My husband and purchased 3 pairs of sneakers for our children on Sunday, June 13th. A heavy set Caucasian girl told me to add an email for the receipt to make it easier if had to return. One of the sneakers did not fit . Mu husband returned today to retun the sneakers. The manager was rude and her agents refused to look at other methods to locate our receipt. I had to call and threaten them for the manager to check in her system to show that we purchased the shoe. Very lazy people. There and the manager has no customer skills at all. Dont go there horrible service. The GM should contact me about their behaviour

Visit store today was helped by dezyrae which I saw she needed a lil assistance by Melissa who was a complete jerk to her.... the facial expression and body language was very unpleasant Good job dezyrae
First and foremost the first thing you want its to check out the sneakers right? Well you have one of the guys that asks you how you doing today? And does not make you feel overwhelmed .they let you shop around but are around if you need them to help you try on a pair. Overall nice guys and good quality sneakers.
The customer service wasnt great. I came into the store on Saturday in the afternoon and no one offered to help. I had to flag down an employee to see if I could get some Cortezs in a specific size. He didnt know if they ran small or true to size (they run narrow for anyone wondering) and brought me a half size smaller than I needed but still encouraged me to try them on. Shoe collection is pretty diverse, though.
Used to be one of the best stores to get new AND throwback shoes. Lately the selection seems to be getting much smaller. But, the customer service at this location is usually great. Management goes above and beyond when Im looking for something specific

Shop here annually for sneakers for my daughter when school is beginning. She can usually find something she likes in here.
Ordered a pair of Jordans online for in-store pickup. Received an order confirmation saying payment was received and to wait for a 2nd confirmation that the shoes are ready for pickup. Order was placed on 11/21. On Wednesday 11/28 I called the store because I still had not received a pickup ready confirmation. Associate told me they were ready for pickup and I could just come in and get them even though I didn’t receive the email. I went in store today 11/29 to pick up the shoes and the box was TORN. For $220 plus tax I would expect them to do better. It’s the holiday season and the shoes were meant to be a gift. I called corporate about never receiving a pickup email and the response was “sorry must have been a glitch”. I opt for in-store pickup with most of my online shopping and every other company I’ve given my money to has sent me repeated emails until I picked up my purchase. I guess Champs was just gonna let my $220 plus tax sit in store for weeks without sending a reminder of any sort to come pick up my purchase. Sales associates were unmoved, unbothered, and unapologetic sadly, because I doubt they make that much over minimum wage. Returned the shoes and will shop elsewhere.
