Make a oil change appointment, they confirmed it. The day of appointment 2 hours before they called me left message they canceled it because not enough help showed up. Is that my fault and to call and cancel it on me, is that the way to run a business???? I dont think so

The team at Tires Plus at 10510 Wiles Rd, Coral Springs, FL 33076 are AMAZING!We had our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe towed there because it was dead. They ran a diagnostic and discovered a recall which would be covered by our dealership. They did not charge us for the diagnostic.These guys are first class. They do not take advantage of you and provide outstanding service. Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and professional.

On December 11, 2020, I chose to write a letter to Stu Watterson, President and CEO of Tire Plus rather than post my dissatisfaction on line. Unfortunately, Mr. Watterson has chosen not to reply to my letter. Hence this post: In August. I had my oil changed at Store #676918. November 16, 2020 my battery was acting up, so it was replaced. Both times a courtesy check was done on my car. No problems identified. December 7, 2020, my engine light and oil light came on. I checked my oil and found it empty. I added two quarts and dropped my car off at Tire Plus. An initial work order was presented for $51.90. Around 2 pm I called to check on my car and authorized the work to be done according to the work order. It was suggested that I replace the tires, which I refused to do at that time. I was told that the car would be ready the next day. When my son went to pick up my car he was told the charges were $2000. They had added the cost of the tires to the invoice but had not installed them. When that was removed the cost was down to $1314.44, Invoice 255525 for WP-9436129-MPR oil cooler assembly, for remove & replace engine oil cooler, VS50805R valve cover gasket 1 ea flpro, remove & replace valve cover gasket- both, MS97204 intake manifold set. I disagreed with the cost and finally settled on $850. HOW can this happen? Was it a scam? Something feels dishonest to me. I would NOT recommend them.

This place has the best customer service I’ve ever experience in any car service place. Ultra is not only helpful, but he is also understanding, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I will definitely keep coming back here especially if their staff is all like Ultra.

The guys are very professional and knowledgeable, but the pricing for tire set and installation on Michelin and Continental is 30% higher for every tire I asked about compared to their competition. Went elsewhere for new tires and install. Wont use for anything other than basic services like rotations for the convenient location.

I had a problem with noise in my car when I was driving and went to the dealer to get it fixed. They did not fix it several hundred dollars later. I came to this tires plus and they found two issues that were missed and fixed the problem. Everyone there was nice and explained the issues and charged a fair price for the work. When I got back into my car it was driving like new. Would recommend calling ahead, they do get busy.

Typical Auto chain shop where the front desk and manager tell you what you want to hear but charge high prices for the least amount of work.I have a background in auto mechanics and usually do my own work, but as the years creep up, I have found having someone with a shop lift is helpful to my aging bones. I work hard for my money and try not to waste it. Going here was a waste as the work promised wasnt done as promised.I went in for an alignment, after having 4 new tires mounted and balanced. I was charged 150 for their premium package which stated free rotations and alignments for life. When the technician returned my vehicle, it still tracked to the right. I was told by the manager this was normal and only if the car was on a flat surface it would track straight.I requested the have the alignment redone. After some discussion, he had the car brought back into the shop and over an hour later it was returned tracking straight.A few weeks later I changed my rotors and pads of all four brakes. I brought my car to have them bled. I requested to have them bled using the two man method, where one person pumps and hold the pedal and the other person releases the caliper bleeder valve. The manager told me it would cost 80 dollars for this as it tied up two mechanics.After waiting over an hour again, they brought my vehicle into the shop and one mechanic used a power bleeder to complete the work.When my car was returned I tested the brakes and there was no difference in the pedal. The petal still was very soft. The mechanic stated, its a Cadillac and shouldnt have a firm pedal. Instead of disagreeing, I simply paid and left. Later that day, I asked a friend to help me bleed the brakes. He pumped and held the pedal, while I turned the bleeder valve. After one turn around all four wheels, my pedal was firm as it should be.Stay clear of this shop if you value your hard earned money and want to have your car worked on correctly.

What an ordeal its been working with this shop. Ive been using their services for many years and so has my family. When my battery started to drain and my car wouldnt start unless it was connected to jumper cables, I took my car over there to have the battery replaced and an oil change done, easy enough, youd think. I get a call later from Jay saying my car isnt starting, so I asked if they changed the battery and he said no because supposedly my battery is at 100%. He claims there may be oil in the distributor, when Ive never had issues starting my car until the battery was clearly the part giving me an issue. It was Sunday so Jay said to leave it over night and theyll work on it in the morning, so be it. Didnt receive a call at all on Monday, so I called around 1pm for an update. Then Jay claims the car is now starting perfectly fine out of nowhere and I can come pick it up, I asked if the oil change was done and he said no, which was one of the main reasons I brought it there, so he said he would get it done. Then I get a call at 4pm (an hour before they close), from Jay saying the car isnt starting again and they need to keep it overnight so they can replace the distributor. I refused and said to replace the damn battery and do my oil change as I requested. Thats when Jay hands the phone to a very rude man who says Im being offensive when I tell him its very convenient that my car isnt starting under their shops care, he said he refused to work on the car because Im being argumentative and wont listen what theyre saying. The man said to come to the shop and start it myself. Since my Mother is busy working from home and I didnt want the shop to keep my car for another night because they decided to call me less than an hour before they closed, I took an uber there immediately, during the COVID-19 pandemic while being 25 weeks pregnant and being dealt all this unnecessary stress. I try to start my car and its once again very clear that my battery is the issue. The rude man again keeps fighting me about it being an issue with the distributor, I get out of my car and tell him flat out that hes guessing incorrectly because the car started perfectly fine when connected to jumper cables, so he grabs his battery charger but the car wont start because once again the battery is completely drained. He says if you want me to replace the battery, Ill do it. His tech grabs a new battery and BOOM, the damn car starts immediately. A full 48 hours of nonsense and arguing with this shop to simply get a battery replaced. THEY DIDNT EVEN DO THE OIL CHANGE. My family has been their customer for over 20 years and they treated a pregnant woman during a global crisis in this manner, when businesses are struggling to stay open. Absolutely appalling and upsetting. I was in tears waiting for my uber to pick me up because of how unnecessary this situation was. Point of the matter, LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! Ive been driving that car for almost a decade and never had any of these issues. This is the very last time I bring my car there.

