By far the best auto shop I have ever been to for small or major repairs. I am always reluctant to work with a new mechanic but these guys exceeded expectations and are by far run the most honest and trustworthy shop I have ever been too. I brought my 15 box truck here after a mechanic that I trusted told me that I needed to change my entire rear end differential and that my gears were broken and that to just change the differential I can either buy a new or used one and have it replaced which just in parts would have cost me over $3000 not including labor. After my truck sat in this mechanics shop I thought to be trustworthy for 4 days without being worked on I decided to pull my truck out and bring it to this location as I needed the work urgent as my truck is my work horse and without it im out of work. The guys inspected the vehicle and told me that there is no way in hell i needed to change the differential as all the gears were fine and all I needed to do was put on new bearings and replace rear brakes and pads. On top of it I had them do some work on the front of the vehicle as well, that they specifically told me did not need immediate attention but since the price they were charging was beyond reasonable, I asked them to do it on top of the work they were doing on the back. Since I had them do work on everything, they gave me a discount which I did not even ask for which brought the total of the work down $700. The $200 initial deposit to pull apart the differential was included in the cost of the total and they did not charge additionally even though they could have. All in all I had north of $5000 worth of work on the vehicle done for slightly over $3000. The work they did was done precise, timely, and extremely affordable. The shop is far out there west in Coral Springs but completely worth the drive. John and his team are the best mechanics I have ever met, I will not bring my box truck anywhere else but here in the future for big or small repairs.

I showed up at Expert Car Care on Wiles just before closing and I was warmly greeted by John. I explained what was happening to my car and he said he would run some tests. He made sure to explain what he was doing every step of the way.With the assistance of his technician, he ran the tests a few different ways to make absolute certain he knew what the problem was, showed me the results and explained what they meant. Result - I needed a new battery. Lucky for me (and for them because Im sure they were ready to head home, but they never let on), this was a quick fix. He gave me a very reasonable quote for parts and labor and I asked when I should come back. He swapped it out on the spot and I was on my way!I was thrilled beyond belief! I thought for sure he, like many auto shops, was going to try to up-sell, or at a minimum, rip me off because of my gender. Seriously - it sadly happens more than you can imagine.Expert Car Care in Coral Springs is a genuinely welcome establishment in our community, worthy of everyones car care needs.Stop by, check them out, and help keep their doors open. You will be pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and high-quality experience in the auto industry.I would be remiss if I didnt mention their waiting area. Its spectacular; complete with flat screen TVs, comfy chairs and a coffee bar. And it doesnt have that awful smell of new tires!Im giving them 5 stars with no reservations. :)

Great experience all the way around! As soon as you walk in, you can tell its a very professional place with a welcome feel to it. Roomy waiting room with complimentary coffee available. I first took my car for an oil change; simple and efficient. Had a good vibe from the place and within a month I needed tires so I brought my car to Expert Car Care in Coral Springs (I compared prices to Sams Club which is where i bought tires last time; found prices to be on point). Another great experience and then when i needed brake pads, i knew where to go. Great place, great people and great service!

Jiffy Lube diagnosed me a AC check up for $150 + a quote at $986 to fix a condenser + compressor. Expert Car Care diagnosed my AC for free, found the real problem and made me pay only $375 to fix the whole thing!!!Thanks a lot for the excellent customer service and care.

When I brought my Jeep in for AC service, from the moment I walked into the lobby I was greeted kindly. After explaining what I was looking to have done. I was offered coffee and made to feel like I was at home. I then relaxed in the waiting area that had a coffee house feel to it which was very pleasant. After my Jeep was finished in a timely manner everything that was completed was explained to me completely. I will continue to have Expert Car Care take care of any and all services on my Jeep.

I was driving back from work one night and my truck had complete failure. I was lucky I had momentum and was able to roll into a parking lot. Tried to jump it, nothing worked. Had it towed to expert. It was past midnight and they answered the phone and set it up. Next morning they called me after running diagnostics. Ended up being worse than a dead battery. They fixed the truck in a few days at a good price didn’t charge me towing which was not cheap and the best part was the significant difference in performance that returned. 10/10

These people genuinely care about you and your car. The lobby looks fantastic and very comfy. Very roomy so you are not sitting right next to other customers while waiting . Not your average repair shop at all !! The coffe taste great . 2 TVs to watch netflix while you wait and free WIFI .

I have taken my van to expert car care twice now.each time they diagnose everything correctly.brakes.oil leak.everyting was fixed in a timely manner.resonable prices.no up selling.but in they see something that may cause you problem done the road they will imform you.very pleasnt to deal with.
