Honestly have no words I came to this location yesterday for an oil change around 2pm but left when I couldn’t find a place to park so yesterday I set a 9am appointment for today and when I got there at 8:47am there was no parking for me to park so immediately I thought it was busy inside there when it wasn’t; by the 3rd hour of waiting there I thought I was done but I had to decline recommendations and then by 12:08 my car was ready. I honestly didn’t want to make an appointment because whether you book an appointment or not, you still have to wait (only speaking on my past experiences here).Nobody checks up on you and tells you the ETA or nothing, they just walk past you and say nothing, somehow the receptionist didn’t notice me while I was waiting (the only person in the store) for almost 4 hours and she thought I left, honestly don’t know how she mistook that when she would have to come to the front to answer the phone and she literally walked past me a few times . I don’t know if it’s better to drop off your car instead of waiting in store but I seriously need to look up other locations where I’ll be prioritized because this by far was the longest wait I ever had to wait for an oil change at this location, I don’t know if they need more mechanics but it’s unacceptable the service time just gets prolonged and with no explanation.

Wow. Talk about a location where customer service has TANKED. We used to have such wonderful service a few years ago. Not anymore. My husbands fleet vehicle was left there on Saturday. By Sunday it was not complete. The oil was changed and the oil cap was not put back on so oil is all over the engine. I brought my car to this location last year and they quoted me a $3k job that cost me $500 elsewhere. Theyre rude, they rush you out the door, and are very careless.

Man at the desk has no people skins. You can tell he doesn’t want to be there… Puffing his smoke and playing on phone. Basically blew me off. I seen the bays were filled,just the way he spoke to me. As I walked away he said bring it by tomorrow… I’ll find another place to fix my slow leak.

This location is most unreliable auto place I have ever been to. 30 years I lived 5 minute walk from this location. Been there 2 times. After 1st time 15yrs ago I knew it was a rip off they tried selling me service I didnt need at 20% higher than elsewhere. I made an appointment Sunday 07/11/21 10 am for 2 oil changes and battery on one car. I arrive on time only to wait on the line for 15 min to be told that they canceled my appointment due to worker shortage. Not only did the boy behind the counter not say anything while I was waiting he waited till I interrupted his computer game to tell me they werent taking the appointment he was also rude. If he doesnt want to do the job find another. If you value your time and your money dont bother going to Firestone coral springs. The only reason they have more earlier appointments than pep boy is because no one is lining up. Take the extra days and wait for a more reputable place for service. At least others will call beforehand if they need to cancel. They didnt even care to reschedule and pointed to the door.

Don’t go here they put my tires on wrong and my tire ended up going bad and they refuse to not help me in any way. They should know how to put rotational tires on. The other Firestone in Coconut creek is the one you should go to!! They think they know what they’re doing when they really clueless. You should fix what you mess up

On April, 1, 2021, I got to Firestone in Coral Springs at about 11:40am & told Charlette that I needed 2 brand new tires for the front of my vehicle & an oil change. I explained to her that my 2013 Nissan Altima shift selector was locked & she would have to use something to insert into the shift lock release slot to get the shift selector to move. She appeared to understand & I assumed everything was okay, so I left. At approximately 2:00pm, I received a call from Charlette & she told me that several of the employees tried to get my shift selector to move but they were unsuccessful. She asked me to return to the store to see if I could get it to work. I was confused because the shift selector had this problem for years & i’ve never had an issue. When I returned to the store, Charlette handed me the key. I entered the car & could tell that someone had tried to force the shift selector to move, simply because of the way the selector was positioned (crooked, leaning more toward the left) & the fact that i was able to press the button on the shift selector slightly without having anything inserted in the shift lock release slot, something that it had never done before today (the button on the shift selector was always locked in place). I was BAFFLED to say the least. This was my first time at the Coral Springs location & I regret every bit of it! I was a regular at the Boca Raton location till they permanently closed & I never had an issue there. They serviced my car with the locked shift selector for 2+ years & I never had a problem. Locked shift selectors are a common occurrence according to Charlette but unfortunately, all she could tell me was “we couldn’t get it to move, the car is where you left it”. She basically blamed the whole ordeal on the fact that the car had pre-existing problems. Adding insult to injury, Charlette tells me the shift selector assembly needs to be replaced & the part alone is $600+. I am disgusted and strongly believe that the employees at Firestone Coral Springs are responsible for destroying my shift selector. I felt completely helpless & even contemplated calling the cops to make a police report. I drove my car to the shop & ended up getting it towed from the lot, could you imagine that?Ultimately, I believe that mechanics that work for corporations like Firestone should be trained to deal with all vehicles in most, if not all, conditions. Something as basic as a locked shift selector should not be the reason why employees are mishandling customer vehicles. The whole experience was unusual & all I am left with is a useless car.This is my first & last time at that store!

