I purchased my wife a Mother’s Day flower arrangement from Hearts and Flowers and I am so happy. The arrangement is stunning and beautiful. Price was fair and customer service is outstanding. I picked it up myself and they walked me outside to make sure it was safe and helped me out. I now have a florist I can depend on. 4 days later now and the flowers still look amazing.

This is the second time I used Hearts & Flowers. It is the second time that I am absolutely stunned by the quality of the flowers and then care given in making sure the arrangements exceed their customers expectations.My mon and sister moved down there two and a half years ago, and I was using 800-flowers. Not sure who they chose as their vendor, but the arrangement was pathetic and arrived 3 days later even thought I ordered it 5 days before I needed them delivered. That would not happen to me a second time.I did a web search for florist near them and I choose Hearts & Flowers. I will NEVER use anyone else ever again. What a fantastic job. You and your staff truly made people happy when they are forced to be apart. I thank you again for the arrangement, professionally prepared and delivered with the utmost care so that my mom could have some beautiful flowers from her son’s family on Christmas.

I spoke to Frank and requested red white and blue arrangements for my husband’s military celebration of life. I ordered three arrangements and they were more than I could of asked for. This was not my first time ordering and have always been happy. Thank you for making our day.

Ordered my mother flowers Thursday before Mothers Day even called on Sunday morning on Mothers Day and spoke to somebody and ask them why the flowers werent delivered they said theyre out for delivery with all the other deliveries my mom never received her Mothers Day flowers could you imagine being a mother and coming out of a horrible pandemic as we lost many people that we loved and shes had a rough year and she didnt get one thing for Mothers Day as they never showed up today being Tuesday, May 11 I had to call again they looked up my order number and the only thing they could say was oh sorry this is disgraceful and the worst customer service, I have never in my life wouldve dreamed that a company could just brush such a big holiday inn a big deal under the rug did not offer me a refund sent the flowers to my mom Tuesday afternoon with no water in the vase at all the guy tells my mom at the door he spilled all the water. What good are Mothers Day flowers three days later I feel humiliated and ashamed as a son that my mother didnt get not one flower for Mothers Day because I put my money in my trust into this company that showed no remorse or empathy buyer beware I placed this order for days in advance and for them to tell me Sunday morning on the phone that they were out for delivery was a blatant lie. Have updated this review with my order details and it clearly states to be delivered on May,9,2021 order on May7th i have camera footage of the delivery on Tuesday May 11th 2 days later, i called on the 9th and was told they were out for delivery. i do not think this is a fake review what so ever. except that your company is at fault and charged me for something that i never got on the day it was suppose to be delivered. So since the owner said that this was a complete lie I uploaded evidence from my security cameras and a copy of my receipt and order number with the dates attached that this review is 100% accurate.

Frank was such a pleasure to work with. My family threw a Couples Shower for my sister and she wanted it BOHO themed. I sent Frank over some pictures and he put together a mock centerpiece at his store the same day I sent him an inquiry. My sister really wanted pampas grass and luckily he had them at his store. When we left, he gave my mom a bouquet of flowers! It was such a sweet gesture!On the day of the event, the flowers were delivered on time. After contacting several florists in Dade and Broward counties, Hearts and Flowers was the ONLY company willing to accommodate our vision without pressuring us to meet a minimum spend requirement. Frank and his team were extremely accommodating! Nearly 5 weeks before my wedding, the florist I had contracted backed out. I was a nervous wreck! A friend recommended I call Hearts & Flowers, the company that provided flowers for her Keys wedding, as I too was getting married in the Keys. I immediately called Frank and he made an appointment for me to meet with him within a few days. When I arrived, there were my flowers! He arranged a potential centerpiece based off the photos I sent him! As a bride, this gave me a great sense of relief. He was punctual, friendly and the arrangements and bouquets were beautiful! I called pretty close to store closing hours yesterday in a panic because my husband forgot to order flowers for my moms surprise birthday party. Im blanking on the name of the gentleman that picked up the phone, but what I do remember is he went above and beyond to deliver the flowers just in time for the party. My mom was literally on her way when the driver dropped them off. I am so happy I found Hearts and Flowers! I called at 2 and they were able to put the bouquet together and get it delivered within a few hours. My wife was thrilled and has commented several times how fresh the flowers are and how they make the house smell so good.I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend.

Ive ordered from Hearts & Flowers for years as Im all for supporting local businesses from my hometown... Birthdays, Anniversaries, etc. I live overseas and the exchange rate is not so great for me, but that has never bothered me. I recently went to place an order and as I was about to make the purchase I was bombarded with an extra $25.45 in fees alone. $13 for delivery, $6.22 in svc fee, and of course the tax of about and $6. The delivery is legit 1 miles max down the road. $13 for delivery is non-sense. On top of that, there are no loyalty programs for returning customers. Needless to say I emptied my cart and went elsewhere with a loyalty discount and a fair cost without the nonsense fees. I recommend you look at your fees and adjust based on delivery location and customer retention.

Well deserved ratings here. I needed an arrangement to replace a poor quality one from another florist that couldnt get it right. I was just a walk-in. The owner (I missed his name) helped me. He took me to their assembly area and showed me options for an arrangement and then built it while I watched! Huge and beautiful. And, fast! Reasonable prices too. Just note that Google Maps does not locate the store properly. They are on Sample Rd to the right of the gas station in a small one story commercial building. Its hard to see from the road but its worth the effort to find them. Excellent, friendly service and fresh flowers. Recommended.

