I have been with Verizon as long as I can remember. Over the years, I’ve experienced some helpful employees and some not so helpful. That all changed when I was fortunate enough to meet Joseph. I came in with a simple task of filing an insurance claim and wound up getting new iPhones for both myself and my daughter. My daughter has needed a new phone for several years now and was afraid to switch out her phone because she had priceless and invaluable pictures and videos of friends who are no longer with us. Joseph was truly unbelievable and reassuring that he would be able to make sure she had all of her pictures and videos. We got to Verizon at 11 (took a lunch break) and left the store at 3:30 with 2 new iPhones in hand as well as a new ipadBoth of us had all of our information on our phones that he reassured us we would. He was patient, informative, well informed and just an absolute pleasure to spend the afternoon with. I have always been going to that store, last week the sales rep name Omar crack my Apple Watch from him over heating it. Then called customer service about what had happen, they called the store and ask for a manager Omar and a younger sales rep pretended to be a manager for customer service and lied about my device. So I went to the store to talk to a manager & they proceed to say a manager wasn’t in, I had to call police (the police officers also said they look like they cover for each other & they look shady) but they ended up trust passing me so I wouldn’t talk to the manager. They are very unorganized pier and very rude sales associate. I need a General manager or someone in rank to talk too

Total crook by the name of fred told me i waa getting a free phone turns out the phone was 565 and i was being charged for it unknowingly. Phone had scrates on the screen but because i thought it was free i was willing to take the phone as the phone i had was not compatible with verison. Leave the store and i am not able to use the internet unless i am at home. Called in for verison to fix the issue and they disconnected my phones. Charged me for returning within 14 days and still has not refunded the remainder of money down. Total Crooks!!

Horrible customer service. Went to transfer Verizon service to AT&T, was given bad info regarding the PIN and had to go back to get the same bad info by 2 other employees. If switching from Verizon to another carrier there is a transfer PIN that Verizon has to give. It’s NOT your account PIN. I should not have to tell these people what their job is!

Kristin G is the one to see. I went to see her back in November. She took great care of me. The reason for the review is because I lost my phone and needed to get a replacement. I randomly ran into Kristin at a local restaurant. Wanting to go into see her to fix my issues, I asked when she was working next. Right there at her table, she called her store to see the best corse of action, realizing it was to go through insurance, she hopped online and filed my claim with me. On her time off! This store has a very bad customer service, specially the Sales Representative named Angel. He is very rude, lier and try to push and harass you to buy the service without explaining anything correctly. very arrogant and unprepared to deal with customer. He should not be in that position. He does not care about customers service. During his approach he was playing online chest and talking in the stores instead of be attentive to the customer need. he definitely should not in this position where he showed to be totally unprepared.If I am not wrong this is not a Verizon Store. it is an authorized dealer that Verizon should take after more closely.

It was a busy Saturday afternoon when I walked in the store and Kristen Goebel called me to her desk for service. I have a two-year-old pixel 3x and yesterday I decided I had too much junk on there so I reset it back to factory reset. I had done this once before with no problems but this time I couldnt get anything back on my phone. My email address was wrong, my phone number was okay but I had no pictures, no calendar, no contacts, no history on my phone.Kristin spent almost 1 hour going through very meticulously and getting all the bugs out of my phone and getting my phone back into actually better condition than it was before I reset it.She is a true asset to your organization and I wanted to make that known to you.

Verizon chat service is very awful. Check everything and ask plenty of questions before buying anything. I suggest to come back the next day to continue your purchase if you really needed It. Its like they never seen high end Paying customers before. Staff are so ready to misled you or even lie too to get money out of you. I thoghout Verizon was a highly rated store boy I was wrong. My wife and I stopped in to look at the new iphone 12 and possible upgrade. The customer service was the worst that’s it’s ever been while we have been there. The gentleman that talked to us was Hytham. We both felt like we were a burden to him and his attitude wasn’t very good either. If he doesn’t like his job then maybe he should just quit and pursue a different career. This store would have sold two phones if his attitude would have been better.

