Store clerk would not allow me to shop with my mask that is normally acceptable. She ignored Broward County mandate exceptions for health conditions.

Im by no means an expert on beauty supply stores but like most married men; I have a significant other who likes to look her best.The first thing you will notice walking into this location is a very helpful and polite clerk. She asked if we needed help and we went on our way. There are rows of hair dye, both consumer and professional. Everything is organized in similar fashion. We looked for the perfect red, I never knew there were so many! She settled on a kit as she wasnt sure if this red was for her and honestly I wasnt either. Check out was a breeze, my wife had a few questions all answered with clarity. All in all a quick and painless experience.

My experience was great the staff was friendly and they helped me since I wanted to have my hair in a platinum blonde, they went over products that would be good not just getting me the expensive ones. I figured I’d post a most recent rating because I think the store has changed because from what it looks like they are very friendly and always ask if you need help with something and will give you advice especially when it comes to hair there’s usually a certified experienced hairstylist there to help out as well with any questions

Went to this Sally’s location and they closed way before it was closing time. I asked why were they closed so early they said because it’s 7pm and it was not anywhere near 7pm as yet. I told both associates I just wanted to do a quick return and they said they do not do returns after 6pm which is B.S because I shop at Sally’s all the time. Long story short, I called several other Sally’s to ask them if not making returns after 6pm is a policy of Sally’s and I was told no it was not a policy and they were not sure why this store told me that. They obviously did not want to do the return why they lied to me. I will be sure to report their unethical practices to their corporate office and I will be shopping at another Sally’s location from now on. Please do not go to this Sally’s. They have no type of customer service skills there.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!We went to return some products and purchase additional ones. They overcharged the price difference and when asked to please correct it, they said they couldnt do anything about it. To call customer service or talk to the manager the next morning.Very disappointing

Terrible staff.. Refuses to give help when asked. I even caught them making fun of me for shopping there twice in two weeks. I dont even want to get into the rest very upset not coming back. Called corporate. Save yourself the time and find another location..