Amazing service!!!! I live out of state and wanted to send my Mother a big, beautiful poinsettia plant for Christmas. I was able to place my order with a very friendly, kind and helpful woman and it took no time at. My Mother received her plant today and its beautiful! It arrived in a large basket and included nice decorative touches like a big bow and pine cones. I will definitely be using Hearts and Flowers for all my future purchases!

I ordered a Valentines Day Bouquet and my wife loved it. It was amazing! The entire process from the ordering, paying and up to the delivery was very efficient and overall a good experience. I would recommend to everyone looking for flowers or for any occasion for that matter.

My brother passed away unexpectedly in August and I had to plan a Celebration of Life/Memorial for him a month later. Cheryl created beautiful centerpieces for the tables using sunflowers, lilies, roses and other flowers. She also made a gorgeous wreath for the table where my brothers photograph was displayed. The flowers were perfect and I received many compliments on them from the guests. Hearts and Flowers Florist has been in business for over 20 years because they do quality work and go the extra mile for their customers. Highly recommend.

By far the best florist I have dealt with in a very long time. In a time where customer service has seemed to have disappeared, Flowers and Hearts Florist has managed to keep up a high level of customer service and quality products. This was my first time dealing with this florist but it surely won’t be my last. Having had family in the florist business in the past I am very aware of what it takes to run a successful shop and these guys have got it going on. It’s really quite simple, take care of your customers, provide what you say you will and people come back. You guys rock. Keep up the good work and I’ll see you next time around.

It was my second year anniversary, and I had an idea of a floral arrangement for my wife that I knew she would love. I went to the store and told them how I wanted the arrangement to look, with certain colored flowers and how many (keep in mind I am a guy who doesnt have an ounce of......., designer like stuff in my bones). Hearts of flowers were the very best decision I made for my wedding. They are absolutely awesome. They were extremely professional, on time and very courteous. They even helped me with other aspects of my wedding day and helped me find a venue. I would recommend them to any bride.

First time visit here. As a business owner, Ill never understand small businesses who turn down a dollar. I went in to buy flowers for mothers day. Had a $250 budget. Was told they dont have time to make anymore arrangements. Why not stay up late to make the money? Why not offer some sort of alternative (buy the flowers as is and make your own arrangement)? Its clear why so many businesses fail: lazy owners who accept average as a standard. They lost a $250 purchase and a would-be loyal customer. Good job.

I decided to go here because of the great reviews I read, and I am hear to add on to the great reviews. I went in pretty last minute for a corsage for my girlfriends prom. The staff there was very friendly and helped out us out pretty fast. My girlfriend loves the corsage and it is definitely a place I would recommend to friends.

I gave the gentleman a few flowers my wife likes and didnt know what to expect. I knew they would do a good job, but wow they did a phenomenal job. When my wife saw them she almost cried she was so happy with them. I will certainly be back again the next time I need flowers.

This place is terrible, The owner is so rude thats if you can even get a hold of her. The flowers always look dead and the prices are way to high for dead arrangements all the time. Place needs better management.

I ordered flowers for Valentines Day, they sent me the wrong flowers. I called them and they said they were on their way to deliver them. 2 hours later, nothing. I called them and had to repeat myself 4 times. Finally I just hung as I wasn’t getting anywhere. I will never ever buy from them again.

2013: A Google search found this shop as well as a few others. After calling the first two stores and having been quoted some crazy pricing, I called Hearts & Flowers.After chatting for a few minutes with Robert and discussing the flower industry, I placed an order for the very same day (within a couple of hours actually) and they came through with flying colors. The price was very reasonable, they had exactly what I was looking for and most importantly, the person receiving them was VERY happy when they arrived.I will definitely be calling them for all future occasions.2016: It has been 3 years now and Im still calling Hearts & Flowers for all my flower needs & occasions. The arrangements they created for the reception following our daughters baptism were gorgeous. My spouse loves everything they create so if shes happy, Im happy.

I did not get the full experience on Saturday 02/08/2020 when I came in to make a purchase because noone was minding the shop.

Ive been getting my holiday flowers and my gifts basket from Hearts and Flowers for 15 years and nowhere in town will you get such service, attention to details and most importantly the best quality of flowers. My center pieces have last from 10 to 15 days!!!

I went in to buy a Mothers Day arrangement for my aunt, so I didnt want to spend as much on it as I did on the one for my mother. I ask the lady at the counter for a ~$30 arrangement and decide to wait for it to be made. About 15 minutes later, a second woman comes in from their other suite with what she says is a $40 arrangement. After she learns that I actually wanted a $30 arrangement, she basically says right in front of me (and in an exasperated tone, no less) Oh, hes not getting these, and proceeds to put the arrangement in the refrigerator. Im informed that theyll have to make another one and it will be another 15-20 minutes. Im sorry, but where I come from, if you make a mistake like that, especially one so financially minor, then you bite the cost and let the customer be on their way. As I had groceries in the car, I had to go home and then come back 15 minutes later just because of their mistake. And to top it off, when I got my flowers, they looked no better than something I could get at Publix for $10-15. The lady in front may have apologized to me about the mixup, but I will certainly never be giving them my business again. If you want amazing service and gorgeous flowers, my advice is to try Flowers & Found Objects in Fort Lauderdale, I know I will never stray from them again.

I live in eastern PA, i called them on a thursday, to get flowers delivered that sunday (the one day they are closed), they still accommodated me, i took a quick glance at their website, couldnt decide what to get, so i gave them a budget, they stayed within it, my mom couldnt be happier, thank you for everything youve done, will be using hearts and flowers, for all future floral arrangements.P.S. ask for Robert, hes the dude i dealt with.

Although my experience was during Valentines day, I find near $100 dozen of roses unacceptable.
