After being brushed off at another location, I called this one. I was looking for a specific item and I called asking for information before I made another trip. Genesis was one of the kindest and helpful employees I’ve ever spoken to. Not only did she assist me by making me aware of the stock that they had, but she helped direct me to a location that I could find that exact item at! I am SO grateful that she took the time out of her day and checked for me! She is an excellent example of a star employee and truly shows how great employees should help customers! :)

I love that Target has a little bit of everything, and the stores are typically in good order. This store in particular has been out of the thin-slim plastic hangers by Room Essentials the past two times Ive visited. Other than that, the team members are generally friendly, the store is clean, and the parking lot is ample.

Nice target but they should really add some background music in the store.

New to target and new to online shopping. Once I arrived at the store, a rep was able to direct me to the correct location. Once a got to that location, the wait rime was super short.

My closest store is in Sawgrass. However, their lack of customer service has taken me three times to this store off State Road 7 on Wiles Road.The 3 times I had issues in the Sawgrass store, this store did everything “above & beyond” customer service to help me with an online purchase gone wrong, find items I was looking to purchase, a refund in the past & currently, today, a breach of privacy issue & a coupon that I never received.The Manager, COLA, who I did request upon entering the store; however, while waiting for her, a Customer Service Person, JOSE, had already resolved 3 of my 5 issues. Cola resolved the other 2.This store has always resolved or helped on 3 different occasions & with a smile.It’s not close to my house; but, it’s worth the drive, gas & time.Their customer service has always made me feel so, so important.Thank you, Cola & Jose & Target for hiring them. I spent the Entire day trying to place an order for over 300 dollars through the app, that kept instructing me to go to the store to check out. Finally I went to the store and spoke to Demani who assisted me with placing the order online, as that was the only way to buy a gaming console. After more than 30 mins the order finally went through. I received an email with a confirmation of payment and the order number. I provided that to Demani and he located the order. After all the inconvenience I had experience trying to purchase my sons birthday gift he called an associate to see if she can process the order so I would not have to return the following day and be further inconvenienced.When Andrine who identified her title as an ETL SE, (company jargon), came to the front. I asked was she a member of management and she said yes. I asked if my order which was for one item could be processed (pulled from the back and checked out in Target system). Without any empathy Andrine refused telling me that I had 6 orders ahead of mine to be processed (although I was the only customer standing in front of her, in the store to pick up an order). She then explained that “I have one guy back there and his attention has shifted to other things”. Andrine said all this while making up her face and rolling her eyes.When I called Targets guest relations and I spoke with Ruby, who from her tone I can tell didn’t care. I asked her if the store manager could call me back to discuss what happened and she said she can request it but calling customers back after a complaint was filed was not Targets process. I expressed that I felt Targets entire culture say Target does not care.I haven’t picked up my order as I was sent home without it and told I could come back 8am when the store opened, which would be in less than 12 hours. Because of my work schedule this is further inconveniencing. I no longer think I want to do business with Target and believe I will have a better customer experience going to one of their competitors such as Walmart.Based on the experience I have had I Wil not encourage anyone to spend their hard earned money at any retailer if they can’t provide at least great customer service. My expectations on Customer Care I would receive from Target were obviously set way to high.

What a wonderful Super Target experience! We were greeted at the entrance by a gentleman with a shopping cart and a friendly smile and hello. The store was clean and when we had a question, the employee walked us over to the exact location of the items we were looking for. Look forward to returning to this location.

Took a quick trip to this target for a few things and was blown away by the customer service I received. Ellen gave the greatest customer service I have ever received at a store. Who knew such a short trip would provide such an amazing experience. Thank you Ellen.

I went to pick up an on line order, it was fast, efficient, very nice people, the pet section is very nice, the have a lot of stuff for cats, nice variety, my cat Garfield love It!

This location is the cleanest and most organized Target in the area. Not the closest to my place but it’s worth the drive.. The Staffs are always willing to help and always greet you with a smile.

I always have a good experience at this Target. Totally different vibe than Walmart. Well stocked inventory and helpful staff.

Worst customer service. Asked about an item which their system states they have six of in hand, and I was told that they couldnt go in the back to look for it because they didnt know exactly where it was. Its their job to look for items to out on the shelf especially if they are empty. They refused to take the time to even at least look.

Went to go do drive up,they never came out to bring me the items I’ve ordered. They almost gave me someone else’s things after I went in side the store to see what was going on.

This Target in Coral Springs is the closest to my home. The store is very clean. Due to Covid-19, some of my favorites havent been on the shelves but its pretty easy to order and pick up. The pick up system is very efficient and convenient.

I typically stop here in the morning and this afternoon this store was a wreck. I had to leave because I wasnt going to sift through piles of stuff on the floor to find things. There are more organized Stores around. Its a shame because the employees are always pretty nice in the morning but this type of mess is not right. The bathrooms were disgusting and so was the store. I dont shop at Walmart formreason. I take pride in knowing Target is typically keptIm better condition than this.

The most important reason for a 10 score was because of a very outstanding and extremely helpful associate you have working in Guest Services. Her name is Nicola C. She was amazing in helping my return and in saving me money on discounts I was not aware of. As a customer that is extremely thoughtful and appreciated. I also had other items I wanted to get, and Nicola and her co worker found them for me! This was the best experience Ive ever had at Target, and thats saying alot. She is very informative and on her A Game, please give her a raise n promotion. Good Person overall, Target needs more of her.