I have been using Coral Springs Tires Plus for over 15 years. I have always received courteous and professional service. I have never been up-charged or had any negative issues. They have excellent deals on tires and service contracts (I bought the lifetime tire rotation/alignment). Unfortunately, auto repairs are costly; their work has always been high quality and reasonably priced.

My battery died and I had to go to work in the afternoon. Once I brought the car I had the battery tested and replaced in under 20 min and they honored the warranty for the damaged battery. Jeff and Richard took care of me as if I were family.I was able to make it to work and not worry about the car staring when going back home.Thank you!

I drive from fort Lauderdale everytime my car needs service. I trust the guys that work there. Joey the technician is great, very careful and the guys at the front desk are very polite. You cant go wrong here. I will continue to return here like I have for the last 2yrs.

Came at 2 o’clock on a Sunday with a tire already dismounted from my car. Was told they would not be able to even look at the tire because they had too many cars in front of me. They didn’t have to dismount the tire, but it was too much work for them to even look at it. Not a good experience at all.

Really took great care of us. Switched out tires on our Explorer, only to have the new tires perform worse than the old ones. Jay, the manager, got involved immediately and spent a considerable amount of time researching the situation. He found some better tires and got them installed and tested everything for us. He even saved us money over the first set of tires and gave us a complimentary alignment for our trouble. They have earned my future business. Thank you!

Scam artist, told me that they couldn’t repair my tire, I took it to Costco and they repaired it with no problem, these guys were just trying to sell me a new tire. Shame shame shame shame

Went to buy a battery. The people there is very nice but you gotta pay for everything. Luckily I brought my tools to install the battery because they wanted $15 for that.

We went to Tires Plus on Wiles Rd for a tire repair. Richard helped us get the tire replaced under warranty and even stayed late. Great service!

I got my car serviced by them. onces i left after a day i heard a knocking. then while i was driving home my rim flew off. lucky i was able to jack up my car and put on the donut. i would never recommend these people. if they cant even put on a wheel proper god only knows what danger they may put you in. i am blessed i made it out fine. this company is blessed they are still open...

These guys are bulletproof and inkillable..... I have been using Pep Boys since theyre closest to the house at 5:55 pm the manager couldnt get it done tonight with a shrug of the shoulders.... a guy sitting in the Firestone garage next door playing on the phone at 6:04 pm said not tonight with an academy award performance and Ryan at Tires plus said cmon in .... like a days of thunder pit crew got me in and out in 12 mins ... I am now a Tires plus guy and will share this broken down side of a road story every chance I can.... great manager and mechanic took care of me.... Kia should put spare tires in their cars and leave families in the way of danger ...the little inflation device is a joke of Kia driversTires Plus ☆☆☆☆☆

Excellent Location!!! Customer service was superb and I felt very welcomed! Richard Guadagnolo and JL Haut are the best, and they were very helpful and accommodating with my situation. My rear light glass had to be replaced and it was completed expediently.I then decided to change my oil, and without an appointment my car was serviced. I was also offered a coupon that saved me even more money! For this I am eternally grateful!!! Thank you Richard and Jay....I shall be returning to your store... :-)

Worst tire place don’t waist your time going. Nobody in that place knows what there doing. From the front desk to the mechanics. Made me waist two and a half hours for nothing told the front desk guy that my car was lowered and he cut me off to tell me about his crappy camaro never took the time to ask how low my car was and have somebody inspect the car to make sure they could get it on the lift to remove and replace the tires before making me waist my time. 2 and a half hours later he comes and tell me the car is to low and can’t do it That they “tried” everything. If I could give this review -5 starts I would. Need better service better attitudes and knowledgeable mechanics working there. Something as simple as 2x4 could of got the job done again worst place never again. Don’t waist your time

Why does it take 6 hours to patch a tire!!! I dropped the vehicle off, they never gave me a timeframe it would be completed, I called 3 times and kept getting told they’ll call when they’re done. Very unprofessional!!! Next time I’ll pay a little more and go to the Lexus dealer.

Be careful with these guys, They charge you for your desired service, BUT screw you on the delivery!! Paid to the tune of $60.00 some dollars for an oil change and asked the tires to be rotated, NEVER got it for the third time. NEVER AGAIN doing business with this bunch. :(

I was informed that they could not align my Xterra because it was lifted....when all it has is a leveling kit. So i took it down the street and they got my business, they did not care about a leveling kit.. And if they dont do any lifted vehicles then perhaps they should post up some signs,