The place and counter person was professional as can be.Unfortunately, their A/C mechanic didnt double-check one of the relays after I brought in after the fan in my girlfriends car seemingly failed.i understand work cannot always be perfect and I may have initially suspected a faulty fan myself, but thats why I brought it to trained mechanics as I decided to forgo possibly causing any more issues.They told me the fan needed to be changed.I understand they might not want to undo any work a previous mechanic did, but this was something that couldve been checked out thats not necessarily related to the fan itself i.e., electrical wiring, switches and relays; that should be double-checked regardless in that scenario.

If I was able to give zero stars I would. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am for an oil change. I was told my car would be ready by 12pm. I call at 1:20pm to check on the status of my vehicle and Im told Ill get a call back in 10 minutes because they are finishing my car up but there are number of recommendations in which I declined once I was called back. I arrived at the facility 20 minutes later to be rudely told that my car is not ready and I need to wait. Since when does an oil change take 6 hours? I was told a time it would be ready and and than had to wait 45 minutes after receiving a phone call that my car was ready after declining the recommended services. I have given Firestone alot of second chances, especially at this location but stay far away from this location..

I bought two tires from Firestone and another two from Tire Choice. Last night when I got home I heard air coming from the rear tire and saw a nail in it. This morning I called a tow truck and had it towed to firestone where Ive taken the the vehicle for service before.I was told by the sales person that the tire was five years old and it cannot be fixed and if you see the tire it look like almost new. The crazy think is that weve only own the vehicle for less than three years. This location is a rip off.I have lifetime alignment when I purchased the tires from them and had to take it back twice and the vehicle still not alined properly.I put air in the tire and drove it next door to Pep Boys and they repaired the tire and did an oil change. It was all done in less than 1.5 hrs. I will never go back to that Firestone location on University Dr for any type of service to my vehicle. BE AWARE

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A NASTY ATTITUDE ! do yourself a favor and go to literally any other tyre store. Store manager is rude and has no regard for peoples time. Took over an hour and a half to patch a tyre. Thats right, more than 90 minutes to do a job which they advertise to be done in 45 minutes.

Robert the manager at this location is extremely rude. I called to confirm that I could drop my vehicle off for a simple oil change. Robert stated that they were short staffed but they could have it done by days end. I let him know I would be there shortly. Upon arrival approximately 7 minutes later I was told I must schedule an appointment for another day. Robert begin complaining that “I only have 2 guys” I explained that we had just spoke on the phone 5 minutes ago. He shouted I haven’t spoken to anybody in the past 5 minutes basically calling me a liar. I advised him that I have the call log of when I literally just called. I have been bringing my vehicle to firestone for 15 years. Never again not this location or any Firestone for that matter. I went next door and received excellent service from Pep boys.

This business is extremely difficult to deal with. I made a 10 o’clock appointment arrived at 9:45 and was told that they wouldn’t be able to get to my vehicle for an hour and a half. The second time I went for wheel balance and was told my tires are too old, they refused to balance them. There’s just too many tire stores in Coral Springs to do business like this.

