Took my 2016 Ford Expedition EL here for some bumper work. From the estimate to pick up, I was extremely impressed. Great communication, always kept in the loop, and very friendly. Kinda shocked actually, at this good of service from a body shop. And....the price was very competitive for the work done. Very pleasant surprised. Wouldnt hesitate at all to recommend this company.

I had a hit and run with a mailbox and did a lot of damage to my car.lol. The owners were very nice and professional. They said it would take a week to fix but they were done in 4 days! That was incredible timing. My car turned out absolutely perfect. Rob did a awesome job with matching the paint perfectly. I wont take my car anywhere else if I ever need any body work on my car again.

This is the second car that I gave brought here. The first was a minor accident. The paint was well matched. The second vehicle I brought to get the hood repainted because bug residue got into the paint. I tried touching it up myself and made a mess of it. A few days later I picked it up and it looks like new. Smooth as glass! Everyone is very friendly, Covid considerate and priced right. It was well worth doing it. I will recommend them to anyone.

I recently bought my 2019 ford explorer there after having damage done by road debris.Very friendly and a very thorough estimateI went and had them do the repair, they worked hand in hand with the insurance company which made the whole experience much easier, they even have rental cars on the premises.I got the car back in a little bit more than a week, which they said it would take, the Car looked incredible, it looked like I just got it off the dealers lot, no sign of any damage was there beforeI was very happy with the whole experience, from there friendly nature to the work and professionalism of repair

I never write reviews but here is my experience... i went there to get a quote to fix my car and 1 lady is very nice and the other one (who helped me) was kinda passively judgy and said she will email me everything in a hour and never receive anything so i called the nice lady picked up and said she will call me back when it sent and everything... and its been 2 weeks now and i dont think they will give me a quote. i was disappointed with the service as a first time customer :(

I chose this body shop because of the reviews and how close it was to my house. The reviews don’t lie. I brought my car in because someone rear ended my 2 week old new car. Guy was great to deal with. He inspected the car top to bottom even though it was the back that was damaged. Ali was wonderful over the phone and overall my experience was great. I got my car back and it looked as though it was never in an accident. I’m really happy with their work.

Was ready to go to work when I noted my car being damaged by what at first I thought was paint, but instead was a type of glue, and the team here immediately helped me out as soon as I called and showed at their place. I had my car repaired in less than a day!! I never expected it to be done so soon and the quality was impeccable! The owners are super friendly, super professional and extremely reasonable. Everywhere else I went tried to rip me off. They even detailed my exterior and rims!! I couldnt suggest a better place to get work done. I was super happy with the end result and they even called to ensure everything was okay after.

I am very disappointed. I called twice during business hours on 2 different days, no person answered, and left detailed voice messages that I wanted my vehicle to be repaired by them, when I wanted to arrive, and at-fault insurance company was to be involved. It has been over 1 week and neither I or insurance company received a return call. Found another shop. Will never approach them again.

So glad I chose this place!! Ally at the front desk is so personable and sweet she made it such a pleasure to call/visit their office. Every person I spoke to there was just as kind! They fixed scratched paint from the front of my car quickly and the result was perfect. They even made it appoint to honor the lowest quote I was given before any tweaks. After driving for more than 20 years, my Chevy Camaro was T-Boned by someone who did not have time to stay. They came highly recommended by both my mother and my girlfriend, so gave them a shot. This is a great company, they did great work and stayed late on a Friday night to get the work complete. Prices were below all others, provided options for fixing the car, awesome family owned business, they get my recommendation, this is my first and only google recommendation.

I have been using auto works collision for many many years with multiple cars. They do absolutely amazing work and I have never ever had an issue. I have family members who also go here as well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and I have. Everyone that works there is so nice and helpful and always very pleasant to speak with. If i could give this place 10 stars i would without hesitation.

