They give you a deadline and miss it, always an excuse of why the job is not finished. Now they wont even give me a date of when it will be finished. SUV has sensors that need coding, didn’t they know this before they got to this point? Sensors were not added now, they were there when the suv was handed over to them. When I turned over the vehicle they said 3-4 days max. It now has been over 2 weeks and may be one more week. One employee says one thing, then some one higher says another.Never again will I take a vehicle there.

I brought my SUV to be repaired after a minor fender bender. They were very professional. They gave me an estimate not only for cost but for the time it would take and they kept to it. Actually the finished it a day early. When I picked up my car they not only had it ready but had vacuumed the interior and washed the exterior. I recommend this place!!

Was visiting FL and a driver decided to jump in my lane with me. The car hit me of course. The insurance company provided this company (A1 Body and Glass) to get my car fixed. They were very nice and kept me updated on my vehicle. I give it one star because When I got my car back I realized my back windshield wiper was up in the back. I tried to turn the wipers on and it didnt work . when I brought it to there attention, Nobody knows how my wipers are now broken and sitting up in the middle of the rear window. I also noticed my tint in the back window was damaged. Of course they advised they didnt do this but it wasnt like this when i dropped my car off. long story shorty, I had to take my car somewhere else to have them fix the damages that A1 Body and glass created. In addition to my $500 deductible from the car accident, I also had to add $600 for A1 body shop damages . Just damaged my whole trip. Thanks A1 your the best🤦🏽‍♀️

I was involved in a collision and took the car to A1 Body for repairs as per the insurance companys instructions/recommendati­on.The experience all together has been hell. Everything from service to the delay of having a rental for over 3 weeks to the terrible job that they did.We are still finding lose pieces in the car and it is beyond me how unprofessional this place is.We do not recommend A1 Body and highly encourage you to find another body shop if you are truly interested in a good job.

Used this shop at the request of my insurance company after an accident. Cannot say enough about the staff both up front at the desk and the folks working on the cars behind the scenes. Jess and staff went above and beyond completing my repairs quicker than expected to get me out of my rental but also jumped right in to help on other issues. Fast. efficient and procise

After an accident I had with my 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo on the highway due to a distracted driver. My insurance sent me to this body shop. And my God their staff is very friendly and very professional. They took care of my vehicle so well and did a fantastic job on the body work and overall fixing of the vehicle. Their customer service is excellent and they always kept me up to date with the progress of my vehicle. It was such a great experience I would come here even if my insurance did not cover the costs. 5 Stars!

I will consistently write horrible reviews about this place!I was in an auto collision with a coyote which caused front bumper and light repairs. Unfortunately, my insurance company uses them as a reference to fix car repairs! Which my car insurance guarantees a lifetime warranty NEVER GO THERE.They held my car for a week, when I received my car everything LOOKED FINE. NOT even a month has passed and literally my bumper and frontal fell apart. I return there with hopes that they would keep the value of a lifetime warranty instead they accused me of 1: running into something, 2: having someone run into me, 3: my insurance only covered certain parts. Mind you insurance covered everything . And I’d they didn’t cover everything why didn’t they give me the option to pay for parts not covered? NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASE HEED MY WARNINGTHE MANAGER INSTANTLY BECAME DEFENSIVE INSTEAD OF COMING TO A SOLUTION.NEVER GO TO THIS PLACESo what was the resolution ? It was my fault and they did not fix my problem . This was my first accident where my much of my car had to be replaced. A1 Body and Glass treated me with much professional respect. This place was amazing. Isabel and Maurice treated me like I was a rock star. They kept me up to speed with constant communication. The work that was done on my van after a tree fell on it was second to none. The van looked like brand new as if it just rolled off the showroom floor. I highly recommend this facility.

This was the second car I brought to A1. First car repair was flawless so I didnt hesitate to come back. Fast and reliable repairs and awesome color matching to the original body color. I trust their repairs and dont hesitate to recommend them to others.

Our insurance company had us take our SUV to A1 for repairs. After taking apart the front end, they refused to fix the car. The workers threw all the parts and fender that they had removed from our car into the back cargo area. Nothing was put down to protect the interior from being damaged by loose sharp metal objects. Subsequently, The interior walls and inside hatch door are all scratched up. Our insurance company had to take the car to a repair shop of our choosing. After seeing how A1 treated our car in such a disrespecting unprofessional manner, I am so glad that A1 refused to work on our SUV. We had BRUNO’s in Boynton Beach handle the repairs on our car. They did an excellent job.Bottom line A1 exhibited poor judgment with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior for our property.

These are the biggest scam artists on the face of the earth. There work is poor, they should not be able to do business. My car was in they shop for over a month. The work was poor. I have to take my car somewhere else just to get fixed properly. Please what ever you do do not take your car to these people. Think twice about it. Go somewhere more professional where the work will get done professionally.

I took my brand new or semi brand-new less than a year old 2016 Subaru cross tech somebody rear ended me and took off I took it to this body shop and I had to take it back to different occasions because the paint was not properly done correctly not only that but the hatchback is not even my alarm doesnt work my safety features do not work and I paid $7,000 out of my own money because I did not want to go through the insurance company and Im still after a month trying to deal with trying to get my car fixed I would never ever ever refer this company to anyone and I will never use it again

Greatest experience with a repair shop! Everyone was extremely friendly and easily held great cconversation while I waited for the rental car. They explained everything so that I could understand easily. I would recommend this place to any and everyone needing car repairs!!!