Had a confusing experience today. I had purchased a full set of tires from this location and recently had 1 tire go flat. Instead of just replacing the 1 tire, I chose to replace 2 so that the tires would wear more evenly. This makes 6 tires that I’ve purchased from this location.The spare tire I had was experiencing dry rot so the options they gave me were to 1) buy a new spare tire or 2) buy a rim for the used but still good tire I replaced. I chose option 2.I return to the store to pay and pick up the rim and was told that Firestone does not mount used tires; that I’ll need to take the tire and the rim to a used tire lot to have mounted. So, Firestone will not mount Firestone purchased tires onto Firestone purchased rims. Why buy from Firestone? So confused!If only I knew then what I know now...Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location; not for my frequent maintenance nor to purchase more tires.

Everyone was in the garage working on cars perhaps; when entering I knocked on the window to advise I needed assistance and was told someone will be with me however no one every assisted me. I read the reviews for this location hoping my experience would be different, unfortunately it wasnt. I wont be returning to this location.

Brad was cool and helped me out with the price a bit since I was military. He was also helpful in explaining everything to me. John was also good. His attention to detail was really good. He pointed and adjusted a couple loose bolts on the tie rods I did. Highly recommend this shop. Manager...you got good people.

Update:I have been a customer of this location for more than 8 years now. A couple days ago would be my last. The serviceman was not the friendliest when I arrived. Followed by an awful experience for my car being damaged and the store not taking accountability or liability. In fact the manager stated everything she could not to fall liable.She asked me to show her how my car could have been damaged, as if I am suppose to know what’s going on in her garage. She expected me to come up with the facts, when she should have looked more into it herself. Eventually with a rude tone she stated she will not go back-in-forward with after I asked if cameras are premises.So I contacted corporate and I’m awaiting for a resolution for the manager did not want to assist. If you are taking your car here for service, I advise to snap some pictures of your car before hand, so you don’t face the dilemma I am now.Previous Review:Antwar was very helpful and patient! I would recommend this place for sure. Good price and they work with you.

Stay away! My 19 year old son blew out a rear passenger tire. I told him to get 2 and put on front since front wheel drive. He was told they could not touch front tires due to wear, which was an excuse. They were lazy or just taking advantage of someone who doesn’t know better. If corporate policy, shame on Firestone. If you wanted him to pay then say that but to setup the car in a manner that decreases safety is unacceptable!

Really Bad Experience. I went to fix my cars one flat tier . They fixed it. As soon as I come out on the road I see I got not one, but two flat tiers. I had to pull over on the side of the road. I think they want more business from the customers. Of course, sales men have to achieve their sales target before dead lines. I wont recommend this location to anyone.

Had to buy a battery for my car. I prefer Interstate Batteries and this is the closest place to my house that sells them. The guy at the front desk had a VERY crabby attitude. I mean he was obviously having a bad day and apparently his way of dealing with it was by ruining everyone elses, including customers. I wont be going back. Im sure a lot of customers are being run off by this guy. Too bad. Everyone else who worked there seemed nice enough. This one miserable person just ruined my whole experience so Ill drive a bit further next time.