I was in an accident where my front end had to be replaced, I took my vehicle to Auto works Collision and Paint and they did an amazing job. Their customer service is great, very friendly, and helpful. They were willing to work with me and the insurance company. My car was fixed properly and in a timely matter. Also, (I don’t know if this counts for anything) I am female and I felt they were straight forward and honest with me when it came to discussing my car. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I got an estimate and timing was such that I could get my work done right away. I was getting my hood and other areas taken care for paint chips that are quite common on my 4Runner. I made an appointment for a Thursday. Lori warned me that my car may not be available until the next week. We have two cars so it is not big deal. I dropped my truck Thursday and check in with Guy. Friday late afternoon Guy called to tell me my truck was ready and he waited a few minutes past closing so I could have my truck for the weekend. The truck looked great and it would be hard to convince somebody it was 6 years old. There work was great, their prices very fair and the personal touch is the icing upon the cake. I would highly recommend Auto Works Collision and Paint. It is worth checking out!

I had a very positive experience with Auto Works. I was given a few choices from the car insurance company for a claim I had and arbitrarily picked this place from the list. I felt they took good care of me and the work done to my car was good quality. They even stayed a little bit after closing to allow me time to drop off the rental and pick up my car on a Friday. Ally at the front was so sweet and guy and lori were so friendly. My car looks amazing. They helped make this stressful experience a positive one and I will highly recommend them to anyone. I never once felt like I was bothering them and you cant tell my car was in accident. They also cleaned my car !!!! Even tho I hope to not see them again(cuz of an accident) they will be the place to go to. If you ever need a body shop use these guys . From beginning to end I have no complaints. 10 stars!!!

Great work, it only took about 6 days but the job was spotless. The car had a scrape and a broken head light, but now the car looks like It was right out of the dealership.

I had just purchased (from a dealer) a very attractive pre-owned classic convertible that was about 98% perfect (to my untrained laymans eye). I wanted to get an estimate for having all the minor little nit-picks fixed. Many people had spoken highly of their work so I went to them.I met with the owners, Guy and Lori, who looked this car over in a detailed way beyond what I had asked for - meaning they investigated parts of the car that I had not even been suspicious about. They were both extremely knowledgeable. They found and showed me things that I never could have spotted that made it clear that even though this car had a perfect Carfax report it had been in more than one accident and had many body panels repaired and repainted.The verdict was that I had purchased a beautiful car but only if I had paid about 75% of the price that I paid. They actually caused themselves to lose the opportunity to do all of my nit-pick corrections.With this knowledge I was able to return the car during the small window of return policy that the dealer allowed! They saved my bacon and really showed me how ethical they are.That was a couple of years ago - fast forward to this past week which is what prompted me to write this review. I have an auto lease just ended and I was about to turn it in so I looked the car over very carefully and noticed a not-so-perfect alignment of the body panels between the front bumper cover and the front fender panel. Concerned that perhaps we had gotten tapped in a parking lot, I wanted to know what it might take to correct this.They pointed out to me that this model was notorious for having this manufacturing defect that was due to a weak support bracket that was unable to hold the weight of the front bumper cover tightly. Their body shop technician had actually worked for one of the same manufacturers dealers and explained that this was extremely common on my model.This convinced me that these are people with integrity.Im totally comfortable to highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

My car was hit while parked and the other driver took off so I was left to find a repair shop and file an insurance claim. After reading some good reviews I decided to give Auto Works a try. The estimate went smoothly. After that it was downhill. I called to schedule the appointment and they said it would be nearly two weeks before I could bring it in. I mentioned that I was not driving the car, however I didnt have a rental so I would need this to be a quick repair. They estimated 3 days. No big deal, I can find a ride to work for a few days.After a week passed and I had not heard any updates I called and spoke to Donna who had just returned from vacation. She was unhelpful at best. She could not give me any updates and said they were waiting on the insurance company to approve a supplement. I immediately called the insurance company who said they were waiting on the shop to provide photos and the supplement would be approved. Two days later I had to call again to follow up and Donna said they were still waiting on the supplement. Come to find out two more days had passed and they had not even sent the pictures in as requested. Her response was that they dont check their email that often. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? DONT CHECK EMAIL THAT OFTEN? IN 2015? At this point I was getting very frustrated, Donna put me on hold and I spoke to Lori who was not much better. She at least seemed to understand what was going on and said they would get the pictures sent over right away but gave the excuse that the insurance company was taking their time because they didnt have to pay for me to have a rental car?. An hour later I received an email from my insurance company that the supplement was approved and payment issued. I guess they sent the photos.Now approaching two weeks I called the following Monday to see if my car was ready. Again Donna told me they were waiting for the supplement. Not good enough. It was approved Thursday and now its Monday and they just realize it? Two more days wasted. Im furious. I speak to the Owner, Guy who says the right things and assures me my car will be ready Wednesday. While this does not change the poor operation of his business, I arrange to come by after work to pick it up. When I arrive Wednesday (which is now 14 days after I dropped my car off for the 3 day repair) I find the paint looks good, but once I pop the hood I notice that there are several gouges and cuts in the new paint around where the grille fits into the bumper. It looked like someone tried to force it on while the paint was still wet. They also neglected to touch up a few paint chips on the door as promised 3 times (estimate, drop off, phone call). After pointing these issues out to Guy he apologizes and asks me what I want to do. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.I arrange to come back the next day and the chips were touched up and the gouges around the grille touched up, but you can still see where they were. Auto Works may have been a successful family run body shop for years but it seems that they just dont care anymore. Not to mention they squeezed an additional $680 out of my insurance company for a supplement when there was no additional damage found, claiming they didnt include paint blending. $680 in paint blending?? There are plenty of other shops in the area that want your business and will do a better job in a shorter period of time.