Two accidents with my sons VW Jetta in one month, Yikes. Maurice was great. They have Saturday morning hours which is very helpful for working people. Maurice worked on getting the best price possible for all necessary parts. The work was done on time and as promised. A1 Body has a convenient relationship with Enterprise across the street so renting a car was easy. I appreciated Isabels calls with timely updates. My only issue was A1 Body not observing/recommending that the car badly needed new tires with the first repair. I did discuss this with Maurice. I still would highly recommend this shop and would return.

Poor service and below expectations work done. How difficult it is to replace a bumper with a new one! ?Anyway, from the front desk person eating and servicing customers to the team having a huddle at the front desk and asking customers to wait a moment (10 min) to finish who does what and when during the day Id say poor customer service.My car was not repaired properly after two visits and tomorrow Im going to the car dealership to have an estimate to repair the repair to serve to my insurance company. And the manager stated there was no issue with the repair. Are you blind?I wish everyone going there luck. For me it was an unpleasant experience.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!I took my car to this place per Geicos insurance. When I got there Enterprise Rental was already there waiting for me. After 1 week my car got fixed and a extremely rude lady called me to pick up the car. I told her that I got off from work at 6pm and should be there by 7pm. She said she was going to leave the cars under the car seat and to drop off the rental car key in a box they have outside. I did all this as her instructions. After 1 month Geico sends me a bill saying I used the rental car more than what I was approved for. Supposedly I used the car for 13 days. Ive been calling this shop for months asking them to clarify with the rental that THEY provided because I never requested Enterprise, that the car was only used for 8 days and not for 13 days. Sharon who is extremely rude was supposed to call me, never did. I called her again and again her horrible attitude came up saying that she fixed it and theres nothing else they can do. I told her that thats not enough! They were supposed to give the rental away as soon as I turned in the keys. She was supposed to call me again... still waiting.... NEVER AGAIN!!

Please. everyone ignore those two very negative reviews, there have been many personal changes at A-1 body and glass since then, I took my car there this week for some cosmetic front bumper damage, they where very fair kind and courteous, I was well informed, I was given options on routes I could take to fix my vehicles issue. I would highly highly recommend them.

I was in a hit and run a few days ago and was reccomend this place thru insurance . After reading reviews I must admit I was hesitant but I gave them a call anyway. Sad to say the reviews were true. The receptionist sharon was very rude and condescending. She acted bothered by me asking simple questions about the process because hey I dont get an accident everyday and know how to handle this. I mean I was just in an accident for Gods sake, try being little more kind. Definitely lacking in customer service . I called another shop on my list and she was very nice and answered my questions without a bad attitude. Very helpful . Will definitely be going elsewhere . After going back through the reviews it seems there work is mediocre and customer service is non existence . Thank God I found this out before my car paid the price . Will NEVER go here .

After my car accident I had doubts that my car could be repaired back to its normal state. But once I got to A1 Body and Glass and saw my car I was relieved. The area where the accident occurred was repaired looked perfect. I hope I never get into another accident, but if I do I will definitely send my car back to A1 Body and Glass!

They stuck to the timeline and estimate. The process was seamless and easy. Nothing to complain about and the car looks great.

Worst service. Please, dont come here. Brought my car to be repaired and was returned with a strong glue stuck on the hood. They didnt want to accept their fault but told me they will fix it as a courtesy. After a wait of 4 and half hours, the problem was fixed.

I wish I could post a picture of the workmanship they preformed on my Nissan Frontier. They put the model name on sideways on the tailgate. Also I just notice the screws were left out on the tailgate. Also big time hassle about renting a car they lecture me about my time I was renting. If I could give them no stars that would be to many. Now I have to take it back in to get it all fixed again.

It was of course unfortunate to have someone rear end me after work, but it was even more unfortunate that the accident occurred right before Hurricane Irma hit. I knew the local body shops were going to be VERY busy post-storm. I brought my vehicle in right after the hurricane and although the shop had system issues due to a power outage, they were still ready to help me. As expected, it took a while (17 days) for my car to be fixed. But what was surprising was that the shop called me every few days to give me an update. I was shocked to keep seeing their number calling me and was very appreciative that I didnt have to track someone down to find out how it was moving along. When I went to pick up my vehicle, it was as beautiful as it was before the accident. Im pretty sure they even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! Lol hands down, fantastic service by everyone I spoke with from beginning to end!

Terrible quality work. My Scion FR-S was hit on the front,passenger side quarter panel and front bumper. The repair on the quarter panel was great but the bumper does not fit. Theres a huge gap between the body panels and the bumper and all the clips that hold the bumper are visible from a distance. I brought it to their attention when i went to pick it up. I told to leave it so they could repair it and make sure it was perfect. We repeated that process about 4 times until it sunk in that they were incapable of fixing it. I ended up having to go meet a manager and then the general manager who told me that thats how Toyota/Lexus/Scions are and that its impossible to get a bumper on those brands to fit back on the car once they come off. So BE WARNED IF YOU HAVE A TOYOTA/LEXUS OR SCION do NOT bring it here as per their GM they will not be able to make it fit. In addition to that they detailed the car...that is to say turn a a little swirling into deep and widespread hollograms and a ruined clearcoat. I could write a book about how much this place sucks. People are friendly, place is clean but they totally suck.
