Love Merrick Park ! All the stores are beautiful and the park is easy to figure out. Parking can be a pain. There is a garage, that is the best way if you are driving. A few places validate.

Great store with all the brands that I love! My favorite store is Louis Vuitton. I love to buy pursues from their store, they provide outstanding service every time. I highly recommend this store.

What an elegant store llocated in the Shops fo Merrick park in the beautiful city of Coral Gables.With high end brands this location has it all.As soon as you walk in, everyone was so nice and attentive.

Beauty products buyers beware of their return policy. I recently purchased a $78 foundation as a first time buyer at NM because the none of the usual beauty stores I shop at had this brand available in store. The representative who color matched me in store was very pleasant and professional. However, after using the foundation at home I was not pleased with the color in natural light and the foundation caused red bumps on my skin which went away after I stopped wearing it. I decided that after a couple of uses I would return this item. The representative at the store told me that if I had used the item I would not be able to return it because it has to be in “saleable” condition. After I explained the reasons I was returning the item to the manager I got same response but with a big smile as if that was going to help the fact that not only am I not able to use the product and not getting my money returned. This was my first and last purchase from Neiman Marcus due to such a disappointing experience. I do not recommend NM for those who will be buying a beauty product for the first time especially who have sensitive skin and are not sure if a product will be suitable. There are plenty of other store options with better return policy who understand that just because you sample a product in store does not mean after a few days you may experience an unwanted reaction.

Very disapointed in this store prior to and despite of my son purchasing over a dozen pair of shoes(dress shoes). The disappointment surfaced when he noticed two pair of gym shoes he had purchased,($400.00) each, began to separate at the sole. Upon taking them back to the store, i was told they were older models (approximately one year old),which in my opinion is not that old and especually based on the wear and tear, he takes care of his shoes. Infact he took the shoes to his shoe store(store takes care of his shoes, treating leather, replacing taps or whatever deemed necessary and he also agreed that the shoes were poorly made, based on how the area was coming apart from the shoe, not wear and tear..The point is when you have a loyal customer, you should be loyal as well and stand behind your product.

The restaurant here is absolutely fantastic.....although it is a little pricey, its Neiman Marcus for gosh sakes!! Well worth the experience.....sit outside on the patio.....loved it....food was awesome!

I would like to provide some feedback about my customer experience with your store.I went to Neiman Marcus sometime in March after my wedding, which was on Feb. 24th, to return a wedding gift that purchased at there. I experienced a very rude sales associate who refused to return my gift, because of the purchase date. I explained that the date in which my guest purchased the gift was not in my control, as I had not received it until the end of February, after my wedding. After talking with a different Sales associate, they offered me store credit for the gift and provided me with a gift card. I have had the gift card from March 2018 until now. I sought to use this gift card recently, to purchase a birthday gift for a friend of mine. I was about to submit the order online when the gift card would not go through. I assumed it was something with the website so I tried the live chat feature, only ot find that the person on the chat did not understand what I was asking.. and proceeded to give me information on things that had nothing to do with what i was experiencing. I felt like I was talking to a robot, providing automatic responses, not a real person. I looked up a number to contact someone in customer service. I called and that person was able to search my gift card information. However, that person was receiving what she called some kind of error in the system when looking up my card information. She thought it would be wise to connect me to a supervisor. So she did. Or at least i thought she did. Upon being transferred I was placed on hold for a few minutes until I was prompted by an automatic menu. I thought I was being transferred to another department. So this seemed strange. The menu was asking for my card number, I entered my card number, only for it to tell me that my information was wrong... It was asking for credit card information. Which I did not have. I was calling about a gift card. It kept asking me to enter the number, it never told me to hit a number to be directed to speak to someone or give me any other options. So I kept entering my gift card information until it got tired of my incorrect responses and transferred me to an actual person. When that person picked up I realized I had been transferred to billing. However that person was very nice and told me they would help me there anyway. I gave her my information and she quickly provided me with the enlightening feedback that my gift card was an old card from 2016 and there was nothing on it. There had never been anything on it. Nothing was added or removed. You can imagine my reaction now. She told me the only thing I can do is to go back to the same store which issued me the gift card and ask them to look into it. So after all of that, I am left with nothing. And I am dreading going back to the store for what I imagine will be yet another bad experience. I am writing this note in an effort to provide feedback to your customer service department. I have had multiple bad experiences so far and if it werent for the credit I am owed for a wedding gift I almost wish I had never even returned, I would not spend any money in your store. Simply because of the service.

Creed sales lady from Venezuela tried to sell me the aventus in a sarcastic manner. Demoralizing other high end brands and putting creed on top. Yes creed is excellent but its quality its subjective from nose to nose. Its like saying that Ferrari is better than Lamborghini because of its colors.Besides that prices were higher than normal,and lady refused to a sampler giving the excuse that its only given with the purchase wich is stupid.Hopefully they take note and dont lose a recurrent customer.

If youre not dressed in Gucci from head to toe, dont bother coming to this place. I dont think its very professional to give customers dirty looks and stares because of your appearance. The staff here will mostly follow you around the store while youre trying to shop, for no reason.

Very disappointed. Over the years I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars at Neiman Marcus. I have always experienced nothing but top notch sales associates and services and have often chosen to shop at Neiman Marcus instead of Macy’s or Nordstrom despite it being a further drive. However, I can say that I will have to reconsider after my latest experience. After purchasing multiple, very expensive dresses, in August with the same sales associate I expressed my hesitation but was told not to worry because I can return at any time as long as I keep the receipt because Neimans values their customers and will always honor a return as long as you have a receipt and the items have the original tags. This was at the end of August mind you. After the hurricane, which left me with 2 dresses for a wedding that I could not attend, I was uprooted from my home due to the damage for 3 months, experienced a prolonged illness and hospitalization, a home remodel and ultimately a move, I finally got around to locating the receipts. After several attempts to cal Neimans I finally got through after about 7 or 8 transfers and endless holds when I was told that I could not return the items. I was told by the less than polite associate to call the original sales associate if I didn’t feel this was correct. I had only called to let the associate know I was coming as I have a handicap due to my previously mentioned illness and did not want to make the trek before speaking with her but was told she was out of town. So, I placed a call to my oh so helpful sales associate. I left a voicemail and promptly sent an an email. The next day I received an email, which addressed me by name, with a picture of the current sale sign taken with her cell phone but no other information or response to my email from the day before. I quickly responded to the email requesting a call or information regarding what I hoped was a mixup. It has now been a week and still, nothing. I’m truly shocked and disappointed as good customer service is hard to come by in Miami and I have always felt that Neimans really set the bar for customer service in Miami but it now appears that they are no better than the rest.

After being a costumer of NM for over 10 years and never, ever returning anything. Today, I come across the fact that even if a $700 shoe murdered your feet, it cant be exchanged. A cosmetic that was a fail after a couple of attempts cannot be exchanged either. Beware of what you purchase here!!

Nice helpful service at Louis Vuitton, and a great lunch at Mariposa. Excellent customer service and friendly sales reps. throughout the store. Mariposa is always a great dining experience: hot popovers with strawberry butter, demitasse of broth, good quality food, and happy friendly servers (at Nordstrom you have to pull teeth just to get a stale piece of sourdough). Good job Newman Marcus!
