I would not recommend this company. I would give them 0 zero stars if it was an option. I am highly disappointed in the quality of product I received. The balloon arch we were given was not up to par with the rest of their work they have pictured on their pages. I paid $330 for this arch that is pictured here, along with 3 (very small) centerpieces and 3 stuffed animals. When I informed the owner I was not happy with the products received for price I paid, I was not offered any type of compensation. Maybe I just got unlucky with whoever designed my arch that day, but I would not recommend them due to their clear inconsistency in products created and their lack of trying to make things right for the customer. I should also add, that the balloons lost half their air midway through the party and they also did not use the colors specified in our agreement. **EDIT: I am updating my review to add that the owner began sending me harassing messages after posting my review. Again, they continue to be extremely unprofessional. Do not use this company! Plenty of other balloon companies in the area.

Crate Your Party did an excellent job decorating my baby shower. The owner Ariadne was very professional and cooperative while I selected the backdrop, theme and balloons. She also helped me arrange the cake and all desserts which have been delicious. On the day of the event, she was on time and set up everything as requested. My guests were blown away with the decor. I highly recommend them for your special event, five stars!

I Used them for my daughters party, I highly recommend them. I went in to their beautiful showroom, met the awesome owner Ariadne, loved her decoration ideas, signed agreement and paid. The day of event, they showed up on time and did an amazing job decorating party, all guests were amazed.

Went into store on Wiles road and was pleasantly greeted by 4 people. Told the owner what I was looking for and she made her suggestions for balloons and decorations for my daughters birthday party. This place is awesome if you are planning a party.