I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation with the coupon for the vehicle inspection on a vehicle with just under 5k (5,000) miles. But yet my wait my time was 2.5 hours. I asked for a explanation why it took so long but I wasnt given one. Firestone has always provided me with a decent service. Warning! Do not take your car to this company. You will be sorry. Originally I had my vehicle over at the Coconut Creek shop. They actually ruined my car. They shifted my entire sub frame when improperly installing control arms that I never needed in the first place. (Volkswagen dealership fixed it and diagnosed it.) in which I was forced to pay 400 more dollars to fix their mistake. I had already given them $900 to put control arms on that ended up damaging my car. This costed me multiple days of sitting in their offices with my car on the lift and them denying and trying to lie and cover up that they did anything wrong. I waited over a month for corporate to get involved and then I was introduced to a man named Johnny. Johnny had my car taken to Coral Springs. At the end of the day, Johnny did everything also in his power to try to cover up that my car was damaged by Coconut Creek. Originally when trying to align my car because it would not align, and this is happened on multiple occasions, Johnny calls me over to come to the shop and my car is not even remotely fixed. I had to take an Uber there. They don’t care about your time. At this point they have to admit that something is really wrong and send me to the Volkswagen dealership. Again this is the sixth day I go without my car because these people have damaged it and will not take ownership. Well the dealership finally figured out what’s wrong and I even have paperwork that they improperly installed the control arms in which I’ve never needed. They tried to tell me that my control arms were bad on a 2016 Passat with 34,000 miles at the time. (The dealership laughed too) So on top of giving me parts that I did not need and charging me an ridiculous amount of money and ruining my thanksgiving holiday, they improperly installed them causing more damage in more time out of my life with this debacle. These people are not honest. They are not good people. And I’m telling you right now you will be sorry if you take your car to these people. They are crooks and their thieves. these people installed two different wrong sets of tires on my car. Finally on the third set of tires they got the right one. Do you think they ever refunded me for any of my time and money. Their own motto is “first time right or it’s free“ they do not live up to their own words. They installed two times the wrong part in my car that I did not need. Then three times to get the right tires on there. They caused damage to my car and lied and try to cover it up. On top of that, I get my car back with my steering wheel turned to the right completely off-center. So Johnny put “his best mechanic” on it. and when I get my steering wheel back it makes a clicking sound. However that is more time and more money I have to spend at a dealership because I cannot trust these people to do a good job. And I don’t have that time or money right now I’ve given it all to these crooks and they have done nothing but stolen from me. Corporate will not contact me, I do have a case number but they refuse to do anything about it. I’m telling you right now, refrain from using this company and it’s entirety. They are not a good company! I have detailed paperwork from the dealership that shows what they did wrong to my car.

I love this Firestone location. After being told at Tire Kingdom that I needed 4 new tires, I came here for a second opinion and was serviced by Justin Dyer (Great Guy). I had a nail in one of my tires which he told me because it was plugged before he would have to replace it not fix it. I asked him if I didnt need to change all four? He said nope not unless you want you (Imagine by surprise ) Just because he was so nice I asked him to give me a quote for 4 tires and which I bought. Keep in mind this was 7 AM in the morning and I told him I was running late for work and I work in Miami by the Airport. Justin had me out of there in less than an hour. Definitely appreciate not being taken advantage of because Im a woman. Thank you Justin!!!. I will definitely be coming back here for all my car and tire needs.

Booked an appointment for 10:00AM this morning, yesterday. Was sent an email at that time stating it was processing and that If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that’s convenient for you.Well no, this did not happen. For either one of the two vehicles we booked to have an OIL CHANGE! We show up at 10:00 am only to be met by a desk clerk who said, Oh I am sorry we dont have that time available but we can get it done Friday. LOL ???? Seriously? Another gentlemen came in and saw we had a 1 yr old with us and he said we can get to them by 1PM. I am sorry but that is completely unacceptable. We are cancelling our Firestone Store Card and moving on.. I am writing this review at about 1 pm. I have been home for over an hour after taking both vehicles to another Company.(Who had a lot more business going on at the time but were still somehow able to have us on our way out within 90 minutes of walking in the door with no appointment.Easy solution for Firestone: Dont show available times on your website booking if they are indeed, not available. But if you cant accomplish that Firestone, at least have your store clerks check the online reservations first thing in the morning like at 7:00 am when you open (3 hrs before our scheduled appts) and contact us to let us know you cannot receive our vehicles until a later date! We still would have went elsewhere because I am not waiting 3 days for an oil change but I would have not left this review if your store did what it says its going to do one their website. Again, on Firestones website and email: If your requested appointment date becomes unavailable, we will contact you directly to discuss rescheduling to a time that’s convenient for you. Instead we drove 2 cars 20 minutes, just to walk out.I run my own auto transport company. . Have going to Firestone for years. This location, however, always exceeds my expectations. Have been there for oil changes and tire repair for the past year. I used to go to the Coconut Creek location. I just bought a new set of tires I saw just went on sale on Firestones web site. The service rep gave me the sale price plus reduce the price even more because I had the road hazard warranty and still had some miles left on my current tires. I qualified for no interest financing for six months so walked away with zero out of pocket. I was expecting to leave the car there for several hours because the tires had to be send from another location but was surprised to get a call only two hours later that my tires were installed and m alignment was done. I will continue to use Firestone because I find they are honest, affordable, and dependable.