The guy helping my friend was slow and had an attitude the whole time. We originally went in to solve a problem he had with his service. He wasnt empathetic at all and seemed unhappy he had to call customer service. 45 minutes went by and he told us at the end of the day, I cant be sitting on hold for an hour. after my friend already had told him hes been on the phone with them for a total of 7+ hours.. I just switched to Verizon and bought a new Galaxy S10 from the Verizon store in Coconut Creek about 2 weeks ago. Cory Kennedy was my customer service representative. He was wonderful! I had visited a nearby store 2 days earlier and told him my preferences. When I arrived at the Coconut Creek store 2 days later Cory had already checked all the phone specials and voice plans before I got there. He even brought the color case I liked from the other store. Cory made sure that everything was handled. He and his senior coworker even put the screen protector on my phone for me. Cory gave me his cell phone number so when I had follow up questions about Verizon and various apps I would text Cory with multiple questions and he always responds immediately. He is awesome! I DEFINITELY recommend you visit him and the other customer service reps at the Coconut Creek store. They are all friendly, personal, and go above and beyond to help you.

In my latest visit, the person helping me took the necessary time to go through all of my options patiently until we found one that worked from a budget and technology perspective. Bought a phone last night that wasnt the right fit for me. I tried android out and wanted to go back with my apple. Even though I couldnt get my old phone back the staff exchanged me into a new apple that suited my needs the best. I am happy with the way it was handled despite me being unable to get my old device. They set up my new iPhone exactly like my old one and made me feel comfortable.

I got the Pixel on promotion from the store here in Coconut Creek. They had fantastic customer service. I was in the area of the store in Boca so I popped in for questions and they were nothing but rude. I was willing to make the drive back down here because of it. Once again I was helped with excellent customer service. I will ONLY come to this store. I wish I never went elsewhere.

I had questions about my tablet he got me and hes the only one I want to deal with so I was willing to drive 30 minutes away to meet him at the Deerfield store. Came into to inquire information about replacing my tablet that Ive had for awhile. The representative found a new tablet for me based off the size I wanted and the capabilities I wanted it to do. CORRECTION (NOW LOW-RATED):This is NOT AN Actual Verizon Company Store and its only about 1/2 mile from my house. I have been there at least a dozen times. Although the atmosphere is nice and clean;They have; since my last visit, somehow changed over from a COMPANY to some sort of a FRANCHISE or something of that nature. The organization of the so-called store has changed completely.They no longer have phones out (that you can pick up, actually try out, see how they feel and test them… you have to go REQUEST a phone. The Employee goes to the back of the like shoe (like a shoe department of a store) and brings out a box with the phone you requested.They open it in front of you and ATTEMPT to NOT even PUT it in YOUR HAND and just SHOW it to you WITHOUT even TURNING ON the screen. Its really ridiculous!Im going to adjust my rating down to 2 stars on this.Look up an ACTUAL COMPANY STORE ( give them a call ahead of time to verify it) before you go to Verizon in the future. Ive been a customer for decades and this New Concept is really sickening.The Personnel are friendly and greet you as soon as you come in the door (but are not high-pressure - like a used car salesman). An example: they will, of course, offer you accessories (like a case,… ); but if you tell them that you dont want anything because you can get them cheaper on Amazon or Ebay - they WONT pressure you or talk about how much better theirs is... My company made a good choice in changing our corporate cell phones over to Verizon . I have had an amazingly positive experience at the coconut creek location . My original representative was Garrett, who went above and beyond and helped me transition . He assisted me with training on the new devices which I use everyday in my job as a pharmaceutical sales rep. In addition the rest of the staff keeps me updated with the latest accessories and phone service Verizon . Thank you to the great staff at Coconut Creek!

