Called in advance asking if they allow dogs. The woman said ‘yes’ as long as the dog is on a leash (mind you, this place is closing down). Minute my husband and I got in there, an employee came up to us and said only service dogs are allowed. We left immediately without purchasing anything. Horrible communication and zero knowledge on their own policies. Now I see why it’s closing.

I went to look at office chairs today, they had a decent sale on office chairs. However, they had a lot of different hidden fees if you want them to assemble it theres a fee, if you want them to deliver the chair. its free but unassemble. If you want them to come and assemble it, there are the fee thats almost the price of the chair. But I was told thats the norm now, so I cant be mad about it I guess... I did like their selections of chairs so I would say go and check them out.

We ordered a simple email printing of a few pages and the wait was horrible for pick up, two people working here and no one to I’ve us our order at pickup, we had to wait in line behind other people who were JUST putting their order. 40 minutes waiting, then when we get to the front they tell us the order we placed is still in work even though the app said they were done.. then the second round of waiting started where they STILL DID NOT ATTEND US OR COMPLETE OUR ORDER AFTER WAITING FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES. This simple experience ruined my entire day. Do not come to this location.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of supplies and items that you need to stay organized at home, school, or in the office. I enjoyed my visit and the store is very well kept and clean.

No customer service l was in the store 10 min 2 guys was in the front as l walk in not a hello a customer ask did l work there No l said nevertheless l come at least twice a week it was a chair and ink l was able to help him... He said thanks because no one was on the floor... 😞 that make me sad

Staff is very helpful, but self-service printing and copying is frustrating, machines breaking and card payment for them glitching

I went to Office Depot on Wednesday June 3rd and the lady on the printing area was so kind and helpful, she help me printing my paperwork and the service was really good that on Friday June 5th I came back to print something else now this time it was a guy I would said in his 50s that told me straight that he couldnt print what I need it on his station and advised me to use the print self service, when I went to do it the process was saying there was going to be a $5 hold on my card so since I didnt want to get the hold on my card, I went back to the guy and he keep saying he couldnt print in his area and that I needed to use the print self service and I told him about the $5 hold and he said that I shouldnt worry because that hold was going to be released as soon as I was finished with my transaction so I went ahead and I used the print self service and even the printer said the $5 hold was going to be released as soon as I was finished printing so I printed what I needed and 1 hour later when I checked my bank account I do see the $5 hold (keep in mind all this was on Friday June 5th) now today (Saturday June 6th) I still see on my bank account the $5 hold.With all this situation I perceived the guy as he didnt want to help me at all, even when I told him first that on Wednesday the lady helped me printing on the printing area and second that I didnt want the $5 hold on my card. So because of this situation I dont want to go back to print at Office Depot at all, I rather pay a little bit more and get an excellent customer service somewhere else.

Walked around the store looking for help and the only two people I saw were very busy at the register. Ended up waiting and waiting and finding the same item online for a lot less.I will say the people that work there are very friendly and helpful when they are free to help
