What can I say about this location that hasn’t already been mentioned? 🤩 From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by Rob, I felt welcomed and comfortable to express my many needs. Rob was patient and kind; he performed my contacts fitting explaining every step as we went along, he set me up for a virtual eyeglasses fitting with an optometrist that was also very nice, and ordering my glasses with him was a breeze! I then spoke to Lana, who was also patient and really took her time explaining the various types of contacts available for my needs. Overall a super pleasant experience and this is now my go to optics store! Thank you for everything.

Didnt have exam for a while. I made my appointment online and it was so easy booking it. When I came to the store located next to my favorite ice cream place( Larrys) was greeted by everyone. Lana checked me in and did my pretest: she was amazing. She checked my vision benefits, I didnt even know I had, explained my benefits and helped me to choose the exact frames I wanted which I loved. The whole visit was smooth and telemed exam was very cool and made me feel comfortable. I loved their service so much I made an appointment for my son to come in next week. I will definitely recommend them!

My Eyelab at Coral Springs provides high quality service and strives to meet the needs of all customers. Lana, the Licensed Optician / Sales Manager, is very friendly and detailed. She makes sure everything is down to the T and that all of her customers are happy. When I went to get new glasses, she ensured that the process went smoothly even though there were some rude and inconsiderate customers. She is such a sweetheart and even gave my little brother a cute cleaning kit for being so patient because she had to deal with those inconsiderate customers. She ensured that my needs and my moms needs were met and we ended up with beautiful glasses. Also, the doctor Rodriguez is quite wonderful and very friendly. He was quick and efficient and he got my prescription down. I really, really liked him. If you want great optical service, go there because it will be worth it!!!

When we receive good service, we should always make it known, so Im happy to write a review about my wonderful experience at the Coral Springs Eye Lab location.Upon entering the store, a welcoming young man greeted us with a smile. He checked us in and explained the process. Shortly after, someone called our names, and the eye technician Bella approached us. She took us to a room where she checked our eyes. She was fun, great to speak with, explained each part of the test, and made us laugh during the process. Being in a fun and friendly environment that makes customers feel comfortable is a PLUS in my books.Bella did just that and more.The doctor was not in the office; instead, it was virtual, which was okay,The store had a wide selection of eye wears. Check-out was great! The young lady broke down the billing for us to make a decision. It was said two weeks for our glasses to be ready. We got them four days early, just in time for our family vacation. We will be returning.

I was having issues at another Eyelab location when they wouldnt accept the promotion that was being advertised on the Eyelab site. This Coral Springs location, however, was a delight. Lana solved all my problems with such sincerity.Love you guys ❤

My son had broken his glasses, and Lana at my eye lab in Coral Springs was amazing. She not only helped me order a new pair of glasses, over the phone, but she let me know that if the lenses were in good shape, I could just pop them back into brand new frames, and have new glasses today. She went out of her way to find the exact same frames that my son had! She was so thorough helpful and thoughtful she got me through a very stressful situation and by 3 o’clock my son had brand new glasses

The process was very easy for the eye exam and picking glasses. The location is well placed. The office staff are really nice and our assistant was wonderful. He helped us pick the perfect sets of glasses that would look great! Turn around time for one pair was 6 days. Great experience!

I have just recently moved to coral springs, fl from new york and was in search of an optometrist. I am very happy to say that the customer service and care that they provide here is absolutely amazing. Everybody here is so friendly and helpful, they truly do go out of their way to make your visit here a very pleasant one. The cleanliness here is also great, i will definitely be coming back and setting up all my future appointments with them.

The first thing I noticed about this location is that the staff moves very quickly to acknowledge and help every customer who walks in the door. Closer to closing time, it did get a little busy, but I didnt mind. I came with my daughter to find glasses for her for the first time, and Im pretty sure itll be a memorable one, thanks to Bree. Bree dealt with this impossible father and his kid, and she demonstrated celestial patience, poise, grace, and calm under pressure. I had to let her very well-dressed manager know what kind of incredible talent he has on his staff. I would encourage anyone reading this review to visit this location for your optical needs. Make this place busy, so busy with customers that the line wraps around the building and that someone has to stand outside with a clipboard and bring VIP customers in escorted by security guards. I thought the associate Svetlana was quiet rude. The way she gives you directions while examining you is unpleasant. There’s no please or can you do this. I’m a grown woman not a child, speak to me with some respect. When I told her I’ve had the same prescription-2.50 contact lenses since I was 14 and didn’t want anything higher she told me that doesn’t make sense and insisted my right eye should get -2.75. I refused over and over again and said I’ll just pay for the exam and go. Then she decided to give me -2.50 for both eyes for my contacts. This was my first time at this Coral Springs eye lab and I wouldn’t go back. She needs better customer service skills especially dealing with people outside of her race because I didn’t see her treat other people of the same race as her the way she treated me. That lady is going to make you guys lose business.

I decided to make the transition from glasses to contacts and the staff was more than helpful and patient with me while I learned how to take them in and out. I was also interested in color so they helped me pick through the colors and helped give great feedback, etc. My experience overall was great. It was my first time have a teleconference for an eye exam, but found it really cool and interesting. Just as effective as if the Dr. was right there in front of me. I felt save and felt they took extra care for Covid cleanings etc. I will be recommending everyone to come see my friends over at My Eyelab in Coral Springs! See you guys soon! :-)

This was my first time getting glasses and the process was extremely straight forward and simple. I made an appointment, they served me once I came in, I was able to have a successful exam and find out what was going on with my eyes. With the prescription I chose from their big selection. There were cheap frames, with a buy one get one deal, but I chose different ones because personally I was not a fan of the cheap ones. They came in about a week and I am using them now. I would recommend this place to anyone new to the glasses club as I am. I was lucky to have a great experience with these people and will be coming back for all my vision needs.

If you think if they charge for the eye exam they can at least include the distance between eyes then you would be wrong. I had to ask for it and they gave me attitude like they did me a favor.

I went to My Eyelab at the Coral Srings Location on University drive today for my annual check up and I must admit i had a fantastic experience! Lana was phenomenal she explained everything in detail to me about the results of my eye exam to the type of glasses that looked good on my face. She was very funny, and professional, her customer service was exceptional. Jackie was also excellent she helped me make up my mind about my glasses and she had a world of patience with my husband so did Lana. The other person was a guy he first got us started, i cant remember his name though but he was very professional, nice and can multi task very well while keeping his cool ( the store had alot of people this morning), ( i wish i remembered his name though). All in all i had a fantastic experience. Plus the frames are really nice and reasonable, cant beat that. This store has the Excellent Customer Service, plus Excellent Prices.

I had an issue with my contact lenses, one tore and I didnt have any spears, and my prescription was expired. My eyelab at Coral Springs got me in right away. I had exam through Telemed, very unusual to me, but very amazing experience . I got a pair of contacts right away and my order of contacts arrived within 3 days. Optician Lana was so thorough and knowledgeable, and she made sure that I saw clearly with my new contacts. How quick and efficient the machine was responding to a remote operated Ed 50 miles away .The clarity of the scream.Each person who help me were detailed and treated me as if I was the only person in the store.I got two glasses back in less than 7 daysAnd a 1/3 the price I paid for my Versace.My wife also brought 4 pair of glasses.