This location is not a Verizon backed store. I ordered product when I was at their store to renew phone and have not recd.....that was in AUG! I have called Verizon and their answer is that this is not a Verizon Store so they cannot help me. I tried to get credit and the store said the sales rep would call me. He never did. Tried to speak to a manager at the store and they said there was not one. Total run around. Stay away as Verizon will not help with this location BS. Buyer beware.

I googled this place last year and saw a few bad reviews. Im not sure why because this place provides great service. My wife and I got two Android phones and we love them. Each time we have been here has been a nice experience. No complaints. Dont believe the bad reviews. This place is great!

Staff at this store are great. Bought two android phones and realized we wanted to go back to Iphones and there were no hassle and the rep that was helping me was patient and helped with everything on the switch. Horrible customer service! Bought a phone a few months ago. Bill is higher than they said it would be and even though they have promised they will take care of it they havent. Have had to call them over six times and stop in twice. Salesperson Ryan, is never on duty when I call and they promise he will call me back as soon as he gets in. That never happens. I ask for a manager, who also is never there and they have never returned my call. Tony (manager)was supposed to return my call yesterday but didnt. Call Verizon and they cant help because it is privately owned but they do call over and they dont even call back me after they call them. Dont waste your time even if it is convenient. Very unprofessional. Also, read all their reply s on this site they say the same thing. Sorry please call us. Thats a joke! Go to a true Verizon.

I was shopping for a new carrier and sat with the Verizon rep for literally 5 minutes. It was that easy for him to explain the simple, all inclusive plan available for my family of 4.He was able to port our numbers over to Verizon using our existing iPhones that we had leased from another carrier and did ALL of the paperwork for me in less than an hour. Once it was done we had immediate service with Verizon without losing any of our data, apps, texts, etc. The only thing we lost were our saved voicemails which he warned us about in case we had cherished messages we wanted to save.My experience was great, very direct, no hidden costs or lack of information. I highly recommend this store as they are the most professional staff out of the 3 cellular carriers within a 3 block area of this store. Sorry competitors but it is true.

My experience was great at this store. Its like that each time Im here. My phone finally gave out on me so I got a new Samsung. The gentlemen was telling me about a Samsung tablet promo which I couldnt pass up. All my information was transferred. To sum it up it was a fantastic experience. Id recommend this store to anyone.

Worst customer service of any Verizon I have ever been to. If you have a problem with your bill, they will not help you or even return your calls.

Reps dont get payed apparently and only work for commission so they dont want to help you with anything unless youre buying a phone. Dont waste your time cause youre definately wasting theirs if you walk in and need help

Sean was very helpful and friendly when we went in to get my daughters first phone. He interacted with her, shes 10, as much as he did with me. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

The latest experience I had at this Verizon store was exceptional. My rep, Bachir, thoroughly reviewed my options and gave me time to think. A few days later I made a decision and reached out to him. He was then readily available to take care of me. His patience and listening skills were a plus as he went out of his way to make the long process as smooth as possible. Even afterward when my new device had an issue, he promptly fixed it. As a satisfied customer, I highly recommend Bachir to everyone!

I went into this location for the first time and met with Bryan Lenkowsky. He addressed all my concerns and sold me exactly what I needed and I did not feel pressured to invest in anything else. I switched from Sprint with whom i have been with for 4 years. Reason being poor customer service, and unscrupulous behaviour. Im still waiting for a refund on an activation fee charged to me for a device I never purchased. Great work Verizon. Im looking forward to great service.

Appears as good customer service, but some very shrewd sales people. Told me that there were some charges that would be waived, but were not. Also, told me they had the best phone prices, watch out for the lies.

I absolutely hate this phone. I signed a 2 year contract so Im stuck rush it unfortunately. I do want to comment on the service of the store and Verizon service though. Its been fantastic! Im constantly coming here for help since Im stuck with this phone and they been extremely helpful.
