process!! All the reps in the store as a matter of fact where super friendly and I noticed they where acting the same, very friendly and informative to the customers and very helpful as much as they could be!!

Questions Answered, Issues ExplainedHubster & I went into Copperas Cove, TX retail store front seeking info on acquiring a mobile hot spot. Customer sales guy took care of *everything* for us. Went thru our current plan, revamped it so wed save some money, sold us (on sale!) a Jetpack mobile hot spot, applied my Hubsters military discount, and when we walked out we had a better plan with unlimited data on all devices, for $10 less than what wed been paying and it included the hot spot, too. All options, including eligible phone upgrades, explained in detail by courteous & professional staff and it was a fairly easy transaction. Highly recommend this retail outlet.

Brandon was great! We went in on black Friday, but their network was down (computer, not data) He honored the special even though we couldnt complete the offer until the next day. We had a few technical issues submitting our old phones for trade in, but the people at customer care were great about fixing it! And the signal is a million times better than we ever had with Sprint!

I moved from Michigan to Texas and am,now living in Copperas cove. This store made it easy to get my phone working again. Rickey was such a bliss to work with and happy to be here.

This place sucks it needs to be shut down. One of the workers smokes weed before she comes to work. The parking lot smells like weed. I tried telling people that Bonnie smokes weed but no one cares and I said the parking lot smells like weed. And I got told to mind my own business. My family has to live here until we can find a house we have three kids that I do t want to be around this. We cant afford moving from hotel to hotel. What am I supposed to do. I hate this place. Everyone is rude and disrespectful to me.

The Copperas Cove store sale associates are very professional and answered all my questions. When I walked in, they made sure I was helped in a timely manner and were very patience with my and my questions.

A choice between two evils is no choice at all .Tremendous room for improvement.Any company with a real desire could easily swallow up this operation.Update after response from Verizon:Customer Service is perhaps the first place Verizon should start looking for ways to improve. Ive spoken with numerous representatives for the last 15 years. That department is a joke. Ive been lied to, ignored, hung up on, placed on hold for extended periods with no discernible solution after the hold....and I could go on and on.What is obvious is that Verizon cannot deliver the product as sold and then tries to worm out of ownership of the problem.

Im really starting to hate this company.The jetpack they gave me, within a years time the battery exploded, get told, im using it too much, but the purpose of that device is to use the hotspot, and I use it all the time. Unless the terms say I can only use it a few hours a day there is no such thing as using it too much.Another thing I have to dispute this company because they lost one of my payments earlier this year. Have no idea how thats my fault in the matter. Clearly I paid and have been paying every single month if Im still using the phone. Would make zero sense to have a 3 month old balance and still paying? Mind you, ive recieved zero letters or text alerts saying that balance is due. Also how were you guys able to recieve payment for February, April, May, and June but skip March? But not notify me, and I in recent months have come to the store, to your sales rep, and made a direct payment with them as a witness.Another thing, lay off on the attitude that Verizon can do no wrong and that The Customer is Always Wrong...cant believe I had to fight my way through the food chain to get to a higher up for them to finally humble themself and explain that Verizon did infact lose the payment due to their systems failing and that they have to do an investigation.Im really considering leaving this phone company. Id rather link up with month to month plan from somewhere else than have to deal with the mediocrity that is this place of business.

No Stars for this place in cove. First of all you do not talk down to your customers. Calmly explain what it is you need. Not in a loud over bearing voice. Do not sell a smart phone to a person that has never used one. You should be about your customer, especially when hes been with you for over 15 years. Copperas Cove Verizon is the crappiest place i have ever been too.

I ordered a new iPhone 7+ from this store and Nikky, who helped me, was so amazing. Her and another associate Colby were very informative about all of the great features of the phone and even went over the additional 2 gigs of data I would receive on my plan. They made the entire experience extremely satisfying. If I recommend any store its this one, ask for Nikky shes the best.

I came in exceptionally unsure - I wonder if my indecision and the length of the experience was annoying, but the employee who assisted me was professional, patient and helpful. It was a great experience and it made me feel good to be treated so well.