While driving, we noticed that the tire pressure sign was on the dash. We simply pulled in to Firestone and was greeted by Anwar whom we had met the last time we did our oil change. We explained our concern and he directed us to pull the car around the back. Anwar instructed a technician to check the air pressure and the tech noticed the rear tire had little air in it. In 10 mins we were out of there with no cost. Thank you Anwar, thank you Mr technician and thank you Firestone.

Had my tires rotated, but Justin didnt advise wheel balancing when this was done. Ended up with a wobbly and unstable car, lots of vibration at higher speed, so took it back, and Justin sold me a lifetime Wheel Balancing plan, but car was still wobbly after wheel balancing, so took it back for third time, only to be told that no balancing was done for front wheels despite being charged for it. Claimed problem was corrected during third visit, but car still unstable. Guess I wont be going back there again.

Thief!!!! You know that you are trying to be robbed when you arrive to one of these places with a flat to be fixed and they talk to each other like 5 times juggling which one is the one whos going to try to make money out of you. The guy came finally back to me explaining me that I need to fix 20 things for around 3500.00 and I was only looking for a flat fix. At the end they couldnt even put air to the tire to at least reach a honest place to have it done. This is why there are not that many places like this in Miami.

Amazing service. Brought my car in the morning on Memorial Day and had it fixed it by early afternoon. 3 stars because it was a very expensive fix. Charged about 100/hour on labor and 3x up charge on my radiator. If you have the time, you probably want to price shop before coming here.

I went to this place for a tire repair and they talked me into doing a brake flush for $60. There was zero improvement in my brake function, and later I came to find out from a real mechanic that Firestone technicians only flush break fluid from the reservoir, which is a total waste of $60. It is nothing but an upsell that helps them to meet their sales quota. The brake flush I got from another mechanic - which cost more because it was done correctly- made a real difference in the feel of my breaks.Since I have a lifetime alignment service with Firestone, I went back to this location several times within the course of that year. During one of those alignment checks, I asked for an oil check - my car was not yet due for an oil change, but I was about to go on a long drive. The technician, whose name was Jose, said that the oil level in my car was normal. The next morning, I decided to check it anyway - and the dipstick was nearly dry!! The oil level was so low that my engine would have burned out if I had not checked it myself.That same mechanic had later incorrectly diagnosed a faulty tire sensor when a red light started blinking on my control panel. When I saw that the name of the repair technician on my invoice was JOSE, I decided to double check this diagnosis. And according to the driver manual, it was not the tire sensor malfunctioning but actually the airbag sensor. The little red light symbol that kept flashing looked very much like a man in a car seat with a big round ball in front of him, and I diagnosed the issue better than this supposedly trained mechanic. And if I had listened to his recommendation, I would have allowed him to disengage my tire sensors altogether, which would mean that dangerously low tire pressure would not be detected. There is no way this guy was qualified to work on cars and I contacted corporate at that point. I hope that someone took my concerns seriously. But I would always get a second opinion on any repair estimate they or their sister company, Tires Plus, gives you - their main goal is to upsell.

Very stupid I ordered 4 tires and got 2!! I sign a paper work that was 4 tires and Henry the service guy played like he never new about it and thought I was going to pay only for 2 new tires so I told him to put the old on back!! Hello 4 tires not 2 very dumb