I went to this location this past holiday season and I can tell you I will never be there again. This Target is limiting Pokémon and sports cards to 2 total items per customer. I have a nephew and niece who are into it and sadly had to limit them to one item a piece. Security in this store runs the card section like a soup kitchen! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Went there to purchase trading cards like I always do for my son for Xmas because it’s the only thing he enjoys. I was limited to buying only 2 boxes. I’ve never heard of such a thing and felt incredibly disrespected. Worst target store I’ve ever been to, I won’t be going back

The Target Associate brought my order pick-up outside so fast, it was remarkable. The Associate was very polite with a smile and made sure I had my complete order.

My experience overall was surprisingly nice. This Target is doing something right! Even the security/loss prevention gentleman was helpful, cordial, professional and assisted me to a staff person. The Supervisor Theresa on duty had excellent! Customer Service skills. I met her when I was having trouble checking out with a gift card. She offered to assist me without hesitation. She was patient, willing, professional, optimistic and knew just how to fix my problem. The way she helped me made me happy that I chose that Target location on that particular day. She offered to walk me through the process. She could have easily brushed me off and left me to figure it out on my own but she didnt do that. She assisted me as if she cared. She assisted me like how she would have wanted to be treated if she were in my position. There was another Target associate- Cashier that was amazing as well, she was friendly and caring. She delivered Service with a smile! I didnt catch her name unfortunately, but she was able to find a Supervisor (Theresa) to further assist me when I was having difficulty. I believe this location will be my home store from now on!

Great service from Shay and Crystal in Soft Lines at the Coral Springs, Florida Target. They were friendly, professional and very helpful. Helped me get the right shoes and outfit for an important meeting. I am a fashion dork and they helped me pick the right clothes.

Besides the clean store, variety of available items and competitive prices, I experienced EXCELLENT customer service at todays visit from Shalanda. She exceeded my expectations in helping me upload the Target app on my cell phone to obtain discounts and a gift card on my health purchases. I was so thankful, that I walked to the other end of the store and waited on line to compliment Shalanda to her manager Cola. I usually shop Walmart near my home but I will now frequent Target near my office, thanks to Shalandas personable service. She is a Target Super Star.

Impossible to change pickup option to curbside unless you are an expert at online apps. The human person on phone in store is not able to do it.

Target is my favorite store!! I use the store pickup option right now during the pandemic. They are great with the contact-free drop off in my trunk.

This Target is always out of stock of necessary items. They allow customers to bring their dogs and put them in shopping carts. They have two lanes open and a long line for self check out. It’s slowly turning into Walmart.

Target always has a great selection of merchandise and although the prices have risen in the last few years, they are still reasonable for most items. They have enough cashiers and people to help on the floor. The stores are neat and clean. And they hand out samples! Yay!

Was racially profiled and treated disrespectful by Ellen the front end associate last, who was more interested with the items in our cart than our health and respecting social distance of 6 ft and got real aggressive about being in our face to argue while we werent arguing with her at all.

Literally I have 6 boys and 12 nephews. The manager is limiting people to 2 packs of pokemon and sports cards each? Like really? Horrible store. I wish no one shops there with services like that.

Find it in the app prior to your arrival. BETTER YET Order online and have it delivered. Save yourself a headache. Clean store. Lines at checkout 10 plus people deep. 3 lanes open on a Saturday night. Out of 30 LANES or so. Exact reason everybody uses Amazon

I like the cartwheel that Target offers along with the Debit card which saves you 5%. I find most employees are very helpful and friendly. I love the products that Target carries and the variety that is offered with many different products. My only concern is some of the issues that Target takes with getting involved with gender neutral situations.

Nice clean place. As I was going through the ice cream area, Two men were stocking ice cream. I waited a couple of seconds so the one could close the door and I said very politely “pardon me”, as I walked past him he gave the stink eye and didn’t say a word. I thought “wow how rude”. At the check out, Nancy the cashier was awesome! Nerdy nice, good packer and even put my bags in my cart. Keep her’ she’s a good employee. I stopped in the optical department to get my glasses tightened. There were very happy to do and very friendly. All in all, good experience.

I just didnt understand the logic in the actions of the store. Walked in, with the assistance of a cane, to find the main aisle of the store separating the cashier area from entry to the shopping area. When you entered, you had to walk the entire width of the store to reach the end of this rope divider to turn into the store itself to shop. I was struggling to walk, employees were lined up like soldiers manning the rope, but offering no help. They simply kept repeating to keep moving to the end of the divider.Finally, a male customer took pity on me and unhooked the rope and told me to enter. I was most thankful. One of the employees quickly approached him exclaiming that he could not do that, should not touch the rope, its not allowed. I turned to her and said, you expect me to walk the entire length of the store just to enter? Thats senseless!. She told me thats the rules.I left. I hope all your customers that are mistreated this way also leave.

The variety of merchandise at this location is definitely above that of other area targets. The only downside is that this place does get very busy. There are never enough registers open and the workers are slow to respond to assistance needed messages at the self-checkout lanes. Overall, this place seldom lives up to my expectations when it comes to checkout experience.

Saved my husband time and located Christmas story book for our grandchildren.