Went there tried to get a estimate for my car, every body was talking to everyone else, after 10 minutes a lady asked me what I need, she said someone will be with me in a minute, its small job, 15 minutes later Im still waiting, I went out of door. Theyre very friendly alright, only to the people they know.

BY FAR the most expensive, time consuming, poor body repair I have witnessed. I got the famous run around the whole time. Every accident is unique to its own and I fully understand the process of body repair work/labor. I previously went to this shop to paint my RSX factory front bumper, and was shocked when he told me the price ($400). When I asked him why so much? he simply answered well we here use the original paint and have state of the art equipment... (blah blah blah) and labor cost. I went ahead and paid $400 to get my front bumper painted. Three years later my wife had an accident with the wall and I recommend my father-in-law to Auto Work Collision & Paint b/c of how great of a place I thought it was. I showed him my car and the estimated time was 23 days max, (it took 3& a half months 60+ days) so Guy took the car in and the insanity began. My insurance covers 30 days of a rental so after 30 days my wife and I had to pay taxis and hitch rides to and from work. I was under the impression that it would be for 15 more days. BUT THATS NOT HOW THINGS WORK. When I called Guy after 15 days was up he gave me excuse #1, and that the CAR WILL BE READY NEXT WEEK. Guy and I did this dance for the next 2 months. Guy and his wife were generous enough to give me a FREE rental from Hurtz, that they charged me everyday. Awesome! lets fast forward to the end b/c I can go all day. Well FINALLY the car is done.. and boy did they let me down. Little did they know that I brought someone that does collision repair and everything was done HALF A**. The trunk was not lined up correctly, the paint was chipped, on the side door the paint was over painted, the bumper was an aftermarket and did not line up with the car, when you open the rear door you can see the welding, and the list goes on, TO TOP IT ALL OFF THERE WAS PAINT IN MY BACK SEAT, my wife came to tears when she saw her car. When the inspector came to see it HE HIMSELF told them to take it back and fix it. In the end my insurance paid 8K so Guy and Lori made a good hustle. I was played and as a customer I am disappointed.

After five phone calls requesting what was promised to me this is my last outlet to get some satisfaction out of the whole experience. The body work was done just fine. The problem started when they forgot to put the electrical outlet to my tow hitch on. I was promised he would go to Margate Uhaul the following day to get it and I could swing by and he would put it on. A week went by, I called, hes busy and would call me back in a few minutes...Two more days go by, I call, hes not there but would call me back. Two more days go by, hes out sick. A few more days go by and I explained how ridiculous this is and that I was promised by Guy V. that it would be done weeks ago and she proceeds to tell me well, hes very busy and has to go aaaaaallllll the way out to south Margate to get it but well get you taken care of. Not to mention I got all of this great customer service after telling him I graduated with his son from Douglas. Its now been a month and a half and still no call back and no tow hitch. Im over it. If you look someone in the eye and tell them something, mean it and deliver.

Very expensive....I had estimated in three different body shops and Auto Works at Wiles Rd. was $900 diference from the other two body shops. They give excuses to replace the parts instead fixing and painting . Dont recommend
