I have shopped at Sherwin Williams for more than 10 years. Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am not a professional painter, so no matter what sort of questions I ask they can provide me answers. For my remodeling projects requiring painting and wallpaper this is the only place I go.

Sales people are always friendly and knowledgeable at this location. Most contractors I have worked with vouch for Sherwin-Williams. I have paint from Lowes that uses the Sherwin-Williams palette and I was advised by one of the S-W associates that although the color is the same, I may notice a difference in the paint quality. The sales associate was correct. Although the paint I bought from Lowes served its purpose I noticed the difference right away on the first coat (consistency, sheen, vapors). I highly recommend taking advantage of their periodic sales (30 percent off) when you are budgeting and planning for paint projects. This SW location is definitely one of the gems here in Copperas Cove.

Steven is a big help. He found exactly what I was looking for in under 15 minutesand matched my white perfectly. I got everything I needed to finish my livingroom and was back home painting in under 25 minutes. Thank you Steven for the excellent customer service.

It had been a while since I have been here. I went to the Killeen location very frequently. However my last trip to the Killeen location was just that, the last trip. Very clueless people working there now. I havent been there in probably 6 months or so and the one woman I LOVED going to because she was so knowledgeable apparently no longer works there. Copperas cover was great. Very friendly and easy to work with!

Im not a contractor but a home owner and I have to say they have the best paints. Wither interior or exterior hands down. Yes they are expensive but if your doing the painting yourself its already hard work why would you want to do it again by using cheaper paint that you might possibly have to apply two to three times versus once with there paint. Just a helpful advice check when they have sales that will help to keep the cost down and lastly any Sherman Williams store have miss tint dont be shy to ask to see them. You might get lucky and walk out with very good high quality paints. Just for example I once got exterior 5 gallon super paint for $25.00. I dont work there I just like for whereever I live to look like a million dollars without spending a million dollars.
